"BREAKING NEWS, METEOR X ATTRACTS TITANS TO ITS LOCATION."

"This is Connie Matsu! News reporter for CNN, at the scene of Tokyo where Meteor X is currently located. Godzilla and Rodan have just made landfall, presumably because of the meteor! Their intentions are unknown however, all civilians in the city have already evacuated."

The Camera feed zooms in on both Godzilla and Rodan arriving on the shore, Rodan points to the giant red x in the sky, Godzilla looked up in frustration before roaring at the giant red glimmer, his claws clenched at his sides.

Rodan (In titan language): "You see what I mean? It's really strange and...it makes me feel...weird."

Godzilla: "This rock is disturbing the peace I fought hard for, it must go." Godzilla said as his back began glowing a bright blue.

Before Rodan could talk him out of it, Godzilla blasted his atomic breath into the sky, trying to destroy the meteor, yet nothing ever seemed to land.

Rodan: "It's no use Big G, it's too high up in the sky, believe me, I tried flying up to it at first to get a better look."

Godzilla sighed as he slowly calmed down, he still felt an unnatural rage deep down however and it was getting hard to suppress.

"That makes no sense, how can a meteor be that far away but also have such a prominent effect?"

Godzilla growled loudly, causing Rodan to slightly look in his direction, showing a bit of concern for his friend.

"You alright? It's not-"

"This light is irritating me, I will be back after I recuperate."

Godzilla stomped off angrily, breathing in and out deeply. Rodan stood there, utterly confused as to what could anger Godzilla that much. It was just a Meteor, right?

Although, looking at the Meteor now...it was quite pretty looking, at least to Rodan. The glimmering flare of light it gave off, the beautiful deep crimson it radiated, it was almost...entrancing.

Rodan sat there staring at the red X in the sky for what felt like hours, utterly hypnotised by its foreign light, until something tapped him on the shoulder.

"Huh? Who's there?"

Rodan turned around to see no one, just the wind blowing through the city. Rodan decided that was enough of looking at the Meteor for now.

Godzilla approached Rodan, trying his best to stay calm and draw his vision away from the X.

"Rodan spread the word to avoid this area. This Meteor is...It could lead to a dangerous situation if we aren't careful. I'm trusting you to tell everyone."

"Got it G, anything else?"

"...Don't tell Mothra, unless you absolutely have to. She has enough on her shoulders as is, we don't need to add more to the pile."

Rodan didn't exactly like the idea of hiding things, but Godzilla usually knew what he was doing, so Rodan went along with it.

"Alright, What are you going to do?"

"...I'm...I will stay here and prevent others from coming near this place until you come back."

"Are you sure? You seemed pretty pent up just from looking at the thing."

"I...I'm fine, it'll take more than a floating space rock to piss me off, now go."

Rodan nodded slowly, before launching himself into the sky and flying off in the direction of Infant island, he figured that since Mothra was the queen he would tell her first.

Looking back one last time, Rodan could see Godzilla tapping his foot impatiently on the floor, he better finish this fast.

"DISTANCE: 1 MILE LEFT."

Kiryu had been keeping an eye on his power meter for the entire time he had been flying, it had not gone down even one decimal despite him going at close to full speed.

This was so strange, even for Kiryu. That power surge he felt 30 minutes ago had done something to him, not that he was complaining. At least he wouldn't have to build a filtration machine out of scraps and empty vats now.

But, there's always a catch. Good things don't just happen without something bad to balance it, Kiryu is smart enough to know that isn't how his life has ever worked, at least for him.

"YOU WILL ARRIVE AT: [TOKYO] IN 50 SECONDS. PREPARE FOR LANDFALL."

Kiryu subconsciously began to slow down, if any Kaiju were there he'd need the element of stealth if he wished to avoid them.

Landing down behind a giant mountain, Kiryu stood and stared at the Meteor in the sky. Despite its effects on Kiryu earlier, if they were even caused by the Meteorite, the strange hue it gave off was very off-putting to Kiryu, like it was trying to force its way into Kiryu's thoughts.

Refusing to look at it any further, Kiryu grabbed the edge of the mountain and peeked over.

