"Hello there. I see that you are new here."
"..."
"I also see that you don't speak much. But that is ok. You seem to be a bit lost. Why don't you come to my place? I have some cookies and tea that are superb."
Birch Obsidian woke up on the dirty floor. Birch Obsidian was one of the many jerseyheads in the Infinity Franchise. He was currently in his fourth fold when he came across a town that looked deserted. He didn't care much about the town or why it looks abandoned as he kept looking for more kills to earn for his fold. That is when he came across a mysterious man that looked similar to a cat. Birch felt something unnatural about that man so he played dumb until he is close enough to get the kill. But it seems that the man is smarter than Birch thought, because just as they entered the house, the man sprayed something onto Birch, until he was unconscious. "Aahh, you are awake. Good... Good." Birch got up to see that he is in a cell, with the cat man on the other side of the door in his cell. "I leave you to rest for now. Enjoy your stay." The man said to Birch as he chuckled and walked away from the cell. Birch knew that he can't stay here, there are more lives to take, blood to spill, folds to gain. Birch don't know why, but he has a feeling of determination, where he is determine to kill his captor. Birch looked around to see what he can use to escape. He noticed that there is a crowbar above the door, so he reached up to grab it. After he got the crowbar, he looked around to see a plank covering something, so he used to the crowbar to open it up. After removing the plank and having the crowbar break at the same time, it was revealed that a hole was underneath the plank. Birch crawled into the hole, to see that he is in another room which is dark, but he managed to see a lightswitch. He flicked it on and off multiple times until the light begin to works, revealing a hanged man wearing a rabbit mask. This didn't scared Birch due to him seeing death multiple times, most of which he caused. Ignoring the corpse hanging from the ceiling, he entered to the next door where he saw a staircase leading up and a door next to it. There was an arrow pointing to the door with a cat drawn above the words: "HE IS HIDING". Birch assumes that is where the cat man is hiding, but the door seems to be locked. Normally Birch would have smashed the door open, but then he felt heard something. It was a thump. He went back to the room where the hanging man is, only to see that the noose is empty. The man must have been faking his death. Birch had a feeling that he might not be the only one alive, and that there are more survivors. He decided to look around for more survivors, so that he can kill them to get to the fifth fold. So he went back to the stairs room and walked up the stairs to see that he is in a garage. He looked around the garage, only finding a screwdriver, and some sort of knife that acts like a saw. After taking the items, he went to the hanging room to look around to find a boiler, and saw that the cover is the only one that doesn't have any dust on it. Birch then used the screwdriver to unscrew the cover and reached in after taking off the cover. He searched around until he felt something small and hard. He took out his hand to see that he has a key in his hand. He then went back to the garage since the key has an oily smell on it. He entered through the door, to see that he is in some sort of house, only to hear a man voice screaming in pain as something was hitting the man. This doesn't bother the large man as he entered the kitchen. He then saw a newspaper clipping about a kidnapping. It was the same cat man that kidnapped Birch. His name is Mr. Whiskers, where Birch recalls something about multiple kidnappings happening in the town he came across before the Flash. Putting that aside, Birch continued to search around the kitchen only to find a skeleton with a horse mask in one of the cabinents, and a trapdoor underneath a box. Birch managed to open the trapdoor with the screwdriver and entered it, only to see that it is completely dark. He couldn't see anything, but he sense that someone is alive down there. So, he decided to come back when he gets a flashlight. As he exits the kitchen, something dashed into the room next to it. Birch then went into the room, to see that it is the bathrooms with three stalls, with the middle stall having its door closed. "Go away! Leave me be!" Birch didn't cares about the man and knocked on the door. "Okay!... Fine! I will make you a deal! If you give me a gun.. I will give you some sort of list." Birch was confused about why the man needs a gun. "Look, the gun makes me feel safe okay! Just find me the gun." Birch decided to find this gun, but he knows that he is not giving it to the man in the stall. After the encounter, Birch decided to go upstairs and look around. He entered a room with two beds, where he searched around the room, only to find a safe and the key to the safe. He opened the safe, revealing a note stating that the gun is in the prison cell. So Birch went downstairs and went back to the prison cell where he was kept, to see where the gun was. He looked around to see that a piece of board is a bit loose, so he used the saw like knife to open the board, revealing a revolver. Birch inspects it, only to see that it has only has one bullet in it, so he decides to put the gun in his pocket for later. With the gun in his possesion, Birch went back to the house and back to the bathroom where the man is. Without any warning, Birch grab ahold of the stall's door and tore it off, revealing that it was the same rabbit man who was hanging from the noose. Without wasting any second, Birch took