Lizzie/Gordo, PG

Author's Note: This is my first L/G. Be honest, just not brutally honest.

Summary: They both get good ends of the deal.
"Hey guys, what do you think about a documentary on the mind of those who get inside your mind?" A bushy-headed Gordo asked as he sat down across from Lizzie and Miranda in Hillridge High's courtyard.

"I think that sounds---interesting!" Miranda said quickly, Lizzie nodding emphatically.

"You guys never listen when I start talking about documentaries. Don't mock me."

"Hey, we listen!" Lizzie replied indignantly.

"So, I was thinking I could interview a bunch of therapists, you know? Why do they want to know what goes on in other people's minds? Do they secretly have problems of their own? I mean, you'd watch it, right?"

"Of course we would!" Miranda replied.

"Do we really have a choice?" Lizzie giggled as the bell rang and the trio split up.

"So what are we working on tonight?" Gordo asked as Lizzie flipped through his CD case.

"Geometry test Thursday. Bad Religion?" Lizzie asked, holding up a CD for Gordo's approval.

"Works for me." Gordo replied and Lizzie popped open his stereo and slipped it in.

"So, do you want to explain today's geometry notes or do we go straight to the assignment and learn the Gordo way?" Lizzie asked as she grabbed her binder and slid up against Gordo's headboard.

"You know the Gordo way is the best way." Gordo grinned as he opened his own notebook.

*

"Hey! I think I actually got this one right!" Lizzie grinned, showing her work to Gordo.

"You got them all right, Lizzie. I think you are going to be completely ready for Mrs. Dawson's test tomorrow." Gordo replied, sliding his now finished assignment in his book and shutting it.

"I hope so. So quiz me on some vocabulary. I know she's going to make us write definitions."

"Circle."

"A set of points equal distance from a middle point in two dimensions."

"Right."

"Gordo, look! It's a 'B'!" Lizzie called as she crossed the courtyard to catch up with Gordo to walk with him to world history.

"Hey, good job!" Gordo grinned, shifting his books from hand to the other so he could look at her test.

"She gave me an 'Excellent' stamp! I've never gotten a stamp before!' Lizzie squealed as she pointed at the green ink.

"I'm just so proud." Gordo grinned and Lizzie grabbed her paper back.

"Well, I was going to do something for you since you helped me so much, but you can forget it now, Gordo."

"Come on, you know you want to." Gordo said as they got closer to the building.

"Shut up" Lizzie said as her soft touch on Gordo's arm undermining her harsh words and causing him to stop and turn around to look at her.

Lizzie grinned, then leaned in a placed a kiss on Gordo's lips.

"Fair trade? A kiss for a test?" Lizzie asked as Gordo blushed.

"I don't know. I think we may have to try again." Gordo replied, leaning into Lizzie.
