The faint sound was of delicate heartbeats, each beat containted love and longing combined. Twining of fingers held tightly to one another as long- lost hopes and dreams became reality. This certainly wasn't the time for questioning; instead, it was time to revel in the comfort that seemed to only happen in dreams.

Envelopped in the hold of strong, powerful arms, the troubles of the world seemed to disappear. Words were whispered into a waiting ear, the warmth of the caressing air overwhelming. As a silk-like finger slid upon delicate skin.. making it hard to disagree, or even want to argue for that matter. Though, deep down, that need to hate was boiling.

It was hard to put the thoughts aside of having his godson around such a being, but having Remus so near, all to himself, made Sirius vulnerable and almost willing to give in to his reasonings. Although he may not have entirely agreed, he would put it aside for one moment of closeness with the man.

Fingers traced their way over a strong chest, caressing the flesh that was beneath. Again, arms tightened and without resistance brought the two bodies ever closer. This closeness didn't need words. It spoke volumes as they would rest in each other's arms in more than comfortable silence.

A world full of emotion, longing, and desire was all that seemed to do this meeting justice. If there was a way to make this moment last, surely it would've been conjured already. But, since there wasn't, there was nothing more to do than savour each and every minute that passed, without question.

The feeling of Remus' breath on his neck was enough to send a lover soaring, fingers lifted to caress the skin of his cheek. Sirius lifted his gaze to stare needfully.. longingly into the eyes of the man. If this was what it was like to get lost, then both never wanted to be found.

And crimson lips were more than easily parted by a content sigh, no longer would they have to dream. Dreams now reality. So then, with just one kiss, the troubles of both worlds were soon forgotten.
