All that's missing are her gloves, boots, and jewelry.
She outstretches her arms.
Sparkles give the senshi her gloves, then boots.
Beams of light extend from the bases of her pointed ears and turn into
earrings.
Blue ribbons encircle her neck.
When they disappear, a choker bearing the symbol of Vercury is revealed.
The symbol of the Moonlight Kingdom appears in the middle of her forehead.
Her tiara-gold with a blue stone in the center-appears.
As she holds her pose, she says, "I am Sailor Vercury, senshi of water and
love!"
