Notes: Sorry for the delay. I had actually thought about combining this with the Riddle Box prompt, but the stories were too different, and so both needed a bit of rewrite. This one has a bit more humor, as it just came off weirder as I wrote it. I was having fun though so it is what it is. The prompt for this is Bad Witch, of something wicked this way comes, and I truly hope you enjoy my interpretation of this; I do think I managed something truly wicked. Thank you to BeChloeIsLegit, RidiculouslyOverObsessed, Cheeyathebard and annakendrick47 for making SpookFest a reality. This prompt was based on Nine Inch Nails album "Bad Witch"

Something Wicked This Way Comes

When she woke up, Beca found herself lying in a vast grassy field. Feeling weak and confused, the petite brunette sat up. As she sat up, she realized she was wearing a long, heavy pink dress, one resembling those that princesses might have worn in a Fairy Tale.

"What the Fu…!"

A groan just to her right caught her attention, she saw Chloe lying there, right beside her, dressed in a green medieval-princess dress. "CHLOE!" Beca immediately started to shake the unconscious redhead. She only received minimal response, but her actions did elicit more response from the next person.

"Tone it down, little one, some of us seemed to have partied a bit too hard last night," Stacie grumbled. She was resisting opening her eyes, so did not yet realize their predicament.

Stacie lay just on the other side of Chloe, in an exact copy of the dress Beca and Chloe were wearing, save her dress was red. Beyond Stacie was Aubrey, who had a royal blue version of the dress.

The blonde sat up holding her head as if dealing with a headache, but then let out a loud gasp as she began looking at her surroundings.

"Ummm-Stace, I think we did more than party too hard last night," Aubrey said.

"Why do I always make the mistake of drinking a Fat Smy concoction?" Chloe mumbled as she began to wake, wincing at the pain in her head.

"I think this can't be blamed on Amy's Tasmanian Power Punch," Beca said.

"What am I wearing on my head?"'Stacie asked as she blindly reached up to feel the hat on her head.

"All four of us are wearing cone-shaped hats,"Aubrey answered.

Both Stacie and Chloe sat up quickly and asked, "What!?" Both groaned at this action as their respective heads throbbed.

"Yeah, we're wearing one of those dumb looking hats that a princess might've worn in medieval fairy tales," Beca added.

The four now all fully awake and aware looked at the hats they each wore, and how they matched the color of their respective dresses.

"Well I always wanted to be a princess," Chloe said as she played with the gossamer like fabric that hung from the sharp pointy tip of the cone-shaped hat.

"Of course you would find a silver lining in this nightmare," Beca snarked as she studied the matching cape which hung beautifully down her back to just above her ankles.

"Nightmare?" Chloe responded.

"I'm wearing PINK!"

""The little princess might have a point, though I don't think we're in a nightmare," Stacie said.

"This is too elaborate for a practical joke," Aubrey added.

"Well, she is a billionaire now," Chloe pointed out.

"That's true," Stacie said. "She could sink some serious resources into a joke."

Standing up, Beca was relieved to see that her friends were starting to recognize just how weird this whole situation was.

"Ok guys, where are we and why the h*ll…" Beca paused. Then asked again, "Why the Fu…" The petite brunette looked perplexed and then tried to say a series of words.

"Fu…"

"Dam…"

"Shi…"

"H*ll"

"Fu… Dam… Mother Fu—er, God Dam… What the Fu…?"

Out of breath, Beca looked at her best friends and shouted, "Why can't I swear? And why the Fu… are we dressed like cheesy fairy tale princesses?!"

"I seriously have zero idea, Hobbit, but could you keep it down, I've the worst headache," Aubrey replied.

"I will say, you do make an adorable tiny princess," Stacie added.

"Bite me Legs," Beca retorted. "Hey! I found a loophole in the whole swearing thing."

"Knew you would, Becs, if anyone could," said Chloe, as both Stacie and Aubrey were helping her to get up since the redhead's dress was especially heavy.

Once they were all standing, they began looking around.

"Have to agree with the Princess of the Little People, where the He** are we?" Stacie said.

They were all standing on a vast, green grassland. In the background, standing a fair way-off, gray-colored castles and green, giant hills. Mountains also outline the far-off background, shining in the bright light of the early morning sun.

"Thank you Stacie," Beca said, before adding, "and Bite me Gigantica." With a smirk she announced, "Hey! I found another loophole!"

