The most ancient stories are written in the stars. This is the story of the Multiverse and how it was born.

In the beginning, there was only a void of darkness. There was nothing.

And then, there was the light.

So much of the magical essence got freed from the explosion that the Divinity decided to make separate worlds...in order to prevent possible disorder.

She then shaped the Ancestral Deities from the dust of one of the first stars. One was an egg that hatched right after its creation.

Sheldron, the Great Dragon.

Annyr, the Phoenix.

Arceus, the Alpha Pokémon.

And Faust, the divine Alicorn.

Through all 4, the Divinity used Her extraordinary powers to create and spread life in each universe. Everything was created and destroyed according to the movements of each of the Deities.

Of course, the Gods of Concepts also helped out by creating "Concepts:" Space, Nature and Time, keenly guarded by the Divinity Herself.

Young Space and Time were ever playful and naive thrusting Life and Death into the Multiverse. But they were gleefully oblivious of what that had wrought... what it would bring. While Space brought the splendors of Life, Time cast the bitter resolution of Death.

Death is time's omnipresent projected shadow.

With the Divinity's help, Arceus also creates Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, giving them power over time, space, and antimatter respectfully. Giratina, as punishment for its destructive nature, however, is sent by Arceus to live in the Distortion World. Dialga and Palkia then succeed in helping Arceus and the Divinty create the Pokéverse and retreat into their own dimensions afterwards, with a point of access being at the ancient Spear Pillar in what will eventually become the Hisui region.

With the Divinity's approval, Arceus continued to create the entire Pokéverse.

Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf, gave knowledge, emotion, and willpower respectfully to all living things that came into existence. The three dove into caves at the bottom of Lake Acuity, Lake Verity, and Lake Valor respectfully in the eventual Hisui region, giving them the name 'lake guardians'.

Kyogre is formed by the pressure in the deep sea trenches. Groudon is formed deep inside the Earth, likely from hardened magma and earth. And Rayquaza is formed by the minerals of the ozone layer.

Rayquaza proceeds to fly around the ozone layer, occasionally coming to rest at the future spot of the Sky Pillar, which will eventually become part of the Hoenn region. Kyogre and Groudon then proceed to fill the sea and create land, respectfully. A chance meeting turns the two into rivals, and a conflict for dominance over the Pokéverse began. The battle continued until Rayquaza quelled it, causing Kyogre and Groudon to retreat to special caverns, where they rest to this day.

The Red and Blue Orbs were created to prevent the reawakening of Kyogre and Groudon, and were left at Mt. Pyre of the eventual Hoenn region for safekeeping.

Mew may have been plentiful and lived in large numbers.

Landmasses such as Mt. Coronet are created, and Regigigas moves the continents, forming the regions, and creates the five titans...

Regirock, made out of clay.

Regice, made out of ice.

Registeel, made out of magma.

Regieleki, made out of crystalized electric energy.

And Regidrago, made out of crystalized dragon energy.

The Hisui region is created around Mt. Coronet. During this violent procedure, Stark Mountain is created due to shifts in the crust of the world and Heatran is formed in a pool of lava.

Arceus creates the Adamant Crystal, the Lustrous Globe, and the Griseous Core before falling into a deep slumber, thus finishing Its job for the Divinity.

As the centuries passed, the Multiverse was carried into its next evolution: a cradle for Hope, for lifeforms' new beginning. As this was done, the planets of each universe became the home of the Supreme Races.

Humans and Earth Ponies, born from dust, endowed with free will.

The Unicorns, the only ones able to fully exercise the magical arts.

Pokémon, mysterious creatures filled with potential.

Pegasi, the ones that fly in free will.

The Fairy Creatures, all wild beings who guard a power given to them by the Divinity.

And all the other important living beings.

Thus, the entire Multiverse was born.
