Author's notes and after - words
Much to my embarrassment, I've thanked the wrong individual in the last chapter. I've been reading too much fanfic late at night and I'm mixing up my author names. My idea-giver for chapter 15 was FrodoBaggins1982. The web link is correct. I mistakenly put in the name of another Frodo whose great stories I've been reading a bit of recently, Frodo Baggins of Bag End. Another writer of some excellent fics to be found on this site!
Again to everyone, thanks for reading this story and its prequel. If you feel so inclined, the third story in the series is called "Sound, Silence and Solace." It was meant to follow the first two, which arose from a plotbunny posted at Library of Moria.
LOM is a slash fic site, so there is a bit of a slash element present throughout this series. The third story will take place at Bag End with just Frodo and Sam, as Frodo deals with the emotional fallout from his ordeal. There is a little bit of Frodo/Sam involved, but nothing overly explicit. Nonetheless, if you don't want to read it for that reason, it's completely understandable.
Best regards, -Mbradford