Chloe came over and kissed Beca's cheek. "Proud of you Becs. Now, Beca's right, where are we, and how did we get here?"

"Okay, let's try to assess the situation," Aubrey suggested. "It looks like we're in some type of fairy tale scene here."

"Yeah, what the Fu… is with the castles and mountains?" Asked Beca. "Dam.., I hate that!"

"What is the last thing everyone remembers?"

"We were all at our place, having drinks," answered Aubrey.

"I remember we were waiting for more of the Bellas to show up, and Lilly arrived with a house warming present," added Beca.

"It looked like a snow globe," Aubrey remembered.

"It had a beautiful landscape," Stacie turned, looking at the surroundings. "With mountains, castles, and a green valley."

Chloe's eyes suddenly lighted up as she exclaimed, "Guys! Lilly said it was like an Escape Room, and she told me the winner had to defeat the wicked witch or be here for eternity! I just remembered!"

Beca rolled her eyes and replied sarcastically, "Gee, are we really surprised that Lilly might be the cause of this?"

"Do we really think Lilly is capable of doing something like this?" Stacie asked the others.

"That we're here, means it is possible," Aubrey observed.

"And if it's possible, then Lilly's capable of it," Chloe observed.

"I think this proves Lilly is also capable of the impossible," Stacie said as she waved her hand at the scenery.

All the women nodded in agreement to this.

"Are we really thinking that Lilly may have given us an artifact capable of sucking us into another world for eternity?!" Beca asked plaintively.

"Well hopefully not for eternity," Stacie replied.

"We have to figure out how to get out of here," Aubrey added.

"Oh-oh-OH! Ummm-sorry I just remembered something else. Sorry this is just so much of a shock at being here, things are patchy."

"It's okay, Red, what's you remember?" Stacie asked.

"Okay, so when you opened up the present, she said we had to beat the wicked witch by finding our true selves," explained Chloe. "It was Lilly, so it was both hard to hear, and I'm always leery of listening too closely."

"Did she give any clues on what that means?" Aubrey asked, hoping to get more concrete information.

"Not sure what it means, but Amy said something like we must rely on our true nature," Chloe saida bit perplexed.

Beca gave a confused look and replied, "Okay that makes no sense, we don't have time for another one of Amy's screw ups."

"Was that all she said?" Aubrey asked,

"That's all I remember," Chloe conceded. "After you figured out how to wind the music, you read something on a small door that popped open, and then I woke up here."

"UGHH! I love Lilly, but I'm going to kill her when I get out of here," Aubrey grumbled.

"Relying on true natures, does that make a bit of sense to anyone?" Stacie asked.

Around the four friends, but in the distance, a crowd of people suddenly appeared, around on all sides.

"What the Fudge? Ha!" Beca exclaimed.

"Ummm-did you all notice a crowd of people?" Chloe asked.

"They literally appeared out of nowhere," Stacie observed.

"And we're completely surrounded," Beca noted.

"Well at least they are a distance away right now," Aubrey added.

"For now," Beca and Chloe said simultaneously.

"The crowd is mostly made of men, with some women," observed Auby.

Squinting her eyes, Stacie added, "I don't think all of them are human."

"I think Stacie's right," Chloe said pointing. "That one in a hat like Robin Hood's looks like a fox."

"You mean like from Disney's Robin Hood?" Beca asked. When her three friends gave her a look, she defended herself. "What? Chloe… I mean you…" the young brunette pointed at the redhead accusatory, "Chloe made me watch it."

"Uh-Huh, whatever you say, Hobbit," Aubrey snarked with a wink. "You're right though Stace, I'm pretty sure I see a couple pigs, and at least two bears," Aubrey continued as she used her hand to shade her eyes.

"Some of the men are dressed as knights," said Chloe. "Their armor is so shiny it's hard to look at. Should we be worried?"

"You mean, more than we seemed to be in some Jumanji type sh**?" Beca asked. When she received pointed stares from her friends, she shrugged and said, "What? I did date Jesse for three years."

"Don't remind me," Chloe grumbled, which made Beca blush.

"So there are some knights, but it seems like most are dressed more like peasants," Stacie pointed out. "They almost seem to be an audience."

"That one standing there defiantly looks like that Captain America wannabe," observed Beca, as she pointed out a man who's garb resembled that of the character Prince Charming of Fairy Tales lore.

