Day 5: Celebration/Family/Sports: Camping
Chi-Chi suggested camping for the weekend and both Goku and Gohan loved the idea and quickly jumped in. The oldest child thought it would be great for Goten to have some contact with the nature for a couple of days.
She was finishing putting some food on pots when Gohan came down with Goten over his shoulders, giggling loudly.
"Looks like someone's having fun."
"He loves it when I put him up there."
"I think he loves doing everything with his older brother."
"Gohan." Goten placed his hands over his brother's hand and pointed outside when he looked at him.
"Do you want to go outside?"
"Yes."
"Alright, let's go."
"Just make sure both of you are warm enough. It's a little cold outside. You don't want to catch a flu."
"Okay." Gohan turned around and headed upstairs again. "Come on, Goten. Let's put on a beanie and gloves first."
"Woohoo!"
"We're not playing horse riding yet, Goten." He couldn't help but laugh.
"It looks like Gohan and Goten are having a lot of fun together, huh?" Goku walked inside after collecting some fruits from their trees.
"It does. Goten thinks Gohan is his horse or something. I feel bad for him."
"It's just a phase, it will go away soon."
"Definitely." Chi-Chi glanced at the basket he was carrying. "What did you collect over there?"
"A bunch of fruits for us to take for camping." Goku looked down at it as well.
"Goku, you do know we're staying close to the house, don't you?"
"I do, but I still think we should take them. You can never get enough food for three Saiyans."
"That's a really good point. Can you help me taking these outside?"
"Sure."
.
"Goten, you can't eat this!" Chi-Chi exclaimed when she walked out carrying a few more bowls with food. "Gohan, can you pick your brother up and put him on his trolley, please?"
"Sure." He finished tying the tent to the ground and ran to get his brother. "Goten, this is bad. There is a lot of good food for you to eat. Let's go."
He sat down near the basket full of fruit Goku had picked up earlier and Goten quickly bent over to grab an apple. What Gohan wasn't expecting was that he was actually offered the fruit.
"What? Are you giving it to me?"
"Yes." The fourteen-month old baby nodded. "Apple?"
"Thanks, Goten." Gohan picked it up with a smile and ate some of it. "Do you want any? Cherry, maybe?"
"Cherry." He crawled towards the basket and tried to use it to stand up, causing it to turn and most of the fruits rolled out.
"Oh, no, Goten!" He swallowed the fruit fast and started gathering them all back while Goten had the time of his life with the situation.
"So I assume you really enjoyed wearing my sweater, huh?" Goku sat down beside Chi-Chi a little far from where the boys were, and they watched them together.
"What?" She asked confused.
"You were wearing this exact same sweater when I came back last year."
"I was?" She turned to him with widened eyes. "You remember that?"
"Of course I do. It was the first thing I noticed that day."
"Really? What else did you notice?"
"I noticed how you hair was loose that day. You looked so pretty."
"Like this?" She reached for her hair clip and took it off, letting her hair fall down her shoulders.
"Exactly like this." Goku couldn't control himself and leaned over her, gently lying her on the grass underneath her as he kissed her passionately and climbed on top of her.
"Goku, Goku." Chi-Chi had to be stronger than her desire to go all the way him right there to cup his face on her hands and pull his head away. "Trust me, I really want this too. But our sons are here and it would be embarrassing for all of us."
"Yeah, you're right." He rolled over to where he was seconds ago and sighed deeply.
"I'm sorry." She looked at him and smiled when his black eyes met hers. "But maybe we can do it later tonight?"
"Are you serious?" His face lit up in happiness and she couldn't help but giggle. "I can hardly wait for that."
"Me neither." She leaned closer to him, to the point their noses were slightly touching. "But you're gonna have to be very quiet because they will be in the next tent. Can you do that?"
"Absolutely." Goku slid his hand through her arms towards the back of her neck and pulled her head towards his, capturing her lips in another passionate kiss.
.
"Come on, Goten." Chi-Chi tried to get him to sleep for the third time that night.
"I don't want to sleep, mommy." He cried against her chest.
