A little while after getting their plan worked out, Noah was able to get a robot.

"These things are only big enough for two people to fit in," said Paloma as the group stood by the barrier with a robot that had been retrofitted for passengers.

"That's why Betty and I will be going up," said Noah.

"As for you three," said Atomic Betty as she turned to the remaining teammates who stood behind them.

"Your mission is to protect the citizens once the barrier gives out, if need be, take them to the base and guard them there," she said while looking at her gauntlet which showed a gauge at ten percent.

"Count on us," said Sparky.

"You two be careful up there," said X-5.

"We'll come back, I promise," said Atomic Betty before hugging the three. She then climbed into the robot with Noah and shut the hatch after her.

"Alright boys let's get to work," said Paloma as their robot flew off through the barrier.

"Are you sure this thing can get us there safely?" asked Betty as the robot shook while flying.

"I'm about sixty percent sure, but it's too late to worry about that now," said Noah, who was at the controls. Meanwhile, on the bridge of his ship, Lord Shatter was standing at a window that looked down at the town.

"I know that you're up to something, Atomic Betty," said Lord Shatter.

"But I also know that no matter what you try to do, your death is unavoidable and so is the fate of the rebellion you have sparked," he said, unaware that Betty and Noah's trojan horse had already boarded the ship.
