(A/N: I have written other stuff before on FF.Net but my profile was
wiped along with all my stories. Anyways, this is my first Beyblade fanfic
so sorry if anyone seems out of character! I don't own the Bladebreakers,
I'm just borrowing them but have no intention of giving them back. Any
characters you don't recognise are mine so DON'T steal them!)
Chapter 1: Caught but not Out
Quietly I crept to the corner, my sword in my hand, ready to strike anything mobile. I turned and saw nothing worth attacking. After my eyes had adjusted to the dim light in the room, I realised that it must have been some kind of warehouse. I studied the many metal crates for a moment then discovered the sign telling me that I was in the right place. Upon all the crates, the same logo was printed, a deformed triangle with the letters BBA in the centre. I screwed my face up in disgust. Yes, I hated the BBA and their little team of Bladebreakers. Though, that Hiwatari guy wasn't so bad. I mentally slapped myself for thinking like that and continuously repeated my master's words: "Love is an emotion, emotions are a weakness, weakness leads to defeat and we will not suffer the same defeat as the Russian bladers." When I'd finished, I erased my previous thought from my memory. My eyes slowly drifted to the door opposite me and I swiftly made my way to the room's exit, glad that I didn't have to spill more blood than necessary. As I entered the room, I quickly spotted the two people on the floor above. I scraped my sword against the wall to grab their attention and immediately got into my defensive position. As they descended to the ground floor to face me I noted their abilities. Never before had I seen such agility, such swift movements. Of course, I could still easily beat them, or so I thought. I cringed in pain as my body was slammed into the rough, cold wall of the warehouse. I could taste the salty blood in my mouth. I spat it out as I fell to the floor and realised that I had dropped my sword. Still on the floor I looked around for it, then felt something thin and cold touch the back of my neck. I twisted my head to see my weapon in the possession of my attackers. I inwardly disciplined myself for allowing them such an easy victory then slid my foot across the floor, knocking the attacker over. Grabbing my sword I flipped myself backwards so that I had both people in my view. It was only then that I saw that my attackers were only teens, and that one of them was Hiwatari.
(A/N: Who is this girl? And what's she doing in a BBA warehouse? Who's the other person and why are they attacking her? Find out in the next chapter! If I ever write it of course.Heh, heh. P.S. Story only continues if you review. Flames and Anonymous not welcome! P.S.S. This story WILL contain quite a few fight scenes, yes, I watch too much Buffy, but hopefully it won't contain too much bloody stuff so I won't have to increase the rating)
