Mystique sat cross legged on the floor of her tent, thinking about the latest object of her desire - Logan, aka Wolverine.
Her interest in him had begun during their battle on Liberty Island. No one had *ever* fought her quite like that - all raw fury and primal grace that was packed into a body that was probably some sort of a sin. And certainly, no one had ever left scars like that. She remembered the look on his face and her surprise as his claws dug in through her flesh, and it gave her more than a little thrill. This man was not only a match for her abilities, he was actually a bit of a challenge.
She wanted to capture that passion she'd seen in him and make it hers, possess it, and also let claim her, if only for one glorious night.
He'd flat-out turned her down when she'd gone to him earlier. But beneath his disgust and disbelief, she knew a part of him had been tempted. A part of him - that feral part that just didn't give a damn about anything - *did* want her, as herself or whatever shape might please him. And she wanted him. And what Mystique wanted, Mystique invariably got. All one had to do would be to ask Erik to confirm that for a fact.
Logan had might have said no tonight, but that didn't mean she had to give up. Their paths were sure to cross again, and perhaps then he'd be more amenable to the idea. Maybe there'd be a time when he'd be all alone, or feeling broken and in need of some sort of solace. She really wouldn't care what the reasons might be, and wouldn't care to know.
What she did know was that she would be there.
