It began long ago, in 19th century Japan. Trouble was brewing as the
Tokagowa Dynasty was threatened by reformers who wanted a new era, where
murder was not a common thing, the government was not corrupt, and people
were treated as people, not property. But this caused great conflict and a
great and bloody war rose out of it. However, the reformers hadn't the
slightest idea that their greatest hope for the war was a mere boy.
Stealth was born to two poor farmers in southern Japan. His real name was Tenshu, but that name did not last long. At the age of 10, he was a lonely boy. He had no friends and spent most of his time roaming the community or doing his chores. He was relatively happy, with his mediocre life and his parents loved him very much. Then one day, his life changed for ever.
A couple of man slayers hired by the government were searching for new recruits. When they came to stealth's house, they took one look at him and knew he had the heart of a killer in him. They tried to take him with them but his parents protected him. They survived long enough for him to escape. He then ran off in to the distance to the sound of his parents screams in the distance. He did not look back, he just ran into the sunset fearing that if he stopped, his parents sacrifice would be in vain.
