The School Bully
One beautiful, bright, sunny day in May, Melinda Wyatt, Melanie Walker, and Melissa Wagner, walked to Harrison Elementary School. All three of them are witches and best friends. No one knows their secret. Not even their teacher, Mrs. Parker. The girls have been friends since Kindergarten, and have been the same class ever since. They're in the 5th grade, going on to the 6th.
You see there was also one other girl they've known throughout the years: The school bully, Jennifer Green. She failed the 1st grade twice, so she was older than everyone else. That's why she's the school bully. She thinks that since she's older, she's better. Melinda is her favorite out of the three. But what she didn't know, is that she was going to regret ever picking on her.
After a short walk, Melinda, Melanie, and Melissa arrived at school. As they strolled across the playground, Jennifer spotted them. She ran over to the laughing girls. "Hey freaks! Give me your lunch money or you'll go home with a black eye!" She yelled. They turned around when they heard her. Usually the girls did what she said, but hey, there's a first time for everything. "Ugh! Why won't you leave us alone Jennifer!?" Melissa yelled. "Yeah! We didn't do anything to you!" Melanie added. "Hmmmmm.. Nah! I love picking on you three! Especially little Melinda!"
"Jennifer, I have put up with you WAY too long, and I'm NOT going to put up with you any longer! I have been afraid of you, since the first day we met. Well you know what? I'm not anymore! After this, you're going to regret ever picking on me and my friends!" Melinda yelled. "Oh yeah!? What are you going to do to me!? Turn me into a frog!?" Jennifer spat back at her. "You know, I just might do that! My Mom told me not to, but I can't take it anymore!" "Huh?"
Melinda chanted this spell:
"The school bully is whom I speak;
She smells each day of a constant reek.
Jennifer Green is such a hog.
I turn thee now, into a frog!"
"MELINDA!?" Melanie and Melissa yelled at the same time. Suddenly, Jennifer started to turn green. Melinda smiled, as her friends gasped. "What did you do to me!?" Jennifer cried. She started to shrink. She got smaller, and smaller, and smaller, until she was a frog, and four inches tall. "RIBBIT," was all she could say. Melinda, Melanie, and Melissa laughed their heads off. They were laughing so hard, they were crying. Soon the bell rang. "Uh, Oh! We'd better get to class quick!" Melissa suggested. "Okay." Melanie replied. "Wait. Just one more thing." Melinda said with a grin spreading across her face.
She picked up Jennifer, and said: "Now you know NOT to mess with us! We're witches. And if you tell anyone, me, Melanie, Melissa, my mom, and my aunts, who are also witches, will do the worst thing possible to you. We'll make your life a living nightmare!" She giggled an evil laugh, and set her back down. "How long will that spell last?" Melanie asked. "Twenty four hours tops." Melinda replied with a frown. "Too bad it's not permanent." She added. "Yeah." Melissa sighed. "Come on! We are already late for class!" Melanie yelled. "Your right! Let's make a run for it!" Melinda replied.
So, as the girls ran off to class, Jennifer the frog, sat on the ground, still looking shocked and confused. She now knows to NEVER, EVER, mess with those three again.