out his knife and begins to stab the man multiple times while the man screams and tries to get away from the mad man. After finishing with the rabbit man, Birch search the body to find a list. He got it and inspects to see that it has code. He then recall a window with a lock that needs number, so he exited the bathroom and went upstairs to put in the code. After putting in the code, the lock unlocked and Birch opened up the window. He got out of the window to see that he is on a roof with light coming from another open window. He entered the open window to see that he is in another bathroom with a corpse wearing a cow mask. He then noticed that the mask is sewed up on the corpse's face. Birch shrugged it off due to him seeing things worse than that. Birch search around the bathroom to find a flashlight, which was the source of the light. He then noticed on the mirror that he had some of the rabbit's blood on his face, so he turned on a handle and much to his surprise, hot water was coming out. He took this chance to grab the water with his hand and started to wash his face. After he was done, he look back to the mirror to see that there was a message written on it. It said: "17 X 4 Y." At first, he didn't know what it means, but then he remembered from his math class that they are coordinates. He ignored the coordinates due to it being useless to him, and he exit out of the bathroom and went back to the other window. He then went back to the kitchen and went down the trap door to use the flashlight. He used the flashlight to look around the room, only to awake a man wearing a dog mask, who began to bark at him. Birch was annoyed by the barking, so he took out the knife he had and stabbed the man in the head, killing him instantly. But doing that resulted in the knife breaking. After discarding the handle of the knife, Birch then noticed that the dog man was guarding a jack. Birch then grabbed the jack, with the intent on using it at the garage door. So, Birch went back up the trapdoor, walked back to the garage and used the jack on garage door, making a opening big enough for him to crawl through. So Birch crawled through the door to see that he is in some sort of pool room. He then saw a metal door with some electricity coming from it. Before he could do anything, something small fell right in front of his feet. Birch looked around to see where the item came from, but he had no luck. Birch grabbed the key to see that it was a key with a smiling cat on it. He then thinks that the key might be used to open the locked door with the cat sign on it, so he crawled back inside, walked until he saw the locked door, and used the key to open it. He entered the room, revealing a small room with another door. He entered the door that was in front of him, revealing multiple tvs with a chair in front of them all. He then noticed that the tvs were on, and they were broadcasting the rooms that Birch was in. Then suddenly, the tvs suddenly changed from the rooms to a shadow silloutee of Mr. Whiskers. "Welcome to my little game! If you are wondering about the key falling in front of you, consider it a thank you for dealing with those two. It is a pain keeping an eye on them. Anyway, the rules are simple: Escape, you win. Die, you lose. No one has won the game yet, but you are special. I like you, so I would like to help you on your way. Behind the chair is a switch to turn off the electricity outside. Ohh and uhh... Watch out for The Boarman. He doesn't like human beings. Good luck." After that, Mr. Whiskers laughs and the tv turned off. Birch didn't care about what the man said, so he looked behind the chair to see the switch. He turned off the switch, and made his way back to the pool room. Birch then made his way back to the pool room, and see that the gate electricity is off, so he then opened it. He entered through the gate and walked down revealing that most the doors are locked except for a window. Birch entered the window, revealing that he is in a garage with a car. There was a note on one of the car tires, where it reads: "This car was missing a tire. You're welcome. You just need to find the car wrench. -Mr. W." Birch threw the note aside and started to find the car wrench. He then managed to find the car wrench, and begins to work on the tire where the note was on. After finishing the work, Birch entered the car, with the car wrench in his hands. He was planning on taking the car back to downtown to either mow down some people or sell it to those clowns he encountered. As he turned on the car and its lights, the lights revealed The Boarman in front of the car. "Going anywhere?" But before The Boarman could finish his sentence, Birch already put his foot on the pedal, causing the car to move foward, pinning The Boarman between the car and the garage door which Birch didn't noticed that was closed, causing The Boarman to drop his large knife. As Birch kept his foot on the pedal with the intention to crush The Boarman, the car then gave out, leaving The Boarman stuck. Birch exited the car, and went to the left side of the car to avoid The Boarman who is trying to reach for his knife. With the car wrench in his hand, Birch begins to beat on The Boarman's left arm. The Boarman screamed as he begins to focus his attention on Birch, who managed to dodge his grasp, only to have a rag covering his mouth, knocking him out again. After a couple of what seems like minutes, Birch woke up to see that he is in some sort of surgery room, with The Boarman glaring at him with some bandages on his left arm. "Ah, the man is awake. I was planning on making you a nice brave lion, but since you nearly broke my ribs and arm, I am just going to see how long you