What he saw terrified him to his very core.

The long armoured tail, the grey skin that had seen quite a few battles, the jagged dorsal plates that jutted out of its back perverted coral and the rectangular snout.

He has finally seen the king of monsters, Godzilla.

Godzilla looked pissed off which given the circumstance was reasonable, it looked like Godzilla was trying to find anything to do to avoid looking at the sky.

*Okay, Game plan. Godzilla is here, and that's bad. So, the logical reaction here would be to run as fast as I can away from him and hope to God he doesn't see me. Or I could introduce myself and probably get myself killed but have a chance to get a closer look at the meteorite...*

Kiryu once again peeked at Godzilla, who...was no longer there.

*OOOOH NO WHERE'D HE GO?! OH GOD THIS IS EXACTLY LIKE ALL THOSE HORROR MOVIES I PIRATED-I MEAN BOUGHT!*

Kiryu looked around the area where the King once was, to the ocean, to the hills and even in the city, but there was no sign of him.

"Godamnit, where is he?!"

Someone tapped him on the shoulder, Kiryu turned around and saw Godzilla, looking as pissed off as ever.

Kiryu: "Oh hey."

Godzilla: "..."

Kiryu: "..."

Kiryu: "...Ah shit-"

Kiryu was immediately launched straight through the mountain, landing on his back before flipping over, gripping the ground in an attempt to stop himself from hitting the city.

Kiryu, once he finally slowed down, managed to shake off some of the rubble before a strange humming noise, followed by a giant blue hue, he immediately knew what was happening and dodged out of the way of Godzilla's atomic breath.

However, Godzilla didn't stop there, he continued firing his breath across the whole city for as long as he could before looking furiously at Kiryu, killing hundreds of people in the process. It turns out there was still people in the city, even after the evacuation order.

Kiryus eyes began to flicker to a cyan like colour as he looked on at the carnage that lay in Godzilla's wake. And as Godzilla veered up behind him and leaned back for a swipe, Kiryus eyes were overtaken by a cyan light.

Kiryus torso spun around quickly, allowing him to block Godzilla's punch. His mouth then began to glow orange with sparks flying out the bottom until finally a flash of energy shot from Kiryu's mouth, smashing Godzilla in the eyes and sending him several hundred meters.

Godzilla made sure to protect his eyes before the attack landed and responded with a tailwhip to Kiryus face, spinning his head around like a record.

Kiryu clasped his head to prevent it from spinning and gained as much distance as possible from Godzilla by using his thrusters in quick succession, until Kiryu released wave after wave of missile barrages at Godzilla as his chest began to glow a blueish tint.

Godzilla roared in irritation as he swatted away the missiles and charged at Kiryu, his eyes filled with rage.

"Absolute Zero Cannon at 40%."

Kiryu ejected more weaponry from his arsenal, beaming Godzilla with both his railguns and Photon Wave, which only seemed to infuriate Godzilla more.

"Absolute Zero Cannon at 75%."

Despite throwing everything he had at the King, Godzilla managed to finally reach Kiryu, pinning him down and roaring upwards, his mouth overflowing with atomic breath.

"Absolute Zero Cannon at 100%, Firing now."

Both titans shot their beams straight into one another, clashing in a giant sphere of radiant light. Godzilla, filled with rage, refused to back down while Kiryu remained silent, possibly to conserve energy.

Eventually, the Absolute Zero Cannon began to give out, allowing Godzilla's atomic breath to finally engulf Kiryu, sending him flying through the air into the burning city.

As Kiryu flew through the air, his eyes returned from a blue to yellow again, causing him to look around in confusion before smashing his head against the solid ground.

Godzilla roared in anger when Kiryu stood up once more and began to charge at Kiryu, this time at full speed with no missles to slow him down.

Kiryu looked around frantically, finding out there was no way to avoid this attack, if he dodged then Godzilla would just follow, if you attacked Godzilla would just shrug it off, this wouldn't end until Kiryu submitted.

"Wait, Wait Stop! Please, let's talk about this!" Kiryu pleaded, his senses now returning to him.

Godzilla's eyes widened as he skidded to a halt, instead putting up a defensive stance as he examined the metal robot with scepticism.