"You mean Chicago?" Chloe clarified.

"I thought his name was Cincinnati," Beca replied.

"No," Chloe shook her head with a smile, "It was Chicago, and you know it."

"All I know is he was a total due***" The petite brunette paused, then shouted at the sky, "Oh come on, you have to give me that! You can buy them in any drug store or grocery!" She looked back at the giggling redhead, "He was a total di… Come on! He was a DI… He was a door knob! Ha! You won't STOP ME!" Beca shook her fist at the sky. She ignored the laughter of her friends.

"While Shortstuff is having her argument with the sky, I would draw your attention to that," Stacie said as she pointed towards a giant green ball of light which had appeared over an imposing black stone castle in the far distant mountains. The ball of light was traveling swiftly towards the four Bellas.

Even though they were already a fair distance away, the crowd moved back a half dozen steps. The Bellas could feel the fear of the crowd as the green ball of light passed over them.

"Are we in Oz, now?" Beca grumbled.

"If we are, you should feel right at home, Becs," Chloe giggled.

"Et tu, Chloe," Beca responded in faux outrage.

"Damn, you beat me to it, Red," Stacie chimed in.

"It seemed too easy," Aubrey added.

Beca flicked them all off, then the sky, "HA!"

The green light grew brighter and brighter as it slowly descended, till the four Bellas had to shade their eyes. Still they could tell that the green light came to a landing a dozen steps in front of them. Aubrey immediately stepped forward and put her arms out in front of the other Bellas, ready to protect them if anything happened.

'PICK NOW THE FORM OF YOUR OPPONENT! THE ONE WHICH YOU FEAR AND COWER BEFORE, YET SECRETLY ADORE AND ENVY. CHOOSE NOW YOUR DOOM!'

"Wow, that's some real Ghostbusters shit," Beca grumbled. Before the others could say anything, Beca added, "Jesse." Which did actually answer any lingering questions by her friends.

"So we need to clear our minds, not think of anyone, so we don't have to fight them," Aubrey said.

"Can we really do that, at some point we'll think of something," Stacie pointed out.

"Maybe it's best if we think of something fluffy and cute like a bunny," Chloe started, then turned to the green orb, "That's not my choice."

"It could be better than facing something we fear and cower before, yet secretly adore and envy," Stacie argued.

"What does that even mean?" Chloe asked.

'THE CHOICE IS MADE!'

Suddenly, the green orb of energy exploded into a radiating display of green light and smoke. The green smoke choked the air all around leaving the four friends coughing for breath.

As the light and smoke clear, the four are shocked at who they saw standing before them, tall, blonde, and mega proud, with truly evil eyes.

"Kommissar!?"

Aubrey, Stacie and Chloe all gave Beca a pointed look. The petite brunette shrugged sheepishly, "She just kind of popped into my head," and whispered "Sorry," to Chloe. The redhead gave the brunette a hard stare.

"Are we actually tripping right now? Did Amy slip us some acid or other hallucinogenic?" Beca asked honestly, desperate to change the focus.

"I'm beginning to think so," replied Aubrey.

"Seriously, did it have to be her?" Chloe asked Beca plaintively. Then with a huff, "Of course she would be the Wicked Witch."

"Ja Ingwer, I'm the wickedest," smirked the tall blonde, her German accent adding to the sultry nature of the line.

"What did she just call me?" Chloe demanded.

"Yes Ginger," Aubrey and Beca answered simultaneously.

"Well, my dear Bellas, I see you have made it into my game," said Kommissar with a smirk.

"Really getting into the whole Wicked Witch motif, don't you think?" Stacie observed.

"You may be super sexy, but you're still a witch," declared Beca.

"Was that supposed to be a burn, Beca?" Chloe asked.

"Yes," Beca squeaked in embarrassment.

"Let's let Aubrey and Stacie do the talking, Becs," Chloe suggested before giving the blushing brunette a quick peck to her cheek.

"But I so enjoy kleine Maus's verbal sparring, I alway get such an ego boost," Kommissar cooed.

"What are we doing here?" Aubrey demanded of Kommissar.

"You're all here to ein Spiel mein Spiel, of course," the tall German said with a flourish.

"A game?" Stacie asked in confusion.