can last without your limbs. So, let me get my favorite knife, don't go anywhere. hehe." The Boarman said as he left Birch alone. Birch, without wasting a second, broke his restraints with the screwdriver he had, and grabbed a sawbone, and hid. After a couple of minutes, The Boarman came back to see that Birch is gone. "Oi! Where did you go!" Birch then came out of his hiding place, and jumped onto The Boarman. There, he hits The Boarman in the head with the sawbone, and begins to saw the madman's head. The Boarman screams as he tried to take Birch off of him. After a couple of minutes of fighting, The Boarman stopped fighting, and fell to the floor with the sawbone wedge to his head. After the fight, Birch searched the monster's body, to find a key. He then noticed an airduct large enough for him with a lock on it. So, he used the key to unlock the airduct and crawled in. After reaching the other side, he then heard a large scream coming from the other side of the airduct. It seems that it will take a lot more to kill The Boarman. Birch ignored the scream and looked around the room. All he found were masks of different animals, a locked door and a secret passage in a closet. He entered the closet to see a man with a bag over his head, pointing a scalpel to Birch. Before the man could say anything, Birch walked up to the man, and grabbed the scalpel from the man. Birch then proceeds to stab the man in the throat multiple times, all while the man tries to get Birch off of him, screaming that he needs to be pretty. After the life left the man's body, Birch looted the body to see that it was the key for the locked door. After unlocking the door, he exited the building by an open window and climbing down a ladder that was attached to the building. He then saw that he was back where he entered the garage with the car. But the difference is that the gate was open, with a letter that said: "You're welcome." Birch then entered the gate to see that there are two ways, one with a iron door and the other leading to a graveyard. He then went into the graveyard to see what he can find. He then saw a shed in the distance, where he entered it to see that it was a mess. After looking around, he saw a shovel leaning against a coffin. Birch took the shovel, only for it to reveal a corpse with a bird mask. Ignoring the corpse, Birch went back to the graveyard and noticed that one of the graves seems to be fresh, so he begins to dig it up. After a couple of minutes of digger, he managed to dig up a small box with a cat drawn on it. Birch open it, revealing to have a key with a note with it. It read: "Go back to where you escaped The Boarman. You might have missed a door." Birch didn't know nor cares about how Mr. Whiskers figured out that Birch escape, so he begin his walk back to where he escaped The Boarman. As he came in from the window, he noticed that he have missed a couple of doors. He entered one door, revealing to be some sort of storage room with a locked door. Birch used the key he dug up on the door, and it unlocked the door. He entered the door, revealing that he is in a dining room. He went around the dining room and wounded up in the kitchen where he saw a man with a fish mask flopping around with a butchers knife in his head. Birch responded by taking out the butchers knife, and chopping the fish man's head off. After he was done with that, Birch search the kitchen to find something to eat. He couldn't find anything, so he left the kitchen and the dining room, only to wound outside, with The Boarman facing the other way. The Boarman has a ton of bandages on his head, and he had the same bonesaw Birch attacked him with. "Hehe. That man is going to get what is coming to him." Birch then thinks about what he should do, and thought of an idea. Birch poked The Boarman in the back, which caused him to turn. The Boarman then saw Birch aiming the revolver he had right at The Boarman. And without a second thought, Birch fired the revolver at The Boarman's only eye. The Boarman screamed in pain as he dropped the bonesaw to grab his face. Birch, who is unfazed by what he did, grabbed the bonesaw and used it to hit The Boarman's neck. The Boarman fell to the ground as a result, and Birch begins to saw The Boarman's head off. After finally killing The Boarman, Birch dropped the revolver and headed to the lighthouse that was nearby. There, he entered the house next to it, and saw a ladder that leads upstairs. He climbed the ladder, to see a man with a cat mask holding a battery. "Meeow! If you give me a snack, I will give you this battery." Unfortunately , that wasn't enough to convince Birch to get him a snack, where Birch punched the man to the ground, and stomping on his head until it was mush. Birch was about to leave, until he saw a note on the corpse. It reads: "The password is DEAD MOUSE in order to get into the saferoom." Birch then took the note, and headed back to where the saferoom is. After passing the corpse and making his way, he finally made it to the saferoom where he knocked. The slot opened, revealing a man wearing a monkey mask. Birch showed him the note, where the man read it. "Huh. I guess that cat is dead. Well. come on in. just don't make any trouble, pal." The door opened and Birch entered it, where he saw the monkey mask man, and another man wearing a gorilla mask who is reading a newspaper. Without hesitation, Birch grabbed the monkey mask man and snapped is neck, killing him. "Huh, what's this now?" The gorilla mask man asked, as he heard some noises. Birch responded by impaling the gorilla mask man's neck with the shovel, killing him. After dealing with the two primates, Birch went down the ladder that was next to the gorilla