Back in 93', Tony got busted for causing massive destruction while delivering nuclear weapon codes to his boss.
Now, 10 years later, Tony's back in Vice City to live a clean life. But after one night at the Pole Position
Strip Club, the army and local cops are after him and Tony is determined not to go back to prison. He'd rather
kill himself than go back to prison, but that's the problem. If he dies it means the worst for everyone in Vice City.
Now, the army and the cops have to catch Tony without drawing blood, but it's hard to catch one of Vice City's top
car thefts when you can't shoot...