"Am I the only one here who doesn't speak German?" Chloe grumbled. Her three friends nodded solemnly.

The blonde ignored the redhead and continued, "Ja, ein Spiel, a truly special game, but do not think it's a peaceful game. And know that when you lose, your souls will be stuck here forever, you will be suffering for eternity in fire and pain!"

With a wave of her hand, Kommissar indicated to the crowd that surrounded them, "These people you see standing around you, so Ängstlich… so afraid… of me, are die Seelen—the souls of all my victims who have been trapped in meine Welt!"

"You trapped a fox?" Beca blurted out.

"Nein! I transformed him," Kommissar waved her hand to indicate herself. "Hello, a Witch."

"So these others lost?" Aubrey prompted.

"And now they are stuck here for eternity! They normally right now would be suffering in various painful scenarios of my design, as they always do! But I wanted a beautiful scenic landscape to defeat you Bellas on, so I have temporarily transformed this into the classic medieval scenery, and so, all my trapped souls have a moment of peace from their constant suffering to witness me defeat, capture, and torture you good witches - The Bellas!"

The four friends looked at each other and couldn't stop their giggles. This response caught the German off guard. "Was?"

"It's a little over-the-top," Stacie said as she stifled her giggles.

"It is not over-the-top! You have entered this world to play my game. You're very souls are on the line," seethed the blonde witch.

"Guess it's hard to take this whole medieval fairytale thing seriously," Aubrey stated.

"Told you we should let Aubrey and Stacie handle the talking," Chloe whispered to Beca.

"This medieval setting is where I have been the most dreadful, and victorious. My evil deeds here are quite numerous," Kommissar raged. "I look forward to adding you to my victory tally with you."

Beca started to step towards Kommissar, but Chloe grabbed her arm, holding her back. So instead Beca shouted, "Okay, your medieval world is very cute! You make the game a medieval fairy tale; all nice! But did you HAVE to put us into these hideous looking dresses?!"

The German wicked witch leaned back and let loose a full throated laugh, before she replied, "But they look so good on you meine kleine maus. You couldn't take part in a medieval battle without giving you the appropriate medieval fashion kleine maus. Besides, you so look like the classic fairy tale princess; in your case the tiny fairy princess."

The blonde witch waved her hand to motion for someone in the crowd to come to her. There was an uneasy murmur from the crowd, and for a moment no one came forward. Kommissar frowned, and snapped her fingers. The sound of the snap was unnaturally loud, louder than a fired shotgun. At that point a young, beautiful woman stepped out of the crowd and reluctantly came forward. Her face was as white as new fallen snow, her lips as red as blood. Her beautiful, black hair was long, thick and luxurious. She wore a humble white dress of a commoner, but her grace and stature was that of nobility.

Once she was close enough, Kommissar grabbed the young woman's arm tightly and walked her over to a spot six feet in front of the four friends. "Good witches, may I introduce to you the famous Snow White, yet another victim of my terror!"

Tears came out of Snow White's beautiful brown eyes as she stood there, helpless. She seemed to gather her courage, then shouted, "Run!"

Kommissar flashed a wicked grin even as she squeezed Snow White's arm tighter till the young girl screamed in pain. "Now sweetie, we don't want to give our young friends any false hope. Besides, there is NOWHERE for them to run! They're in MY world, as you have been for centuries my dear! I control this world!"

The German witch turned to the Bellas as she said, "Like, I can even take away your powers if I wanted! This IS my world after all, I can disable your powers in a heartbeat."

"Ummm-what powers?" Beca asked, as she looked at her friends. They all shrugged in answer.

"Your powers," Kommissar asserted.

"We don't have any powers," Chloe responded.

"You have to have powers," Kommissar stated. The game can only be activated by one with powers."

"So Lilly does have powers," Stacie concluded. "All those things she whispered over the years might have had a kernel of truth."

"Well she's a bad witch then," Beca said.

"On that we all agree," Aubrey said.

"But you have to have powers," Kommissar argued. "The game requires that the contestants must have powers commiserate to the opponent."

"Well it looks like you will have to battle us without your powers," Aubrey observed.

"Or," Kommissar countered. "I can grant you powers." The tall blonde nodded to herself. "Yes! To show you all that I am very powerful and to make this interesting, I will grant you weak powers!" She waved her hand and a cloud of sparkles drifted down upon the four Bellas. All the while she laughed menacingly. "Hahahaha!"