"You have to, so we can have a fun day tomorrow. You need to be full of energy."
"Okay." Goten started looking around. "Where's daddy?"
"I think he's already sleeping, sweetie."
"I want to see him. Daddy!"
"Goku, Goten wants to see you before he goes to sleep."
"Chi-Chi, I don't think I can right now."
"Why not?"
"Because… you know…"
"Oh God." She blushed heavily, definitely not expecting that. "Well, can't you put your pillow over it? It's just for a few minutes while Goten says good night to you and vice-versa."
"Yes, I can do that." He grabbed it and placed it over his pelvis. "Alright, bring him in."
"Here we go." Chi-Chi placed Goten inside their tent and he immediately ran to his father, jumping on his chest.
"Daddy!"
"Hey!" Goku picked him in his arms right away and lifted him in the air. "How's my little boy doing?"
"Good."
"Are you ready to go to bed now?"
"I don't want to sleep, daddy. I want to play with you and mommy."
"But you're gonna leave Gohan alone in the other tent? He might be feeling lonely there."
"He can come here and we'll all sleep together."
"He's already sleeping, Goten. Besides, there isn't enough space for all of us here."
"But I don't want to go. I want to stay here."
"I'm sorry, Goten. Not tonight." Chi-Chi said a little firmly. "Let's go."
Goku felt relieved when he heard his wife returning to their tent and seconds later crawling inside.
"Finally."
"Tell me about it." She lied down beside him and rested her head on his chest. "I thought he wouldn't fall asleep at all."
"I thought so too."
"But I'm here now." Chi-Chi turned around, resting her chin where her head had just been.
"Yes, you are." Goku reached for her hand at the same time she stood up and sat on top of him.
They stared at each other for a few seconds before he also sat up, which led to them staying only millimeters away from each other. Goku grabbed the tips of his orange sweater that she was wearing and slowly lifted it up. Chi-Chi put her arms up, so he could slide it over them and quickly tossed it beside him. Then he buried his face on the curve between her neck and shoulder and started kissing it. She tugged on his spiky black hair firmly and tried her very best to suppress a moan and wake the children up.
"Goku, I don't think I can do it quietly." She managed to say when he pulled away from her body slightly, just to move to her breasts. Feeling his lips kissing them and the warmth of his tongue on her skin made her panties get wet. "I'm serious, we have to stop."
"Come on, Chi-Chi." He begged, moving away from her breasts and staring into her eyes. "We can do it."
"I don't think we can, I'm sorry. I really want to, believe me." Chi-Chi put her hair behind her ears.
"This is so annoying." Goku sighed frustrated. "So are we just going to sleep instead?"
"No." She smiled mischievously. "We may not get to have sex, but we can still make-out if you want."
"I think that's pretty clear." He pressed his palms on her back and pulled her towards him.
"Yes, yes, it is." She stared at him intensely before leaning over and kissing him slowly and deeply.
.
"Chi-Chi, can you close the curtains, please?" Goku mumbled as he covered himself with a blanket to stop the luminosity from reaching his eyes.
"This isn't the sun, Goku." Chi-Chi opened her eyes and noticed she had slept with her head on his chest. She was still adjusting to the clarity when noises coming from outside. "What's this noise?"
"I have no idea." He sat up, looking at the door of the tent.
"Mommy!" Goten said nervously and tried to come inside their tent.
"It's the boys! Goten!"
She quickly crawled towards the door and unzipped it at same time Gohan's silhouette appeared and picked his son up, flying off immediately.
"Way to go, son." Goku opened the door after he was sure Chi-Chi wouldn't. He got out and then helped her leave too. "What happened over here?"
"Some of the food were left on the table and a fox came here and was eating them. Goten had just gotten out of the tent and was afraid of it, so I just took him away."
"Good job, Gohan." The oldest Saiyan ruffled his head enthusiastically and smiled.
"I didn't want to scare it away. It just wanted to eat."
"We know, sweetie. It's not the fox's fault. But now we don't have much food."
"Don't worry, Chi-Chi." Goku assured her. "There still are some fruits on trees. We can pick them up for breakfast."
