Note: This is a poem I wrote awhile ago after I was reading about seers in the Redwall books. Guess that's what inspired this. Please Read and Review.

Disclaimer: I don't own Redwall (not that it's mentioned in here)

Claimer: The poem is mine hehehe.

The Seer

I can tell you things of wonder

Of the future and the past

I can see your life unfolding

I can see how long you'll last

We the seers are gifted and

We speak sometimes in rhyme

But in our own peculiar ways

We can tell you of your time

I can see your future clear

And I can see your life

I can tell you if it's grand

Or if it's full of strife

I see you otter standing there

You know not what to think

I'll tell you now, don't travel far

Your boat's about to sink

I see you mouse, you silly beast

Your fortunes don't look fine

If you eat the poisoned leaf

At Dark Forest you will dine

Gentle squirrel you give your heart

Unto those that have weak health

You heal their bodies and are kind

This shall bring thee wealth

Troubled cat you pace the room

You think you're life is nigh

I tell you if you stay that way

Then you shall surely die

Little hare you know no fear

And that shall lead you through

The troubled days and warring times

When you're fighting skills are true

Oh you creatures standing there

Your fortunes I can show

But I will speak it in a rhyme

Twill make it hard to know

I the seer am very odd

And yet again I know

When and where your futures end

And where you ought to go

Heed my warnings and my signs

Listen to what I say

If you heed my warnings well

You may live another day