The wicked German witch then turned to Snow White again, and said, "Since you were a naughty girl today, you don't get a break from your eternal terror!" Again the wicked blonde waved her hand towards Snow White who ignited with fire.

Snow White screamed as she pranced around, on fire and suffering.

"No!" Chloe shouted and automatically reached out towards the suffering woman. Immediately the flames went out, shocking both the friends and the young woman who was suddenly pain free.

"Überraschend, mein Ginger."

Immediately Stacie and Aubrey ran towards Snow White. Kommissar threw out her hand to stop them, while saying, "She's used to this! She's been experiencing torture like this for the last couple centuries! It is a but a preview of what you will be experiencing once I take your souls. Yet the ball of magical energy she threw was stopped when Aubrey and Stacie instinctively raised their hands to protect themselves.

"Impressive," Kommissar said. "You have taken to your powers quite impressively." The blonde woman started throwing energy ball after energy ball. "Let's see how long you two can maintain your shield?"

Both Aubrey and Stacie grunted under the onslaught, but both held their shields, though neither was sure how.

While this was happening Beca began to rip at her skirt. Recognizing what Beca wanted, Chloe began to help. In short order, they had torn the heavy skirt away. Chloe began to work on her own skirt while Beca ran towards the wicked distracted witch. Before Kommissar knew she was ther, the petite brunette leaped into a high-kick, which connected solidly with her blonde head. This wasn't something Beca could do in real life, but using the magic she'd just been given, Beca landed a series of well placed kicks on the taller woman, before ending in a fighting stance ready for more.

The blows were enough to send Kommissar falling to the ground. Yet she seemed to take great humor in this and laughed as she rose up, "Nice move, klein Maus, You're the first witch I know who knew martial arts!"

Feeling cocky, Beca smirked as she replied, "Yeah! And I'll be the LAST you know after I kick your sexy ass today!"

"Really Becs?" Chloe called as she finished ripping off her oversized skirt.

"I love you, Chlo," an embarrassed Beca called back.

"Uh-huh," Chloe nodded as she took up her own fighting stance.

With a wicked laugh, Kommissar stood up while saying, "Well, if you LOVE fighting so much, we'll have to have some fun!" She then waved her hand and black smoke arose from the ground in between Beca and Chloe. Both women backed up a few feet, to give the smoke room. As it cleared, a ninja pig could be seen standing there, dressed in the iconic black ninja suit and in a fighting stance.

"Seriously? A ninja pig?" Beca groaned. The pig stood on its hind legs, and moved with a fluidity that suggested it could be a very dangerous opponent.

"It's hard to take it seriously," Aubrey said, but then the pig drew a katana. "Though it's getting easier."

The Bellas all backed up as the ninja pig began to go through various martial arts moves with the sword. The pig's whole body is covered in the iconic black ninja suit, with only its eyes, snout and ears showing; still it was easy to see it was a pig..

"Ninja, see that good witch over there," said Kommissar as she pointed towards Beca. "She thinks she can defeat you! I think it's time to show her who's better!"

The ninja pig was silent save for a snort. It immediately sprung into a backflip and then into a forward flip towards Beca.

The petite brunette backed up slowly. The wicked witch waved her hand and a green barrier surrounded Beca and the ninja pig, effectively cutting her off from the rest of her friends. Chloe shrieked seeing that Beca was trapped within the barrier. She tried to break the barrier with her fist, but took quite a jolt.

"Chloe!" Aubrey shouted as she ran to where the redhead landed, having been flung backwards by the jolt. Stacie on the other hand tried projecting the force she had used to shield Snow White. With concentration she was able to push out the force, but the force hit the barrier and dissipated against the wall of energy.

"Tsk-tsk-tsk, you three will watch as your friend fights to the death! You cannot break the barrier I have placed around her, as your powers are too weak to work against the barrier, so don't bother to try; you will need your powers at their best when your challenges come." The blonde laughed to herself. "Oh how I sometimes amaze even myself with my sinister plans!"

While Kommissar mocked the three friends outside the barrier, inside the ninja pig performed another series of flips toward Beca, who continued to move about in an attempt to keep some distance from the heavier creature. The beast was quicker than expected and managed to land right in front of her.