"Dad is right, mom. We can get some."
"That's great, but I can't fly."
"We got this. Do you want to help dad pick up some fruits, Goten?"
"Yes!"
"But… uh…" Chi-Chi began to say and was surprised by Gohan holding her hand. "Gohan?"
"Leave it to me." He winked at her briefly and then looked at Goku. "Dad, Goten can help me collect some fruits. Why don't you do it with mom? I think she wants to know how it's like to fly."
"Huh?" Goku raised his eyebrow at them while his oldest son picked up his youngest one in his arms. "Is that real?"
"Y-Yes."
"Why didn't you say something sooner?" His face lit up in happiness. "I would love to show you how it's like!"
"Is it scary?" Chi-Chi asked when she stopped next to her husband.
"Not at all." Goku couldn't stop smiling, anticipating the amazing sensation that came with flying. "I mean, it can be scary if you're very high, but not this distance."
"Okay. The only experience I have that comes near it is the kitoun."
"It's much better than that, trust me." He picked her up in his arms and they shared a look. "Are you ready?"
"Yes." She replied firmly and held the basket she was carrying tight. "Let's go."
"Alright. Here we go." He began to float towards the nearest trunk of the tree, where he placed her and then sat down himself beside her.
"That's it? I could barely experience it."
"Well, it's a very short distance, so…"
"Would you teach me how to fly?"
"You want to know how to do it?"
"Is that a problem?"
"No, no. I can teach you, of course."
"Goku, what were you going to say?"
"Nothing…" He looked at her and noticed he wouldn't be able to lie to her, so he sighed and then looked down. "I just like carrying you, that's all. If I teach you, I won't get to do it anymore."
"I guess the fact I stopped fighting somehow made people think I'm unable to defend myself or became weak."
"What are you talking about, Chi-Chi? I still think you're a very strong woman and would love to see you getting back at it." Goku looked up. "We could be a family of fighters. I mean, if you're okay with Goten becoming one too."
"I am." She nodded. "In fact, I was thinking of training him with Gohan's help. Before you came back, that is. So teenage Chi-Chi is back, huh?"
"I think that's wonderful! I'm happy for you."
"Thanks, Goku." She smiled and rested her head on his shoulder. "So I think we find a balance here."
"I'm listening."
"You can teach me how to fly, but I promise I won't do it all the time. Truth be told, I like it when you carry me too."
"That sounds like a deal to me. When can we start?"
"As soon as possible and you can."
"If I have my way, we can start right now."
"Is tomorrow okay?"
"That's perfect." Goku grinned.
"You're probably more excited than I am about this."
"Imagine how fun it will be the four of us flying in the sky."
"It will be amazing." Chi-Chi tried to stand up on the trunk and tried to get her husband, but stepped on something slippery and lost her balance.
"Chi-Chi!" His reflections were very fast and he immediately grabbed her wrist. "Are you okay?"
"Thank you." She took a few deep breaths after he put her back at the trunk. "It would be quite a fall."
"What were you trying to do?"
"I was trying to get some fruits from this tree."
"Why didn't you say it sooner?" Goku stood up as well. "I would have protected... helped you."
"The fruit can wait." She turned around and looked at him with sparkling eyes.
"But didn't you just say…" He rubbed the back of his neck, confused. "Oh! You have other plans first."
"That's one way to say it." Chi-Chi stretched her hand towards him and he quickly grabbed it, letting her bring him closer. "Since we're up here, we should enjoy it. Don't you think?"
"Absolutely." He placed his palm on the tree behind her and leaned over her, kissing her slowly and passionately.
.
"Goten, you shouldn't eat so fast. You can choke." Chi-Chi said alarmed.
"He definitely has the Saiyan blood." Goku commented with a large grin. "Such a young age and already with a big appetite."
"I should really make you two cook all the meals." She addressed to him and Gohan. "Goten can join you when he's old enough."
"Come on, Chi-Chi. That's not fair."
"I strongly disagree with that." She watched them trying to change her mind, grinning. She felt very lucky and blessed to have such an amazing and loving family.
