Qudditch, love and other strange things
Hermione rose early and put on her school robes; she had risen early
because today was the Quidditch match between Slytherin and Gryffindore.
She picked out her red and gold scarf and went down to the common room.
"Good morning Harry, Ron" said Hermione sitting down beside them as they were talking to Fred and George about game strategy "morning" they both said not looking up "so you guys ready to kick some Slytherin but?" asked Hermione "you bet" said Harry enthusiastically "let go to the Great Hall I'm starved" said Ron "is food the only thing you think of?" asked Hermione "no-" said Ron as Hermione cut him off "don't answer that" said Hermione with a smile as they raced down to the Great Hall.
Just as the go to the Entrance Hall they were approached by Draco Malfoy in his green Slytherin Quidditch uniform "well well well if it isn't potty, weasel and Miss Granger" said Draco kissing her hand. Hermione pulled her hand away. Over the years that Hermione had become quite a knock out and had become Draco's newest obsession. "Rought for me in crowd" said Draco winking at her "in you dreams Malfoy the only person I'll be roughting for is Harry when he kicks your but" said Hermione innocently "what ever you say princess" said Draco pinching her waist and walking away before Harry or Ron could pummel him. "Forget him guys he's only after me to get me between his sheets, and there's no way in fiery hell that's going to happen" said Hermione
They walked into the Great Hall and sat at the Gryffindore table. When they had finished they walked down to the Quidditch pitch, Harry going into the team changing rooms and Ron and Hermione going up into the stands. The whistle was blown and the game started, Draco flew over to Gryffindore stands near Hermione "sure you wont reconsider cheering for me" asked Draco "not a chance" said Hermione. Draco flew off after Harry who was accelerating on his firebolt.
Mean while in the stands, Hermione and Ron were jumping up and down screaming for the Gryffindore, when suddenly someone bumped Hermione and she fell over the stands hanging on by one hand. She started screaming and Ron realized what had happened and tried to reach Hermione but didn't have long enough arms "please help me I'm slipping" said Hermione through tears. Draco saw what was going on from the other side of the pitch and forgot all about Harry. He raced over to the Gryffindore stand just as he was about there Hermione fell. He went as fast as his broom would take him and caught her just as she was about hit the ground. The crowd cheer and yelled as Draco set his broom down and let Hermione. She had tears streaming down her face. Harry flew to the ground and Ron ran out from the stand "Hermione are you alright?" asked Ron and Harry together.
"Um yeh I'm ganna go back up the dorm and rest" said Hermione leaving the Quidditch pitch and three dumbfounded males behind. "Announcement, today's Quidditch match will be postponed till tomorrow," said professor Mc Gonagall. Draco, Harry and Ron headed back to their dorm. Just as Draco was about to enter Slytherin common room someone stepped in front of him, he immediately knew who it was "I just wanted to say thank you and give you this" said Hermione kissing Draco passionately on the lips, Draco started kissing back passionately. Hermione broke the kiss and began to walk away "Hermione does this mean we're together?" yelled Draco "no not yet, YET being the word" said Hermione as she giggled and walked away. Draco and said to himself "we'll see what tomorrow brings.