Instantly the petite brunette gets into a fighting position, her small stature highlighted by the proximity of the larger and heavier creature. The ninja pig brought the katana down in an overhead swing. Beca dodged right and lashed out with a punch to the pig's wrist. The grip on the sword was loosened, and Beca immediately kicked out at the hilt. Her aim was true and the katana spun through the air and over the barrier.

"I cant believe that wor…" Beca's statement was cut off as the ninja pig slammed a fist into her abdomen, then followed up with a palm strike to her sternum, which set the petite brunette stumbling backwards.

Dropping to her knee, Beca battled for breath. Those punches hurt. Yet luckily the pig didn't press its advantage in. She took her time regaining her feet and getting into A fighting stance. When she looked ready, the ninja pig began to move forward, if not cautiously.

"So hey ninja pig, how about we don't do this? Can we maybe like talk this o…"Before Beca could finish her sentence, the ninja pig grabbed her by her wrist and flipped her over its shoulder in a judo style throw. Beca screamed as she was tossed over the ninja pig, and landed on her back. Despite the loss of breath, Beca quickly scrambled back to her feet, and faced the ninja pig again. The pig again waited until the young woman took a fighting stance.

When she was set, it came at her with a series of swift short kicks that Beca was able to block. Always being on the shorter side, Beca's mother had insisted her daughter take various self defense and martial arts classes growing up. It wasn't something she used often, but the muscle memory was still there. Therefore the fight at this moment was a series of kicks and blocks, both adversaries shuffling back and forth, mostly probing the other's defenses.

After a particular complex set of kicks that Beca was able to dodge and block, she countered with a dozen stabs with her feet at the pig's snout, it worked to back the ninja pick up. When the pig tried to counter, Beca was ready, and swept its lead foot. It sent the pig tumbling. Before Beca could press her advantage though, the ninja pig sprung back up.

The ninja pig paused, before starting its next attack, and gave Beca a deep bow of respect. The brunette felt compelled to give a bow back. Then they both assumed a fighting stance facing one another. It studied her coldly, and Beca shuffled backwards..

"Does my magic work in here?" Beca asked.

"What do you want?" Kommissar asked.

"I want to shed this clumsy medieval dress," Beca said as she dodged about, avoiding the worst of the ninja pig's kicks and punches.

"All right, I'll make it easier for you, kleine Maus. Don't think it will help you though," said the blonde German. She waved her hand and Beca's dress disappeared, and the brunette found herself wearing fancy pink lingerie.

"Really?" Beca snarked.

"A girl has to have her fun, kleine Maus," replied Kommissar with an evil leer.

The petite brunette rolled her eyes, but before she could do more, the pig landed two quick punches and a solid side kick

"Okay porky, I tried to reason with you! Now I'll have to kick you're a*s!" Shouted Beca at the ninja pig as she picked herself back up..

With reckless abandon, Beca charged at the ninja pig, and leapt into a flying kick. The ninja pig rolled out of the way and Beca landed just past, and executed a spinning kick, but again hit nothing, as the ninja pig executed a summersault under her kick. The move brought the beast right in front of the petite woman, and allowed it to sweep at her legs. Beca started to jump, but is too slow and her feet are swept out from under her. She falls ungratefully to the ground landing hard on her hip.

Before Beca can do anything the ninja pig grabs her long brown hair. The petite woman grunts in pain as she is yanked up by her hair. Fighting through the pain, Beca punches the ninja pig, first in the chest and then in the throat. The last hit is most effective as the ninja backs, letting go of her hair. As the ninja pig backed up clutching its throat, Beca kicked him in the stomach, then the face.

The ninja pig squealed as it fell to the ground, but then Kommissar cast another spell and the pig was back up and in a fighting stance immediately. The ninja pig immediately leaped over Beca landing just behind her. The petite brunette spun about, but not fast enough as the pig elbowed her in the head, and then kneed her in the stomach.

It caught the brunette and delivered a severe series of punches and kicks, many to Beca's head. She tried to defend herself, but the blows came fast and furious. Blood was coming from her nose, her lips were cut, and one eye had swelled shut.

The ninja pig pushed Beca away from it, before spinning into a flying kick into her stomach, sending the petite brunette flying backwards ten feet. Still Beca valiantly got up, her scrappy nature not allowing her to stay down. The ninja pig launched into a flying kick that sent the brunette flying backwards a dozen feet where she bounced off the energy barrier. There was a spark of power as she hit the barrier and the petite woman landed in an unmoving heap.

