A/N: a poem to Sirius. Hope you like!
Disclaimer: HP belongs to JKR and a bunch of other nice people, but the
poem is mine. Steal and you shall pay dearly.

Sirius Black, a lonely soul,
Imprisoned for events so out of his control
Beaten, tortured, and abused,
Imprisoned in Azkaban for being tricked and used
An Animagus, Padfoot was his name,
A great black dog bearing a Marauder's name
He searched for his godson high and low
Following him everywhere he might go
And in the end he lost it all
For Harry Potter and the Order all
Though the Order of the Phoenix met in his home,
Die, he did, and died alone.
Due to Dumbledore's foolery,
He died in front of his only family
As Lupin dragged Harry away
That brave Marauder passed away
Oh Sirius, how cruelly you were slain
One can only hope your sacrifice was not in vain
