Hey everyone. I just got this idea for a fluffy moment between Sango and
Miroku. Well, review please! Thanx in advance.
Bad dreams
Jazzy
She was back at the palace. Her father was talking to the lord about how Kohaku and where the best of her village at destroying demons. She couldn't speak. She couldn't move. There was no way for her to warn the exterminators. She couldn't stop them all from dying. She saw the minute spider launch from the fake lords finger. It attached itself to Kohaku, his eyes glazed over and he raised his weapon. She watched as every one was killed. He father. The man who took care of her mother when she caught a fever. The man who taught her how to kill a deer without hurting it too much. Then, the arrows fired straight at her brother.
"Kohaku!"
Her eyes snapped open. She was drenched in a cold sweat, her heart pounding. She looked around for a few moments, before breaking down and sobbing. A sleeved arm wrapped around her shoulders. She tensed, but recognized the soothing voice that was speaking.
"It's alright Sango. It was just a dream."
She turned do that she was crying into Miroku's chest. He wrapped both arms around her, 1 of them rubbing her back. He whispered a few comforting words, trying to stop her from crying more. After a few moments she did indeed stop. She removed her self from him.
"I-I'm sorry. I got your robes all wet, and I woke you up."
He smiled.
"Sango, you didn't wake me. I hardly ever sleep nowadays. And my robes will dry. What were you dreaming about?"
"My family's death. I couldn't stop it. I just sat there and watched."
He hugged her again, then lightly kissed her forehead.
"Go back to sleep Sango. I'll watch over your dreams. Nothing bad will come."
"Gomen Nasai, Houshi-sama."
"Good night Sango. And sweet dreams."
