After leaving the school, Atomic Betty and the others had rushed to her house.

"The Earth base is your house?" asked Paloma as the group walked right on into the house.

"Actually, it's under it," said Atomic Betty while opening the hall closet and pressing a button that had been hidden behind a secret panel.

"Whoa," said Noah as a door appeared across the room to reveal an elevator.

"Admiral DeGill had this built-in case anything ever happened here on Earth, that way we could be ready," said Betty while they all got into the elevator.

"Secrets just keep adding up around here, huh?" asked Paloma.

"After today there may not be a need for them anymore," said Sparky.

"I don't know if that's a good thing or not though," said Atomic Betty as the elevator came to a stop.

"This is all under your house?" asked a shocked Noah. Once out of the elevator the group found them inside a large room that had a few doorways to lead to more areas.

"The whole town actually, this is just one of the many entrances," said Atomic Betty as she walked over to a large computer to the left of the elevator.

"It works as both a place for us to operate from and somewhere to evacuate the citizens if things get too bad on the surface, the whole place is built thick enough that nothing should be able to get through it," she said.

"How did the Admiral even find time to do all of this?" asked Paloma while looking around with a stunned expression. Atomic Betty then turned the computer on, and the first thing to come up worried everyone.

"The shield is already down to seventy percent?!" asked X-5 while everyone looked at a meter that was slowly dropping.

"Those robots keep ramming into it, just how many of them are there?" asked Sparky who had brought up a security feed showing the robots and their endless attack.

"More than you can handle, I'm afraid," said Admiral DeGill who just appeared on screen, removing all the other information in the process. The Admiral was looking in bad shape and even had a woman with him who was bandaging his head.
