Mac's mother frowned, "Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something?"

"Eh, I'm sure your just overthinking things mom. You've been working too hard these days." Said a smirking Terrance as he crumpled a note behind his back.

She frowned, "Since when do you-

beep!

She groaned as she TRIES to read her outdated pager, "Dang salary won't let me buy a real phone...what is the 90's?' She then read is and snarled, "Idiot! Terrance those morons downtown screwed up and now I have to spend the night pulling their ass out of the fire! Make sure Mac gets feed, alright?"

Terrance nods, "You got it, the moment Mac gets home I'll feed him."

Had she not been so focuses on fixing ANOTHER problem at work or going through the pouring rain outside...she might've wondered why Terrance was being so nice...

...

Frankie groaned... 'Of course that dumb Rabbit picks the day it's raining cats and dogs for me to do my errands in town.' Snarks a now sopping wet and naked Frankie as she drives the bus...

first she had to pick up her grandma's prescription...only to learn it got sent tot he wrong store, so she went there...then learned that her paperwork was wrong so she had to go all the way back to fosters to get it...

Went to pick up a new imaginary friend...only to learn the guy misread their add and thought they were a CAT adoption agency...so she left...then had to drive back when the cat turned out to be an ACTUAL imaginary friend...

It had been one setback after another...all while she'd been nearly swept away by this dang rain!

Needless to say she'd been sopping wet after all was said and done. Not wanting to catch a cold, she'd stripped naked and hung her clothes out to dry in the bus.

The Space heater that came custom built into the bus was helping keep her warm...

She looked back and saw her clothes were still drenched, she hoped they'd be dry enough by the time she got back to the house...but it looked doubtful...

'That Rabbit better not give me ANY lip when I get back, I'm in NO mood...' Thinks Frankie to herself...

She sighs as she strains her eyes to see through the heavy rainfall...but then blinks when she sees a familiar sight...

'Wait, is that? It can't be...'

But it was! There stood her young friend Mac, outside his school drenched completely in rain, shivering and looking miserable...

Frankie immediately drove the bus toward Mac to pick him up, she briefly hesitated to let him in when she remembered she was naked...but she shook off her embarrassment, her fiend needed her!

"Oh, man! Thank you Frankie! I've been out in this for hours and I- NAKED?!" Shouts Mac in amazed shock.

Frankie went as red as her hair, but steeled herself. "Long story, not important. EYES ON THE FLOOR MAC." She said firmly.

Mac quickly did jut that and ran to the back of the bus...without a word Frankie started the bus again...

You could hear a tack fall int he silence that followed...

Finally, Mac awkwardly spoke...

"Uh...Frankie? I- ACHOO! -I'm freezing and my clothes are soaked...do you mind if I-

"Go ahead, I promise to keep my eyes on the road." Said an equally awkward Frankie.

Wanting to keep her mind off the fact her VERY young friend would soon be naked along with her she tried to change the subject...

"So...why were you out there Mac? Shouldn't you be back home by now?"

Mac sneezed as he removed his clothes and hung them by Frankie's, "The Bus drivers went on strike at the last minute! The teachers said they sent notes to inform our parents...but Mom never showed up..." He admitted with a sigh...

Frankie just shook her head at the whole thing, "Well don't worry Mac, I'll get you nice and warm when I get you back to Fosters."

She then adjusted her rear view mirror to compensate for how bad the storm was getting...and accidentally got a VERY juicy look at her friend.

Frankie quickly moved it away but the damage was done... she couldn't help but snicker, 'So tiny...so cute.' She then admonished herself for that thought. Mac was young...it wasn't his fault he was a 'late bloomer', and furthermore-

CRASH!

It happened so fast, Frankie barely had time to react! Road, man, a HOOK! She swerved the bus off the road to avoid him...and then she knew no more...