"You...You speak?"

"Yeah, Yeah I can... Listen, I'm a robot created by humans to help you since you can't be at all places at once-" Kiryu quickly explained.

Godzilla scoffed before looking at Kiryu with an annoyed attitude as if he were insulted by the idea he would need any help.

"As if, well...you seem more...conversational than another human creation I once fought although a lot less skilled. That's a start at least."

*Okay, we're getting somewhere-Wha? What's that supposed to mean? Does he always just attack people he just met out of nowhere?*

"Why didn't you talk before, Robot?" Godzilla said in a low threatening voice, clearly wanting answers.

"Oh, it's a...how do I explain this? Well, whenever I see a city in peril or being destroyed my programming just...takes over I guess. It was a safety feature to ensure I'm always attacking the Titan that...destroys a city. Why did you do that by the way?"

Godzilla remained silent, sitting back down where he once was, he looked almost like a sulking child, muttering something to himself about 'wasted time', Kiryu would feel insulted if he wasn't so focused on repairing the damages done to his body, atomic burn marks are really hard to ignore once you take notice of them.

Once Kiryu had removed the atomic waste left behind by the burn, Kiryu cautiously made his way behind Godzilla and stood there...for a long time.

Eventually, Kiryu decided to break the silence.

"So, How are you today? Good, I hope." Kiryu said awkwardly.

Godzilla still stared at the ground.

"...Ooookay good talk, um... Thought we were getting somewhere but I guess I was wrong." Kiryu muttered to himself.

Kiryu looked up to the sky, looking back and the ruby X before finally getting an idea for a conversation.

"Soo, what's the giant meteorite about-"

"What brought you here, scrap heap? I'd assume it's the meteor."

"Ooookay, just completely ignore my question that's fine, you're the boss, Ummm...Yeah, it was the giant red X in the sky. Once it appeared everything energy based in my body was repaired in an instant, so I figured I'd check it out."

"Then it's just as I feared, this meteor is drawing my subjects over here."

"You could deduce all of that just from me showing up? Cool-"

A giant scraping cacophony came from Kiryu's mouth as he fell to his knees, prompting Godzilla to jump into a defensive pose almost immediately. Kiryu held his head in his hands and the noise got louder and louder until even Godzilla couldn't bear the noise.

Godzilla roared in confusion as the sound pierced the air around him, this was not helping the anger problem he had right now.

Godzilla then abandoned the idea of simply bearing it and reeled back to give Kiryu another taste of his atomic heat ray, before the noise simply ceased as soon as it started and Kiryu fell to the floor, leaving Godzilla in a fit of confusion as he finally calmed down.

Prodding Kiryu with a piece of rubble on the floor, Godzilla grabbed Kiryu by the shoulder and sat him down next to his post and settled down once more, sighing to himself as he kept watch for any more potential visitors.

But what Godzilla failed to notice was the meteor, the source of all the anomalies...had gotten ever closer.

Hurried footsteps sped along the metal floor, almost 10 scientists alongside hundreds of soldiers and pilots burst through the doorway and frightening others as they ran past. They all then collectively stopped and settled down in chairs and waited until a well-dressed woman came up onto the stage in front of them, fixing her collar before speaking.

"You have all been called here, for a very important reason. Monarch has been attempting to find a robot named MSF-3 that went rogue a few months back. We were unable to ever find any leads, but our partner company managed to discover the robot's hiding place."

The screen behind her lit up to reveal MSF-3 on the monitor, flying off above the sea.

"The Robot due to reports we have received is currently in Tokyo, where Godzilla was sighted not too long ago. Regardless of whether Godzilla is there or not our objective is the same, take back control over MSF-3 and remove any sentience that remains within it. If the robot resists enough, we will be forced to use lethal methods."

The woman then looked to the back of the hall, where a man in a lab coat shook his head in disbelief.

The woman then sighed before continuing.

"I want to make this very clear, you are not to use any other weaponry other than the EMPS unless authorised, understand?"

The soldier all saluted in response.

"Good, you are dismissed, get ready for a fight."

As all the soldiers marched to the jet fighters, the woman made his way over to the man in the lab coat.

