One day on Homeworld, Blue Diamond was feeling very miserable.
She was by herself, on her knees, looking down at the ground as she cried.
"Oh, Yellow..." she said. "I didn't want it to end like this..."
Blue was looking down at the shards of Yellow Diamond's gem.
Yellow Diamond had recently been shattered.
And it just happened without warning.
Just then, Steven showed up.
"Hello, Blue," he said.
"Oh," said Blue. "Hello, Steven. Have you come to mourn Yellow, too?"
Steven examined Yellow Diamond's remains.
"Hmm. I suppose," he said.
Blue Diamond sighed.
"It's awful, Steven. The first thing I knew, Yellow and I were arguing about what was to become of Homeworld in the future, and the next thing I knew... she was gone... I can't believe she's gone. She was one of the best gems there ever was. Without her... I don't know how we can go on. It makes me very sad, Steven."
"Hmm..." said Steven. "Yes. It really is tragic. But do you know what makes me even more upset, Blue?"
Blue turned to Steven.
"What?"
"...Having blue-skinned b**ches steal my victims from me."
Blue Diamond was horrified.
"Wh... What...? 'Victims'?! What...? I..."
"Do you think I'm stupid, Blue?" Steven asked. "Do you think I'm dumb or something?"
Steven chuckled coldly.
"Yellow was mine, Blue," he said, becoming angry.
"She was obsessed with destroying my home planet as much as possible for many years. I couldn't live with that. I wanted her gone."
Steven smiled psychotically at Blue Diamond.
"But you got to her first, didn't you? You're gonna take all the credit, aren't you?"
Blue Diamond was scared. Steven was on to her. He knew she shattered Yellow Diamond in a blind rage during their argument - and what's worse, he originally intended on shattering her himself.
"I... Steven... It's not like that, I...!"
"But it still happened, didn't it?" said Steven. "So it is like that."
"Steven...!" Blue whimpered.
She was so scared, she was about to cry. This was more than she could handle.
But it was about to get even worse.
"You know, Blue..." said Steven. "There was that one time at the trial, when you intimidated me and intended to sentence me to a fate worse than shattering."
Steven's grin grew wider.
"But I can't live with that either. Right, Blue?"
Blue started to panic.
"Please, Steven... I don't... I didn't... I made a mistake! I'm sorry, Steven!"
"It's a bit too late for sorries, Blue."
Steven snickered psychotically as his skin started to glow pink.
"Say hello to Yellow and Mom for me...!"
"STEVEN! NO!" screamed Blue as Steven started to grow to a giant size, towering over her.
"BYE-BYE, BLUE!" Steven screamed psychotically.
He cackled like a madman as he brought his fists down on Blue Diamond...
And she was gone.
