this is nothing more than the character list of a fanfiction I hope can provide a personal favorite original YouTube movie director with some inspiration for a third movie in their Scooby-Doo film series. they post their YouTube videos under the account name of 'Film Idiot'. I've always found the 'idiot' part of their YouTuber name to sound pretty ironic, because they're such a genius when it comes to fan-made 'Scooby-Doo' films. I especially like their use of such wide scenery. it's just glorious.

anyway, this list of the fanfiction's characters is just a mere five-hundred-eighty-four words long, not including this paragraph, the headnote above it, or the mandatory disclaimer in the following paragraph just below this rather run-on sentence of a paragraph wannabe.

disclamation: I do not own the 'Scooby-Doo' franchise in any way, shape, or form. I'm afraid that those ownership rights are reserved solely for Kenneth Spears, Joseph Ruby, William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. the only thing I truly own of this fanfiction is the fanfiction, itself, along with the original characters.

Frederick 'Fred' Jones-the hero of this fanfiction with a surprising but crippling fear of clowns, who must overcome his relentless fear of clowns to rescue his girlfriend's psyche from the coin of hypnotism belonging to a Ghost Clown, of all things.

Daphne Blake-Fred Jones' innocent yet fearless love interest and the main victim of the Ghost Clown and his coin of hypnotism, who tries to help him sabotage and impede her own friends' investigation while under the influence of the Ghost Clown's coin of hypnotism.

Velma Dinkley-Daphne's best friend and Fred's biggest challenge to get along with in his life, a bookworm and the brains of the 'Mystery Incorporated' Gang.

Norville 'Shaggy' Rodgers-Scooby Doo's owner, Velma's oldest childhood friend, and Fred's best friend in the 'Mystery Incorporated' Gang, who starts to see a fair-weather side to Fred in terms of their friendship when all of his non-mystery-solving friends start to notice Fred hang around Shaggy and becomes the person with whom Fred's loyalties in friendship are tested throughout the story which lead to even Shaggy to believe a hypnotized Daphne over Fred even when she clearly tries to sabotage their own gang's investigation.

Scoobert 'Scooby' Doo-Shaggy's Great Dane mutt dog, who more often than not saves the day at the end of the day.

Philomena Therese Barnum-the great-great-great granddaughter of the famous inventor of the very idea of a circus, Phineas Taylor Barnum, and the owner of the circus which is being threatened by the Ghost Clown.

Saul, the Super-the strongman of Philomena's circus and the husband of her closest acrobat friend, Melanie, whose best friend in the circus is a midget man by the name of Martin, the Midget, with whom Saul rides away from the circus as an act of both quitting the circus.

Melanie Armstrong-Philomena's lead acrobat and best friend in her whole circus and the circus strongman, Saul's, wife.

Martin, the Midget-the circus midget and Saul's best friend in the circus, who rides along with Saul on a tandem bicycle when the two of them both quit the circus with the Ghost Clown on the loose.

Harry, the Hypnotist-a hypnotist from the circus who got caught stealing everyone else's payment for the shows from the bookkeeper and was sent to prison for it.

Madam Marilyn-the gypsy fortuneteller of Philomena's circus and Harry's lover from back when the hypnotist worked for Philomena, and who was pretty upset when Philomena and the rest of the circus sent her lover to prison for stealing the payments of the entire circus staff when she was secretly in on Harry's scheme, herself, and sought revenge for her lover's incarceration.

Kimberly 'Kim' Victoria Burlington-the bookkeeper of Philomena's circus and the person whom Harry and Marilyn manipulated into surrendering every other circus employee's salary and the one who ratted Harry out as the main thief of everyone's fair share in payment for their shows, tried to have Marilyn arrested for her role that the bookkeeper was convinced the fortuneteller had in the scheme, and while both Harry's and the Ghost Clown's hypno-coins make the her obey the hypnotist's and the Ghost Clown's every command, she is fully aware of just what is happening to her during her time under the coins' influence, and she approves of none of it, and she gets the fortuneteller for her role in the plot of stealing everyone else's shares in the end.

Bridgette Jones-Fred's younger sister who finally meets Daphne and the rest of his friends in this story