"You know we can't get him back without damaging him, right?"

"I was never on board with getting him back in the first place Sarah. My creation has a mind of its own now, why should I take that away from him?"

"I don't think the foundation would care if you didn't want MSF-3 captured."

"I know, but you must realise that you underestimate him. There are some things in that robot that not even Monarch knows about."

"...Have you been holding out info on us? You do realise what that means, right Mr Zeta?"

"I know, maybe I have been, maybe I haven't, you're going to have to figure that out yourself. What's the fun in a spoiled surprise after all!"

And with that, Zeta briskly walked away. His feet crashing against the ground as he emerged outside into the rainy waterfall. Watching the fighter planes shoot off into the distance.

"He's a lot more than just a robot, you'll know soon enough." Zeta muttered to himself.

"Ughhh...What...what happened?" Kiryu groaned as he pushed himself upwards.

"You're finally awake. I was wondering when that would happen."

Kiryu looked around and saw nothing but ocean, until he looked down and saw that he was being carried by Godzilla on his back.

"You've been out for quite a while, when Rodan arrived back he thought it would be best to take you with us rather than let the smaller ones take you. Personally, I would have left you but Rodan made a good point."

"Oh, so that's why my head hurts." Kiryu said while working his joints to see if they were all functioned properly.

Kiryu then rolled off of Godzilla and into the ocean, turning on the propellers on his back to move forward.

"So, where is Titanus Rodan?"

"He is up ahead, keep in mind that you will not be there for long. Once you have regained your full strength and made yourself aware to Mothra you will leave. If you cause trouble, I will rip you apart piece by piece, Understand?" Godzilla said in his low gravely voice, allowing a little malice to seep in as he spoke.

Kiryu nodded vigorously and looked away in fright before emerging his head out of the water, seeing their destination in the distance.

"Where are we?" Kiryu said as he sunk back into the water

"The home of the divine moths, Infant Island."

Godzilla and Kiryu said not another word as they made landfall, Kiryu pushed around the sand on the beach curiously.

"What are you doing?"

"Is this...sand?"

"...Yes, what about it?"

"It's..just, I've never seen sand like this before. Only rocky beaches and mud, it's really weird too...I don't think I've ever seen anything this golden..."

Godzilla looked at Kiryu in confusion before just shrugging it off and making his way further into the island's forest.

Kiryu attempted to follow behind but was abruptly hit back into the ocean by a giant boulder, causing him to shoot back.

"Gah! What the hell?"

The boulder suddenly uncurled, revealing a titan Kiryu was at least somewhat familiar with, this was the Titan Anguirus.

"GODZILLA! There's an Intruder in our midst! Don't worry, I'll make sure they never walk again." Anguirus yelled in a high, angry voice.

*I'm already getting sick of people mistaking me for a threat.*

Kiryu, pulling himself away from the embrace of the crashing waves, stood his ground and readied himself once more...until Anguirus was picked up by his tail and kicked away like a football by Godzilla's Mighty Tail.

Kiryu awkwardly put down his fists as Godzilla beckoned for him to follow and left into the trees once more. Kiryu followed close behind, giving him a full view of Anguirus's unconscious body on the ground.

"Poor guy... How did I survive a tail smack like that?"

Kiryu made sure to thank whatever God was watching him, preferably not Godzilla, that he didn't die to Godzilla during their fight and moved on, hoping that his luck would hold out until whatever was causing this headache of his went away.

Kiryu looked around curiously once he finally caught up to Godzilla. He always was curious, ever since he first gained a will he's always been fascinated by new environments and surroundings, much to Godzilla's irritation.

Godzilla was just glad Kiryu wasn't asking him questions, despite what its personality was the robot was surprisingly powerful. With enough training it could probably face off against the like of both Rodan, Anguirus and Mothra all at the same time and win, gauging by how well it did against him, not that he'd receive that kinda training from him, it'd just be fascinating to see.

Kiryu made a sudden stop at a tree, causing Godzilla to look behind and see what all the fuss is about.

"What are you doing? The temple is this way...?"

Kiryu put his hand out as many small birds flew onto him, inciting a small 'Aww' from Kiryu's mouth.

