Disclaimer: This is my first fanfic that I am truly putting my heart into. I cried for an hour after J K Rowling killed Sirius and decided that he should actually be alive. So I decided to bring Sirius back into the world.

I used to love all these characters but now I'm mad at them. They are Hermione, Dumbledore, and Remus. (My sister prefers Remus to Sirius.)

In addition, I also DO NOT own anything that is associated with Harry Potter. (Thank gods cause I would want to be in J K's shoes at the moment.) Grins evilly Oh and I should warn you about my obsession with making Malfoy good girls who are sisters of Draco or Lucius

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Chapter 1

Sidra Malfoy-Black glared at James who had given permission for the group to go on this raid. "I'll kill you after this Potter." She threatened weakly. James shuddered. "Please don't." he begged. "I have a wife and a kid you know."

"Don't remind me." That was Sirius. "I really don't want to be reminded about wives at the moment." "Shut up Sirius." "Yes mother." "If I was your mother" she started. "You'd smack me." "Exactly."

"Stop fighting you two." James spread a map out on the desk and the large group of Aurors crowded around for a better look. James informed them on what they had to do and then put them into different groups depending on who could fly, Apparate, and then the rest got Portkeys.

Sidra and Sirius both got brooms. Neither had a good feeling about this. "If we don't know the odds there isn't any point in going." She howled furiously at James. "Sids shut up." He retorted.

"If Sirius dies or I die you will be in big trouble." She promised.

The fliers took ages to get to the area and weren't pleased with what they were met by.

Silence..

An auror yelled and shot at the bushes. Almost immediately, hundreds of Death Eaters poured into the grounds shooting spells at the Aurors. Sirius didn't remember most of it. All he remembered was near the ending.

About five hundred aurors went and only one hundred and twenty returned. However, that wasn't all. He remembered looking for Sidra at the end. James had finally managed to get him back over to the Portkeys and then.

Loud, hair-curdling cries could be heard and he knew it was Sids. She crawled from the darkness covered in blood and only recognisable by her long shocking hair and Sirius ran to her.

All he knew was that she was going to die. He looked pleadingly at James who reluctantly helped Sirius with her. Sirius was not going to leave his wife on a battleground almost dead.

Not while there was still breath in his body.
