A cat of Hogwarts
By Cat
prologue
The hot summer weather was annoying for the population of Privet drive, all except for a young dark-haired boy of sixteen; somehow he felt cold and lonely, something which came naturally whenever he was in Privet drive. Once again he had come back to Privet drive after another interesting year at Hogwarts, Voldemort's attack had left Harry feeling like he would never be happy about Sirius dieing. Sirius was the only wizarding family he had left after his parents but now . . .
Now he was back at the Durslys', life sucked when he was near any of them but since he had gotten back from fifth year; it had been worse, Sirius' death did not help either. Harry had already asked Ron if he could go to the 'Burrow' but so far received no answer. No answer until he saw the Snowy owl flying towards him from above the clouds. Hedwig swooped down and landed next to him. The snowy owl held out her leg so Harry could untie the rolled up piece of parchment. He unrolled the parchment and straight away recognized the scribbled words of one of his best friends, Ron Weasly;
'Dear Harry,
Mum says that you can stay the rest of the holiday. We'll come and get you as soon at 3:00pm on Wednesday, if the Durslys won't let you, we'll come anyway. See you then.
Ron'
