The bounty she selected is for medical records from a small imperial medical facility on Lothal. Omega sets the Navi-computer's coordinates for Lothal and starts her journey. It had never occurred to her how lonely hyperspace could be. Normally, she had her brothers to talk to so the time flew by but now it was just her, alone with her thoughts.

Omega saw an Imperial running away with the intel they had been sent to collect. Without thinking she left her post to pursue him. Moments later there was an explosion and she saw Echo was knocked back. Her heart leaping into her throat Omega realized that had she stayed at her post that wouldn't have happened.

Omega pushed the memory down, what she should be doing is prepping for her mission. She had never done a solo mission, so she needed to be prepared for anything.

When she arrived on Lothal, Omega located the medical facility and landed her ship a few kliks out, hidden behind the rocks. She climbed on top of one of the rocks and used her binoculars to scout the facility. Because it was an Imperial facility there were some officers on the outskirts, but no real fortification to speak of. Omega guessed that they weren't expecting a lot of people to try to steal medical records. She noticed a group of civilians making deliveries and decided this was her way in. The only problem was she didn't exactly look like a Lothal native. Climbing down from the rock, Omega heads towards the city.

Once inside the city Omega was amazed. The streets were bustling with vendors, but without the fear and anger that the streets of Mos Eisley held. Feeling safe without the helmet, Omega made her way over to a woman next to a fruit vendor.

"Hello," Omega said she wanted to gauge how open the woman was. Just because the city looked safe didn't mean it was.

"Hello there, can I help you?" the woman replied, her kind eyes looking at Omega. But before she could respond a little boy came running up to the woman.

"Dad says the broadcast is starting," the little boy says to the woman, who Omega now figures to be his mother.

"Alright, I'll be right in," The woman says and the little boy, scampers back inside. Omega says,

"I was just wondering if you could point me in the direction of a clothing vendor. Preferably on the less expensive side," as Omega added the last part she realized she really didn't have any money to spend on clothes, even if they were for the mission. The woman must have noticed her look because she replied,

"If you take this street down to the end there are some clothing vendors there. But," she looked Omega up and down "I might have some old clothes that would fit you. If you're interested." If it had been any other woman, on any other planet Omega would have said no. But there was something about this woman that Omega felt like she could trust.

"If it is not too much to ask I would really appreciate the clothes. I can even give them back, I just have some… business to attend to on Lothal." Omega couldn't help but notice that the woman somehow seemed to know what she was talking about.

"I'm happy to help. My name is Mira, by the way," the woman smiled at her.

"I'm Omega" Omega responded.

"Wait here, I'll grab those clothes for you" Omega nodded and Mira disappeared into the same house the boy had run into. Not long after the little boy came out again, this time with a pile of clothes in his arms.

"Mom said to give these to you," He said.

"Thank you" Omega responded, taking the pile from the boy.

"You're not from here," the little boy said matter of factly.

"No, I'm not" Omega replied.

"Where is your home?" the boy questioned. Omega hesitated, before saying,

"I don't really have a home."

"Everybody has a home," the boy said. A man stuck his head out the door and shouted

"Ezra! Come on back inside!" to which the boy ran off toward the house. Before he went in though, he turned and waved goodbye to Omega.

Omega, now clad in Lothal clothing, found the delivery crew for the medical center preparing to make another delivery. When they are not looking, she quietly sneaks under the supplies and squeezes herself into a small compartment. The ride to the medical center is less than enjoyable, but Omega is able to stay hidden for the duration of the trip. When the transport stops she slips out and into the medical center through the back door.

Once inside Omega quickly located the main records room. The facility reminded her eerily a lot of the labs on Kamino, but she took deep breaths and focused on the mission. Inside the room, she downloaded the information, praying for it to go faster as she heard voices rounding the corner. The data finished downloading, but it was too late because the voices were right on top of her. Omega dove behind a cabinet just as the door slid open. Omega focused on quieting her breathing as she listened to try to assess who had just come into the room. Whoever it was simply put some information into the computer and the left. Omega breathed a sigh of relief. Then she slipped out of the facility as quietly as she came in. She was amazed at how smoothly it had gone.

After she had changed back into her normal clothes, Omega headed back to Mira's to return the clothes she had borrowed. When she had almost reached that house, the tell-tale clatter of incoming imperial troops made her tuck into an inlet to hide. With horror, she watched as the troops dragged Mira and her husband away from their home. Omega wanted to help, but with the number of troopers, she knew she would never make it to them. That's when she saw the little boy, hiding behind a fruit stand. Most of the troopers and Mira and her husband were rounding the corner, but one was heading toward the little boy. Without a second thought, Omega sprinted from where she stood and kicked the blaster out of his hand. She ducked as the trooper swung at her before sweeping her leg under to make him fall down. He must have knocked his head because he was unconscious. Omega had her hand on her blaster, but Hunter's words echoed in her mind "Only if you have to".

"Are you ok?" Omega stepped over to where the little boy was hiding. The boy didn't answer, instead running away and slipping into an impossibly small air vent.

Walking back to her ship Omega felt dejected. Even though she had saved the boy, he was now orphaned and alone. She knew that once the empire took people, they didn't stay alive long. The boy seemed resourceful though, Omega made a little prayer that the boy would find people to protect him. As she looked at her reflection in the ship, Omega realized the helmet wasn't really believable next to her outfit. So she traded a few items with the clothes she hadn't been able to give back to Mira. When she was finished she almost didn't recognize herself. Staring back at her, was undeniably, a bounty hunter.
