-Teaser-

In the ever present blackness of the void of space, a man and a woman stood on an asteroid that lazily floated on and on through the depths. There was just enough light from the nearby star that the two could see each other clearly. The man, a light skinned man in a navy blue suit with a red tie that looked to be in his mid thirties stood holding the woman gently around her waist, his hands clasped behind her as if holding her was the only thing keeping her there. His slick black hair shone in the light, and his ice blue eyes were full of compassion as he looked down at the woman in his arms.

The two stood there momentarily as the woman looked back up to him, her low cut blue dress, long brown hair, stern blue eyes, and soft smile contrasting to form the perfect blend of sensuality and warmth.

"This is our last goodbye. Forever. Go. Save us one last time" The woman said softly to the man, stroking his cheek as a tear formed in her eye.

The man pulled her in closely, his broad arms holding her tightly before he let her go.

"I love you Lois. I always will" He said before turning away and jumping off the asteroid.

She watched as the man flew off into the depths of space, never to be seen again.

Lois sat down on the asteroid just looking out into space. It was a gift given to her. The opportunity to say her last goodbye.

"I am not sad for this end. I am glad for the life I lived and shared with Clark and My son. I hope that wherever Clark goes, that he will find happiness to fill his heart now that I no longer can" Lois said turning her head to the left, looking at the silent observer that gave her this opportunity.

Standing a few meters away was the Spectre, The one who had given her this gift.

He only simply stood there looking out at the endless cosmos, a calm smile on his face. Even for the very vengeance and wrath of God, Clark Kent and Lois Lane were special beyond comprehension.

Then he turned his head to her and spoke.

"You will always be in his heart. Now. Tomorrow. Forever. To that man, You have no equal. Rejoice. For even though this reality may soon be gone, You will always be there in his heart".

The Spectre's words filled her soul with calmness, and Lois couldn't help but smile at the memories.

"Let me stay here till the end. I want to watch the last moments of this universe" Lois requested and the Spectre acknowledged it.

"If that is your wish, Then it will be done" The Spectre replied before the very universe began to twist and turn. It was a dizzying experience, as the very fabrics of space and time slowly unraveled.

It truly was the end of the universe, and Clark was the only one that would go on living after the end of all things.

The destruction of the universe was not felt by Clark, Who through the grace of God was spared that pain.

For the longest time Clark saw nothing but blackness. However, his mind and body were calm, for he had long since reached the state of enlightenment that came with the Torqasm Vo and Rao Martial Arts.

Then, like an explosion of colors, his new universe revealed itself to him.

Standing deep within a forest under a cloudless sky, Clark began his new journey.
