Omega has been a Bounty Hunter for almost six months now. At first, she had only taken easy jobs, but slowly her skills expanded and she could take on more difficult jobs. However, the imperial presence on Tatooine was increasing and it was becoming difficult to find work. She was almost out of fuel and rations and so was becoming desperate. Reluctantly, she pulled out the communicator she hadn't touched in months.

Instantly, Cid popped up in the flickering blue hologram.

"Hey, kid! It's good to see you!" Omega smiled, comforted by the sight of her old friend.

"It's good to see you too, Cid" Cid suddenly seemed to remember why she'd given Omega the communicator in the first place.

"Are you in trouble? Do you need help?" Cid asked with concern

"No, I'm fine Cid, thank you. I was actually hoping that you might have some work for me. Imperials have been making it difficult around here." Omega waited, hoping Cid would have something for her. Cid replied

"You're in luck. I have an information retrieval job, a simple stealth mission on a Ryloth refinery." Omega nodded, thankful.

"I'll take it" she said. Cid transmitted the details and they said goodbye. Omega had been to Ryloth several times before, which gave her an advantage. She hopped in her ship and plugged in the coordinates for Ryloth.

As she approached the planet, she couldn't help but think back to the last time she was on the planet. It was just after she had joined the batch and they helped a girl named Hera. Omega wondered what became of her. Hera said she dreamed of becoming a pilot and Omega hoped that she had.

Omega eased down her ship near the outskirts of the refinery. This refinery had a data center that held technical readouts for many of the Empire's bases throughout the galaxy. It didn't make military sense to her why such important plans would be kept in an oil refinery, but she just counted herself lucky and went on with figuring out a way to get in. One disadvantage to Ryloth was that helmet or not, Omega was clearly not a Twi'lek. This only meant that she really couldn't afford to be spotted. Unless…Omega's eyes wandered to where a lone sentry stood. If she could quietly incapacitate that trooper, she could use the trooper's armor to sneak into the refinery. Since the empire had switched to a completely conscription-based force, troopers now varied in size and height. She decided that this was likely her best bet.

Armed with the data stick to download the information, Omega slipped down the mountainside. Years of training with the batch and her months as a bounty hunter had well prepared her for this task. Omega landed noiselessly a few paces from the sentry. Circling him quickly, Omega placed a strong punch up the trooper's jaw, rendering him unconscious. She quickly put on the trooper's armor before hiding his body in a bush.

Omega waited until the circling patrol had passed, and then made her way to the central database. She made a conscious effort to act as if she belonged, so people would be less likely to question her. She walks into the database room and begins to copy the data. Once it's finished she quickly grabs it and makes for the door.

Just as she's about to leave, the door swings open and an Imperial officer is standing there.

"Trooper! What are you doing here ?" the officer barks.

"I thought I saw someone in here, sir, but it was just a trick of the light" Omega responds in a flat tone. The officer looks suspicious but lets her pass.

When she is about halfway to the entrance, Omega hears the office yell

"We have a security breach! Stop that trooper!"

"Kriff" Omega mutters to herself before breaking out into a sprint. She had been athletic before, but now as a bounty hunter, she was remarkably fast. Still, it was just her against an entire command of troopers. She stunned several while she ran. As she sprinted, a squad of troopers came around the corner from the exit she was aiming for. With that route cut off, she scanned the area for an alternative way out. The only option she could find was a chainlink fence that was about 10 feet high. Mustering as much speed as she could, Omega took a running leap at the fence, gripping on and hoisting herself over it. Having cleared the fence, Omega whipped out her knife and used it to scale the face of the mountain.

In record time, Omega made it back to her ship and quickly took off, breathing a sigh of relief. She landed again on the other side of the planet so she could discard the Imperial armor and get organized. Once she was situated, she took off, and as she left she passed a VCX-100 Light Freighter piloted by a green Twi'lek that she swore looked like Hera.