"BECAAAAA!" screamed Chloe. Her voice was unnaturally loud, deafening, and seemed to resonate in an unnatural way. The green barrier began to vibrate and then shattered like glass.

The ninja pig spun to face the three friends, but Aubrey moved her arm as if throwing a ball, and a white ball of energy flashed towards it. The ninja pig squealed as it was hit by the ball, for a heartbeat the giant pig seemed to go out of focus, and then it disappeared.

At the same time Chloe and Stacie raced towards their fallen friend.

"Hahahaha!" Kommissar laughed loudly, "My, my, my, Bellas, so full of surprises. I haven't seen this great of a fight since the Middle Ages! I love it!" She did seem to be enjoying herself watching how the fight played out.

The audience around them however gasped in horror at what they were watching.

Stacie arrived at Beca first, quickly starting to perform the triage skills she had learned in medical school. She started going through the steps she had memorized, and out of habit began to sing the litany of steps. It was a musical mnemonic device she had used as a study in medical school. Immediately she felt an energy flow through her and into Beca.

Chloe had fallen to her knees on the other side of Beca. She was hesitant to touch her though, not wanting to interfere with Stacie's care for Beca.

"Chloe," Stacie whispered. "I want to try something."

"Anything if it will help Beca," Chloe responded immediately.

"Take her hand, and start to sing," Stacie instructed.

"Sing?"

"I have a theory," Stacie explained. "I want you to sing a song that means something to you and Beca."

"Okay."

"Also think about Beca healing as you do it," Stacie added.

The redhead nodded. She thought about what she should sing, and the first song that came to mind she instantly started to sing.

I got my ticket for the long way 'round

Two bottle o' whiskey for the way

And I sure would like some sweet company

And I'm leavin' tomorrow, why don't you stay?

"Do you feel an energy flowing through you?" Stacie asked. The redhead, not wanting to interrupt her song, simply nodded.

When I'm gone

When I'm gone

You're gonna miss me when I'm gone

You're gonna miss me by my hair

You're gonna miss me everywhere, oh

You're gonna miss me when I'm gone

Chloe felt Beca growing stronger, and the petite woman began to stir.

I got my ticket for the long way 'round

The one with the prettiest of views

It's got mountains, it's got rivers

It's got sights to give you shivers

But it sure would be prettier with you

Aubrey had positioned herself between her friends and Kommissar. The witch was tossing energy ball after energy ball at the Bellas, while Aubrey maintained a shield. She wasn't exactly sure how she was doing it, but she was able to maintain it, though the strain was beginning to take its toll.

"Bree! Pick a song, and start singing it," Stacie called out to her. The blonde Bella looked at her friend as if she were insane. "Trust me, Bree!"

Aubrey didn't understand, and was confused as to why Chloe was singing, but she trusted Stacie implicitly. The first song that came to mind, and the blonde began singing,

I, I got a new life

You would hardly recognize me

I'm so glad

How can a person like me care for you?

(Ah) Why do I bother

When you're not the one for me

Is enough enough?

"Keep singing, and picture your shield growing stronger," Stacie told her.

I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes

I saw the sign

Life is demanding without understanding

I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes

I saw the sign

No one's gonna drag you up

To get into the light where you belong

But where do you belong?

At the same time Chloe had continued to sing her song.

When I'm gone

When I'm gone

You're gonna miss me when I'm gone

Beca's eyes fluttered open and she squeezed Chloe's hand.

"Beca!" Chloe cried and she swept the younger woman into a bone crushing hug.

"Easy Chlo. You're going to undo all the healing you've just done."

The redhead eased her hug some, but only some. She clung to the younger woman for all she was worth.

With Beca out of the woods, Stacie rose to join Aubrey. She picked up the blonde's song, easily, remembering the hours upon hours they had practiced it in her Freshman year.

But where do you belong?

Oh, oh, oh, oh

I saw the sign and it opened up my mind

And I am happy now

Living without you

I've left you, oh oh oh

I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes

I saw the sign

"Did I die, am I in Hell Chlo. Is my punishment to hear that song for eternity?" Beca asked, half seriously.

"Be nice," Chloe whispered back.

"I tire of this Bellas," Kommissar said as she pointed a finger at a spot just in front of Aubrey. An explosion went off just in front of her, sending the blonde flying backwards.

