How Long?
((A Malachite's view-poem after Zoycite's death))
I hear the rain against the windows
So lonely it sounds
Playing the melody of misery
It storms so often, now that you're gone.
And there is nothing but darkness left
I can only hear your voice in my dreams,
You are in my every thought.
If only you were still
Here with me.
Somehow I feel it's my fault.
I should have done something!
I could have done something!
I only hope you can forgive me, sakura.
Your voice still begs me to forgive you.
But why?
Why should I forgive you?
When you should forgive me?
I still hear the rain against the windows.
But it does not drown out the sound of my loneliness.
The melody of misery and despair.
How long until I can see you again?
