Marron was walking the streets at four o'clock on a Saturday morning. She wondered how things could turn out the way they had for Trunks and her. Everything had been like a living dream where no one could wake her up from until had been to late. She had kept her head hanging low and ran into a light pole for not looking where she was going. Marron laughed the first in a few days and looked around to make sure no one had saw her. Someone had but they stayed hidden from the blonde and quietly laughed. He had been following her since midnight and would until she was safely back home.
"Fuck me and fuck this town." Marron raised her hands and flipped both middled fingers into the air.
She felt a little bit better about the closing of the night with her sweet send off. A group of men past by and Marron was hoping they would try something but they just kept going without noticing her. Marron finally decided to go home before the sun rose. She ran upstairs to her little apartment with the man the had been following her going back to his own home. The last of her delicious innoice of love had faded with the only man she had ever love. He broke her heart in ways that would take years for her to know about.
"I cry no more and love no less because of him. This not a love story but a story about love." Marron said before lower her head into the water.
"I hunger more and wait no more because of her." Trunks said before he fell into sleep.
The two thought of their past love affair at the same time. The pair knew it was for the best for the broke up but neither of them was happy about it. The closing of the realition was no one's fault but that did not stop the pain from coming. The brake up went off with no fighting or srceaming but of Marron driving away crying over the falure of both of them. Trunks walked back inside to never forget about his only true love. That farewell scene that Marron played back in her head happened months ago. A bath use to make any problem feel less bothersome but it had lost all affected on her. The phone rung and Marron run out of the bath to answer it.
"Hello," Marron asked.
"......." The person hung up.
"Coward," Marron said and went to finish her bath.
Trunks wanted to say something or anything but the words where stuck in his throat. Trunks wondered if she thought about him has much has he thought about her.
