Summary- Spike owes a little money.

"I want my money, Spike." A gruff voice demanded.

"I got nothing, " the bleached blond vampire said, pulling out empty pockets.

"I know you have it," the voice scowled.

"And I'm tellin' ya, I got nothing," he insisted.

"Stop lying, I know you have it somewhere on you." The hand from which the voice belonged to shot out in search for the money on the vampire.

"Hey! Hey! Watch it, this is real leather. Hands off."

The hand withdrew, "One more time Spike. I want my money." The voice was dangerously low.

Spike peered around the room. Surrounded. If he hadn't stopped at St. Charles Place, he wouldn't be in this predicament. They knew he had the dough. He had to give it up. "Okay, okay." The harmless vamp pulled out a wad of paper bills and started counting, "One, two, three, four. Here four- fifty," he said handing the money to the avaricious person. "That's all I got."

"Yay!" Anya squealed. She started counting all the monopoly bills she collected from the other players. "Did I win?" She asked enthusiastically to Xander, who was sitting next to her.

He looked around at all the players who showed no sign of money left. "Yeah, An, I guess you won," he said unsteadily.

"Yay!" the ex-demon exclaimed again, still counting the fake money.

"Well, I guess we should call it a night," Giles said getting up, "since Anya has won...again."

Everyone started to disband. "I don't see why we play, " Dawn grumbled, "She always wins."

Xander put a hand on Anya's back and smiled to himself as Anya continued counting happily.
