Chapter 1A rocky start
What have I gotten myself into this time Steve thought to himself as he was getting briefed. "You must rescue the B-Team," said the chief. "They were last seen entering this house." He showed them a picture of a creepy old house with obvious termite damage. "Johnson go and get the equipment." Steve ran to the locker room and got their equipment: 4 .9 pistols, 8 .9 clips, 4 belts, and 12 smoke grenades. Steve ran to the dust-off huey and when he got there it was ready to go. He jumped on board and they were off. Steve distributed the equipment to each of the A-Team members.
Suddenly there was engine trouble. The blades stopped and started making them lose altitude fast. They were going to have to prepare for a crash landing. He started feeling queasy as the helicopter fell. All of the sudden he blacked out.
Steve woke up in a field. He had a pain in his right shoulder. He got up and saw the mess. The helicopter was in two pieces. The body of the pilot was lying on the ground motionless. He ran over and saw what he feared the pilot was dead. He searched the body. He got the tape to see what happened in the minuets before the crash. He inserted the tape into his visor cam and saw exactly what happened.
He saw right after the crash and a few minutes afterwards. He saw some kind of decaying human bodies attack the pilots and the crew. Then he saw something that he would never forget as long as he lived. There was a huge humanoid creature. It looked like the incredible hulk on steroids. The thing was huge. It had arms the size of cannons. He was at least eleven feet tall. The thing picked up the copter and snapped it in half.
He threw down his visor not believing what he just saw. He got up and paced around trying to make since of what it. This thing was huge. Besides if his size wasn't enough his strength was. To be able to lift and destroy a three- ton helicopter and snap it in half is no easy feat, in fact it is impossible for any human.
He heard a sound in the distance. He grabbed his pistol and went to check it out. When he got to the place where he heard the faint noise, he found Brett. Besides a few scrapes and cuts he was ok. From the look of things he just came back to consciousness.
"Hey are you alright," Steve asked. "Yea, I guess so," he replied. "Look we need to get to a shelter," Steve said. "Gather all the ammunition and weaponry you can carry and get your self some better boots, those things won't protect your feet from a pinecone." "Sir, these are my lucky boots my father got them from his father, they have been in World War 2 and Desert Storm," Brett said, "if it's all the same to you I would like to keep them." Brett went and got all the ammo he could carry and followed Steve.
