Once again, I choose to ignore canon with this. I like Aleheather as much as the next guy but the two of them fighting over Cody was too fun for me to pass up.

Heather just could not watch this scene, she was revolted at what she was looking at.

Currently, Cody was sharing cookies with Alejandro, not too touchy feely like Geoff and Bridgette would be, but the way the Spaniard was getting close with Cody was too close for comfort. Heather had warned him about getting too close with Alejandro after they had first formed their alliance. She's the one who got rid of Sierra for him, she's the one who helped him in challenges, she's the one who he could vent to, but soon Mr. Macho shows up, and suddenly her words means squat.

Alejandro basically had his arm around Cody, basically encasing the little geek in his embrace, Heather knew Cody felt warm under it, it felt too genuine. Alejandro sent a little smirk her way.

"The pest. He knows what he's doing." Heather muttered darkly.

"Sounds like you're jealous." Gwen whispered from her seat.

Heather scoffed as she whispered back, "As if I'd ever be into Alejandro. He's so upper class it makes me nauseous."

"I wasn't talking about Alejandro." The goth smirked playfully, and soon Heather realized exactly who she was talking about.

"Cargo hold. Now." She commanded briefly.

Gwen shrugged but followed Heather to the cargo hold nonetheless, once they were alone, Heather spoke freely.

"I don't know what garbage you think is going on, but me and Cody are strictly allies." Heather said sternly.

"Oh yeah, because you always keep a tight grip on your allies." Gwen rolled her eyes sarcastically before explaining, "You practically hardly let him out of your sight. Not to the point where it's creepy per se, you certainly give him more freedom than Sierra, but you show a lot more devotion to keeping him around than you did for Lindsay."

"Ugh. Big deal." Heather rolled her eyes, "He's actually pleasant and functioning enough for me to actually want him around."

"Huh? Never would I imagine that you'd actually want someone in this game to stick around." Gwen smirked teasingly.

"Oh please. There are other people who I prefer to keep around. Harold and DJ are examples, I don't hate them, do I?" Heather argued with a scoff.

"Yeah, but I never saw you hold their wrists before." Gwen smirked once again, "Quite a big amount of interaction for you Heather. I think you kept a real close eye on him back in London."

"It was to keep him away from the Ripper, idiot. We both know that guy was sneaky. Safety in numbers and all." Heather blurted out furiously.

"Then why are you so angry about Alejandro flirting with him? Even if he turns out to be faking his affection, neither of us are booting Cody off. It's between me, you, and him anyway." Gwen reminded the Queen Bee.

"What about merge? He can easily convince Tyler, Duncan, and Noah to vote him off." Heather narrows her eyes.

"So? You lose an ally." Gwen shrugged nonchalantly, which oddly angered Heather.

"You're acting very uncaring about your FRIEND potentially being voted off." Heather spoke venomously.

"It's not like you'll care." Gwen shrugged, "I do care about Cody but hey, we both know you're the great Heather. Basically any ally you lose ends up being shrugged off." Gwen added with a smirk.

Heather grew even more furious at this before blurting out. "Well maybe this time is different. Maybe for once I like having a person around who I can relate to and let my guard down around. Maybe I actually enjoy his actual company and want him with…"

Heather soon forced herself to come to the realization, she cared about Cody. Like, really cared. To the point where Gwen's little spiel about her tossing him aside made her mad.

She did like him.

"You did that on purpose." Heather narrows her eyes angrily.

"Hey. It worked didn't it?" Gwen asked with a smirk, "For what it's worth. I'd much prefer you two to be together than with Alejandro."

"Really?" Heather asked incredulously.

"I at least know when you're genuine." Gwen shrugged before walking off with a smirk.

Soon Gwen and Heather had returned to loser class where Alejandro and Cody had been. Thankfully they were no longer cuddling but they still sat next to each other.

"Welcome back senoritas. I trust you had a good team meeting." Alejandro said, feigning politeness.

"Yeah. We did." Heather smirked before coming up with an idea, "By the way Cody, I have a question, is there any gym stuck to me? I thought I sat on something sticky."

She immediately turned around, giving Cody all he needed to check for gum on her butt,

Heather looked a bit behind her to see Cody blush a bit, clearly flustered, "Uh… no gum here." He chuckled sheepishly.

Heather smirked to herself, at least it was clear she had some affect on him, she also noticed Alejandro's hardened gaze, good. He deserved to be outclassed for once.

"Just checking." Heather smiled not so innocently before grabbing Alejandro's arm and leading him out of loser class, "Now I think we need to talk as a team, Alejandro's stayed long enough."

"Okay I guess. Bye Al." Cody smiled obliviously, Alejandro smirked as he waved back but Heather still led him to first class.

"I know you faked that gum trick." Alejandro said as they passed the dining hall, "How shameful Heather. I thought you never used flirtation before." He tutted.

"Well there's a first time for everything isn't there?" Heather smirked as they stopped in the middle of the dining hall, "It's not like you didn't do the same with him."

She then glared at the Spaniard, "For the record, if you so much as manipulate or hurt Cody in any way. I will not hold back on getting revenge."

"Please. Do you seriously expect me to believe he actually means something to you? I find that hilarious." Alejandro smirked condescendingly.

"Believe what you want, but all I'm gonna say is that he's mine." Heather said angrily before giving Alejandro an 'I'm Watching You' sign before heading back to loser class where Cody and Gwen were sitting on opposite sides.

"Alright, now that I'm back. I should probably make it known that we cannot trust Alejandro in the next challenge." Heather told her last two teammates before turning to Cody, "I'm looking at you by the way, you can't just let him cozy up to you like that."

"Yeah… I kinda felt his flirting was pretty obvious to be honest." Cody sighed sadly, "It just felt so good to feel like someone wanted me though. That's probably why I let myself fall for it."

"Oof. Sorry Cody." Gwen cringed in sympathy.

"It's okay." Cody shrugged, "I shouldn't let myself buy into false compliments anyway."

Cody soon put his hands on opposite sides of the bench, Heather wasn't sure what to do about that but soon decided on softly placing her left hand on the top of his hand much to his shock but he smiled softly which Heather found a good sign.
