When you're around, it's like I have no control of my body

When you ask a question, I don't hesitate to answer truthfully

When you saw me in my true form you didn't scream and run away like most

When you come near me I feel as though I'm going to explode

When you touched me I tried to back away but couldn't

When you asked me to come over to your house I blushed crimson red, but
turned around so you couldn't see.

The first time I saw you, you fainted and I got really worried,

I stood by you for hours, worried

I acted tough around you so you wouldn't know the truth

I treated you as if you were nothing,

But the truth is, you were everything

I acted as if I didn't care, but I really did

I just didn't realize, then, how much I did

I did everything I could to be around you

I even made up stupid excuses just so that we could be together.

When we pretended to be girlfriend and boyfriend, I wasn't pretending

I know now, I know the truth.

I know now, why