mask man. There he saw that he was in the sewers with large holes. He entered one hole where he saw a man with a rat mask. Before the rat man could speak, Birch took out the screwdriver he had, and stabbed the rat man in the neck, all while making sure he stays quiet, to not alert the others. After that, Birch exited the hole and continued his way, where he saw a biker wearing a lizard mask. Birch grabbed the lizard man and tossed him to the ground where, he begins to smash the lizard man's head in with the shovel. After that, Birch continued his way, where he saw a man wearing a bee mask looking at at skull. Birch grabbed the skull and begins to hit the bee man with the skull, until he was sure that the bee man is lifeless. After that, Birch continued on his way, where he saw three paths. He entered one path, revealing to be a pub. The men saw Birch with blood splattered all over him. "Hehe. I guess you had to encounter some unfreindly men. Hehe." The man with the shark mask said. Birch didn't respond to the shark man's words, as he grabbed the knife he was holding, and stabbed him in the heart. Before the man with a pig mask and the man with a pug mask could alert the others, Birch ran towards them and begins to stab them both, with Birch gutting the pig man, and decapitating the pug man. After dealing with the three men and drinking some of the booze in the bar, Birch went to the second path, where he saw two men sleeping, one wearing a goat mask, and the other wearing a bear mask. Birch made sure that their sleep was the last as he slits their throats while they sleep. After dealing with the two sleeping men, Birch went to the last path where he encountered a man wearing a rhino mask, and has brass knuckles. "I know what you did to the others. We were planning on leaving tonight. But, you had to ruin it all. The captain is getting the ship ready to sail, but I will make sure that one of us is leaving alive." Then the fight begins, where the rhino man tries to pummel Birch, but Birch managed to dodge the attacks. Birch took out the screwdriver he had, and stabbed the rhino man in the eyes with it and the knife, leaving them there. The rhino man screamed in pain, as he blindly tries to Birch, but was stopped when Birch stabbing him in the neck with the shovel. After that, the rhino man fell to the floor dead, with Birch as the victor. Birch left the dead rhino man, leaving the shovel, screwdriver and knife impaled in the rhino man, and continued on his way. After walking for a while, Birch found a ladder that leads up to the surface. Birch went up the ladder to see that he is at the docks, where saw a man wearing a walrus mask talking to the person that kidnapped Birch. "Now listen here Mr. Whiskers! I am doing this only because I want out of this place forever, and that you will get this mask off of me!" The walrus man said. Mr. Whiskers was about to say something until the two heard footsteps coming towards them. They look to see that it was Birch, covered in blood. "Ahh. I see that our guest is here. Now, normally I would have taken care of you, but considering on what you did to The Boarman, I had my doubts. So, how about this? You can become the new Boarman, and you can have all the men you can have. What do you say?" Mr. Whiskers said as he held his hand out. Birch looked the hand then at the two men. Birch begins to walk towards the two men, as he put his hand out. As Birch was about shake Mr. Whiskers hand, Mr. Whiskers drew out the revolver that Birch dropped. "This time, I filled it up." Birch responded to the threat by grabbing the arm with the revolver and begins to squeeze it. Mr. Whiskers tried to fire onto Birch, only to have his arm broken by Birch. All Mr. Whiskers could do was scream in pain as he held his broken arm. Birch took the chance to grab the revolver and shoot both the walrus man and Mr. Whiskers, three bullets for each. After finishing with the two men, Birch was planning on leaving until he felt something. Birch turned to see that Mr. Whiskers is still alive, but in pain. Birch walked up to him and begins to stomp on his head. He didn't stop until the head was completely reduced to mush. After that was done, Birch went back to the boat and begins to sail back to Downtown Olathe. After sailing for what seems like hours, Birch finally made it to the Salt Basin, where he ended up crashing the ship and jumping out before it completely sinks. After he swam up to shore, Birch made his way to the elevator that would take him back to downtown, where he entered the elevator. After the elevator took him back to the tunnels, he made his way out to see that Conrad Windthorn, Li'l Beezy Dreams, Zill Rachmanov, Quincy and Quebec Earheardt, Kein Felton, Howard Al-Azif, and The Tenderizer was outside talking to each other. "Oi! There you are Birch! Where were you?" Li'l Beezy Dreams asked to Birch, but Birch didn't say a word. "Oh yeah, you don't speak. But anyway, Kein just saw a some ragman and a cowboy going to go up against Arnold. We are planning on jumping in when Arnold is weak enough so we can take all three of them. Want to join?" Birch then thought about for a minute. After everything he had been through, with The Boarman, those men with masks and Mr. Whiskers, there is one answer he could give out. He held out a thumbs up and the men cheered. "All right! Let's go get those jobbers and Arnold." The group then begins to head where the fight is going to take, with the intention of killing the three, and Birch begins to forget his experience back at that town, making it a distance memory.
The End. I hope that you like this story of a character from Lisa the Pointless SotWS entering the Whiskers horror game.
