Vows
By: Theresa Bennett

Theresa looked at Hank and beamed. This was their wedding day! She took a deep breath and recited the vows she lovingly wrote for the man she loves:

Theresa-Hank, my whole life I have been searching for 4 things- trust, security, honesty, and happiness. A few years ago, I thought I had found them. No, I did find them. But, a key piece of the puzzle was missing. That missing piece was love. I thought I was in love but, I didn't know what love was. Didn't know, that is, until the day I fell in love with you. You were showing Little Ethan how to play Peek-A-Boo. That's when I realized you were everything I wanted in a father for my son and in a husband for me. That's when it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was, and am, deeply, intensely, completely and madly in love with you. You are a selfless, compassionate human being. I love you more than life itself. You are my life, my soul, my heart and my one true love. It is an honor to be standing here about to become your wife.

Hank: Resa, I have been in love with you for a very long time. Your smile, your laugh, your eyes-I love everything about you. You have always believed very passionately in fate, in soul mates and in destiny and now, so do I. You, Resa, are my soul mate, my destiny. I love you with every fiber of my being. I promise to love, honor and cherish you, forsaking all others from now until the end of time. I am standing here in front of you, my love, my partner, my other half, my best friend. I cannot wait to be your husband. I love you!

Minister: By the power invested in me by the state of Maine (?) and the province of New England, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride.

They kissed. Then, Mr. and Mrs. Hank Bennett took their first walk down the aisle as a married couple.

Sheridan's Vows to Luis:

Luis, we are finally here! We are standing here pledging our love-about to become husband and wife. When that boat exploded in Bermuda our lives changed. It was just another complication standing in the way of our happiness. I always felt that there was someone or something trying to keep us apart and I promised myself I wouldn't let that happen because we are destined to spend our lives together. This-this is meant to be. Luis, all of our hopes and dreams are coming true. I am standing here pledging my unconditional and undying, everlasting love and devotion.to you.

Luis' Wedding vows to Sheridan:

Sheridan, well.here we are: two halves of a whole-finally complete. We have proved to the world-and to ourselves-that our love can endure anything. We are soul mates who share a great destiny and a powerful love. The intensity of my love for you surprises me. You know I always despised the Crane's.and then I met you. You are so thoughtful and considerate. You always look for the good in everyone. My mother told me just yesterday how much you remind her of your mother. Your generous spirit and giving heart were just two things that attracted me to you. I never expected to fall so hopelessly in love with you. But, I did. I am just so thankful that you reciprocate those feelings. I love you with every ounce of who I am. I am looking forward to marrying you, spending my life with you, and growing old with you.

Father Lonnigan: You two have indeed had your share of problems, so, without further adieu, by the power invested in me by the state of Maine (?) and the province of New England I now pronounce you husband.and wife. You may.kiss your bride.

They kissed. Then, Mr. and Mrs. Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald took their first walk down the aisle as a married couple.