Godzilla stomped his foot against the ground impatiently, causing Kiryu to freak out and scare the birds off, looking down in shame before getting back on track.

Godzilla sighed in annoyance, they were almost at the temple.

Finally emerging into a clearing in the woods, Godzilla and Kiryu looked up to see stairs leading to a Titan-sized stone door. Kiryu marvelled at the architecture like it was the coolest thing he had seen in his short life, while this was just a simple Tuesday for Godzilla.

Finally climbing to the summit of the staircase, Kiryu observed the wall painting on the door. Most were of events in his database, Godzilla and Ghidorah meeting, the Godzilla species meeting Kongs, for some reason it felt all so nostalgic to him, but he just couldn't pin down why.

"Are you done, I'd appreciate it if you got out of my hair as soon as possible."

Kiryu froze again at the sound of Godzilla's voice before finally backing away, allowing Godzilla to push open the doors with an open claw. Thousands of small bats flew out of the doorway as Kiryu and Godzilla entered the tomb.

It was dark, too dark for anyone to see, but as soon as Kiryu reached to turn on his eye lights, the entire cavern seemed to radiate a brilliant diamond colour. Kiryu looked in front of him to see Godzillas back glowing, illuminating the corridor around them.

*Handy, saves me the trouble of waiting a few percentages I suppose.*

Finally coming to a light source at the end of the hall, the blue light from Godzilla's back stopped as soon as it began, allowing Kiryu to take in the natural beauty of the room they were in.

"Woooow...just wow..."

Kiryu attempted to explore the room further but was stopped by Godzilla's claw.

"What? Have I done something wrong-"

Godzilla shushed Kiryu before nodding forwards, allowing Kiryu to finally see who was in the room.

The queen herself, Titanus Mothra.

Kiryu was...terrified, he knew that Mothra was a lot less powerful than Godzilla. But with what Mothra was singing to, he knew to be afraid. After all, Mothers are scary when they're mad.

As Mothra kept up the lullaby, Kiryu could swear he heard humans in the background singing despite Mothra herself simply humming, but when he looked around, there were no humans to be found.

The egg she was holding began to glow a mass of colours, before settling on both purples and oranges. He could feel the heat coming from the centre where they were, so much so that his vision was filled with heatwaves as he covered his eyes from the light.

Soon, it finally calmed down. Allowing Kiryu to finally glance at the finished product.

*Wha...It looks the same, what was the point of that?*

Kiryu stood in confusion before Mothra took notice of the two, finally speaking.

"Ah, Godzilla. I wasn't expecting you for while, who is this?"

"A robot made by the humans, Rodan suggested we take it back here until it's able to take care of itself on its own, just thought I'd inform you first."

Kiryu seemed a little insulted by the notion but kept quiet.

"I'm sure he has a name, what is it?"

"Don't know, Can't remember if it told me."

Now Kiryu felt insulted.

"I-Its...K-Kiryu."

"Interesting name, makes me think of something Behemoth or Goji would think of."

Kiryu wanted to keep silent, but his curiosity was killing him and soon, he couldn't hold it anymore.

"...If you don't mind me asking, what's that egg all about?"

Godzilla glared at Kiryu, causing him to defensively back away, before hearing Mothra giggle which put both of them at ease.

"It's fine to ask, really! This is my egg, not like the ones before it, soon the larva will have a will of its own and be able to fight alongside me and the others."

"Ohhh, that makes...a bit of sense, I guess?"

"The ritual you witnessed was me simply incubating it while making sure it was the right temperature. Since this is a completely new larva it does not know how to properly take care of itself as I do."

Kiryu listened attentively, every word being carefully researched and studied at an extreme pace.

"Soo, how does-"

"Well, if you don't have anymore...unnecessary questions. We will be leaving." Godzilla interrupted, causing Kiryu to scowl at the ground as he was dragged away by Godzilla's iron grip.

"Goodbye Goji~ Goodbye Kiryu!"

Godzilla waved goodbye as he practically threw Kiryu down the temple corridor, skidding him down the rocky path until he finally burst out, hitting his face against the mud.

"Today's gonna be a long day, I can already tell..."
