      Old Mr. Johnson had problems of his own.

"BLEEP BLEEEEP BLEEP BLEEP the BLEEP!!!"

"Inspector Nakamori at it again?"

"Morning Hakuba-kun. Yup, it's the usual."

      He had a yellow cat that just wouldn't leave him alone.

"How-? How does he do this?!"

"Kid note?"

"In his coffee this morning."

"Ah."

      He tried and he tried to give the cat away.

"And why does he always send it to ME? Why can't he annoy someone else for a change?"

"Maybe he likes you, Inspector."

"That's not funny."

      He gave it to a little man moving far away...

"Hakuba-kun, I don't care how you do it, but I want you to drag the Kid to England when you go."

"Okay. C'mon, Kuroba, we're going for a little trip."

"Huh?"

      But the cat came back the very next day. Yes, the cat came back.  They thought he was gone.

"BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP up BLEEP BLEEEEEEP!!!"

"He got another note?"

"Yup. Police station bathroom mirror."

      But the cat came back the very next day.  He just wouldn't stay away, oh no, no no no no.

"I thought you took him to England, Hakuba-kun."

"I did. I don't know how he got back before I did!"

"This calls for drastic measures. Call Kudo."

      The man around the corner said he'd shoot the cat on sight.

"You sure that's such a good idea, Kudo?"

"I'm not going to -shoot- him, just shoot -around- him."

"Riiiight."

      He loaded up his shotgun full of nails and dynamite.

"Where did you learn to use shot guns and dynamite anyway?"

"My father taught me in Hawaii."

      He waited... and he waited... 'till the cat came walking round

"Fancy running into you here, Kudo Shin'ichi."

      And ninety-nine pieces of the man was all they found...

      But the cat came back the very next day. Yes, the cat came back.  They thought he was gone, But the cat came back. 

"This is nuts! I can't get a moments peace."

"Hello, Inspector!"

"AAAHHHHH!!! Kid! Why do you keep doing this to me?!"

      He just wouldn't stay away. He just wouldn't stay away, oh no, no no no no.

"Cause your station has the best donuts around. Bai!"

Dunno what Shin'ichi or the Kid did there, but considering he's actually fired at the Kid before, he somehow got suckered into that spot. No, no clue on the pointy hat trick or the top hat trick either. Or why Hakuba knows what it is.
