"I still don't understand why you're all forcing me to watch this movie." Weiss said dryly, her legs and arms tied to the chair she was sitting in with several rolls of duct-tape. She didn't expect to wake up like this after going to sleep yesterday. Yu probably drugged her coffee with enough tranquilizers to kill an elephant, since Weiss' aura protected her insides as well as her body's exterior.
"You need to let it go, Weissy." Mina chirped as she rolled in a projector, she aimed it towards the wall. Her clothes were covered in some weird snowman and a reindeer caricature that looked more like a dog somehow.
Kyouka was beside her, carrying a few bean bag seats, throwing them next to Weiss' chair. "And you need to understand our references when we make fun of you ice queen." She hopped onto one of them, holding a plush of the weird snowman.
"It was my idea anyway, Weisscream." Yu appeared from the hallway that led to the kitchen, a comically oversized bowl of popcorn in her arms. She wore a shirt with the face of some ginger in pigtails.
"I hate all of you equally." Weiss grumbled as she settled in. Sure she could easily escape thanks to her aura, but her friends went through all the trouble to plan this out. Still, Weiss had better things to do, like working on her Dust garden, recording her new song, and working on her summoning.
"You'll regret saying that one day." Yu winked, taking the beanbag that was closest to Weiss. She held up a single kernel. "Popcorn?"
Weiss silently opened her mouth, and a second later Yu lightly threw the popcorn, only to hit the side of her cheek.
"Just play the movie." Weiss sighed. Might as well get this over with.
Several snowflakes fell, drifting through the air as they formed their unique shapes. The voices of singers harmonizing was consistent, until a lone snowflake covered the screen, zooming out until the snowflake was revealed to be in the center in the o of Frozen.
"Well that was overly dramatic." Weiss mumbled, which earned her several shushes. "Okok."
The logo slowly disappeared, until it became indigingishabke from the ice. Suddenly, a saw bursted through the solid ice, the people above cutting in unison to some beat. The ice cutters started to sing.
"Born of cold and winter air and mountain rain combining." More men started to appear with saws in hand, their clothings made out of fur. Men with prongs started to part the ice cut. "This icy force both foul and fair has a frozen heart worth mining."
Weiss yawned, ignoring Yu's glare.
"So cut through the heart, cold and clear-" The men worked to the beat of the song, pushing the ice floating in the water. "Strike for love and strike for fear."
The camera zoomed in on a young blond boy with a small reindeer. The two shared a carrot, with the boy taking a bite after the reindeer.
"That's disgusting." Weiss rolled her eyes.
"Shhh!"
"See the beauty sharp and sheer. Split the ice apart." The singing started to speed up. "And break the frozen heart."
"Hup ho! Watch your step, let it go!" The little boy worked alongside the grown men, imitating them with his smaller ice cutting tools. "Hup, ho, watch your step, let it go!"
"Beautiful, powerful, dangerous, cold!" Different men sang as they worked throughout the day. Several men jumped onto the edge of the solid ice, using their prongs to hold back a few shades of ice that appeared from the water. "Ice has a magic can't be controlled."
A horse pulling another ice cutter appeared, its shoes having spikes to allow it to walk on ice. "Stronger than one, stronger than ten, stronger than a hundred men! Hyah!"
The little boy still struggled with his one ice cube.
"Born of cold and winter air and mountain rain combining-" The men worked well into the night. "-this icy force both foul and fair has a frozen heart worth mining!" They started lighting lamps.
"Cut through the heart, cold and clear." Dozens of men carried blocks of ice on their back, while the small blond boy finally got his block out of the water. "Strike for love and strike for fear."
"There's beauty and there's danger here, split the ice apart." They piled the blocks onto their carts. "Beware the frozen heart."
"Well that wasn't ominous at all." Weiss said boredly. The animation was pretty though.
"It's catchy!" Mina giggled, grabbing some of Yu's popcorn.
The blond boy loaded his lone block of ice onto his sled, his reindeer friend holding a lamp in its mouth.
"Come on Sven!" The boy said as they followed the grown ups, the night sky dancing with colors, just like in Atlas. The camera focused on the sky, until it revealed a rustic castle. A well decorated room appeared, with two expensive beds facing each other. A little girl with hair so blonde that it appeared white slept comfortably.
"Do you have any baby photos of you Weisscream." Yu said, her hands covered in butter by now.
"None that I'm willing to share." They were all on her scroll, which she wasn't planning on using. Weiss narrowed her eyes, the girl did look a bit like a Schnee.
"Elsa! Psst!" An even younger redhead appeared. She climbed onto the blonde's bed clumsily. "Elsa!"
She started pushing Elsa's shoulder. "Wake up, wake up, wake up!"
"Anna, go back to sleep." Elsa said tiredly, pressing her face against the pillow.
"I can't." Anna laid on top of her sister, facing her body upwards. "The sky's awake, so I'm awake, so we have to play!"
"She seems annoying." Weiss tried crossing her arms, but her 'restraints' didn't allow her.
"Shuddit!" Kyouka smirked.
"Go play by yourself." Elsa giggled as she pushed her sister off of her bed. That didn't stop Anna from climbing back onto Elsa's bed.
She raised her sister's eyelid. "Do you wanna build a snowman?"
Now that earned her a smile from the blonde.
"I have a bad feeling about this."
A/N
The omake will be several chapters long. I'll update it every two main story chapters.
Hopefully I did well for my first reaction story.
