We are the Hero
There was no doubt,
You were the one.
You were brilliant,
And the only.
I was the dust,
In the old,
You were the center,
Of my universe.
We knew,
But we concealed.
I was your concentration,
And your relaxation.
We were picked by him.
And we shall fulfill our destiny.
We are the ones.
We are the hero.
You and I,
As one
We are the hero.
Together we vanquish the night,
And surrender to nothing and no one.
We are the hero.
As we walk,
We take each other,
And say those three significant words,
And as we do I am amused,
Because I always knew we were the hero.

Flower
I was lost,
I was never to be found.
I never took this in mind,
That one day this would happen.
That day was a nightmare.
I was guilty of that,
And he knew it.
I felt like a drop of water in a desert.
I knew nothing and no one.
Everyone would try to hold me,
But I refused.
Until a sign came to me:
It was the flower you gave me,
It was weeping,
And it was dying.
I knew that it would be a waste to cry,
So I watered it day by day:
Until it became a bloom.
Then I realized,
That you didn't die,
But you were that flower,
Waiting for me,
Waiting for its water,
So the next morning,
I was not with the flower,
But with you.
