Author's Note

This story needs to undergo some major revision – due not only to recent events in the Inuyasha manga, but a recent overhaul of my original universe.  You can find out more about the new original-universe stuff on , although some of that has not been updated to reflect the changes.

This story will be rewritten and reposted by Monday (hopefully).  At the very least, the first few parts will be up.