Acting on pure instinct Stacie pictured a shield around Aubrey as she began to sing,

Even if we can't find heaven, heaven, heaven, heaven

Hands put your empty hands in mine

And scars show me all the scars you hide

And hey, if your wings are broken

Please take mine 'til yours can open too

'Cause I'm gonna stand by you

A shimmer of light surrounded Aubrey, and she landed safely. However before Stacie could protect herself, an arc of lightning lept from Kommissar's hands and struck Stacie full on. Electricity sparked through the brunette's body.

Suddenly Beca and Chloe stepped in between Stacie and Kommissar. Together they began to sing.

You shout it loud, but I can't hear a word you say

I'm talking loud, not saying much

I'm criticized, but all your bullets ricochet

You shoot me down, but I get up

A golden shield formed, blocking the lightning. Kommissar roared, and the amount of lightning pouring from her seemed to double. Tendrils of electricity arced over the shield, but it held. The tall German witch flicked her hand which caused another explosion just in front of the shield.

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose

Fire away, fire away

Ricochet, you take your aim

Fire away, fire away

The two women strained under the onslaught of Kommisar's attacks.

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

Kommissar held her hands up high above her head, and a meteor shower of fire appeared above the friends, and began to rain down.

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose

Fire away, fire away

Ricochet, you take your aim

Fire away, fire away

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I am titanium

The shield grew into a dome, and protected the four friends. Beca and Chloe continued to sing, and the golden dome expanded, till Kommissar had to retreat, and end the meteor shower. She used her magic to lift herself into the air, she soared above the dome, then descended using her momentum to empower a punch from above that shattered the dome.

Beca and Chloe collapsed from the effort they exerted to maintain the dome. Yet before Kommissar could take any further action, Aubrey stepped between her fallen friends and the witch.

You're a real tough cookie

With a long history

Of breaking little hearts like the one in me

That's okay, lets see how you do it

Put up your dukes, let's get down to it

Again the blonde was able to place a silver shield up that repelled Kommisar's initial assault.

Hit me with your best shot

Why don't you hit me with your best shot

Hit me with your best shot

Fire away

At the same time Stacie started to concentrate with all her considerable intellect. The perfect song came to mind, and the word's began to flow.

I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath

Scared to rock the boat and make a mess

So I sat quietly, agreed politely

I guess that I forgot I had a choice

I let you push me past the breaking point

I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything

A ray of pure white light seemed to appear from Stacie's palm, and shot forth towards Kommissar, who just barely managed to raise her own hand and blocked it. The German Amazon's eyes began to glow purple, and she called down lightning from the heavens.

Hit me with your best shot...

C'mon!

Hit me with your best shot...

Hit me with your best shot

Fire away!

Aubrey's singing grew louder as her shield grew larger, providing cover for all four Bellas from the lightning. At the same time Stacie sang with abandon letting the energy of the music flow through her.

I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter

Dancing through the fire

'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar

Louder, louder than a lion

'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh

You're gonna hear me roar

"Chloe! Do you remember when Lilly picked the movie for Bellas movie night?" Beca asked.

"I remember we overruled her first dozen choices," Chloe responded.

"Yeah, but the one we did allow, about the wizard?" Beca pushed.

"She didn't pick a Harry Potter movie…"

"No," Beca shook her head. "This one was a superhero movie, though I don't think there was any superhero in it…"

Realization struck the redhead. "Oh! Ummm-Dr Weird - No that's not right. Ummm-Dr Strange!"

"That's the one," Beca nodded.

"Why?" Chloe asked, a bit confused.

"The characters in it made a portal…" Beca started.

"I don't think we can make a portal out of here, Beca," Chloe replied.

"No, but can you make a portal right behind Kommissar…"

"I see! Okay, but then what?"

The petite brunette grinned wickedly. "I'm going to get some payback for that ass kicking her pig gave me."

"Okay," agreed the red head. She started to envision a portal, and the words to a song filled her mind, but then she stopped and looked pointedly at Beca. "If you compliment her ass, so help me Becs…"

"Nope, no complimenting anything about the witch. She's an old hag."

"Good," Chloe said succinctly, as she began to move her hands in a spinning motion, and let the words of a new song fill her mind.

When people keep repeating

That you'll never fall in love

When everybody keeps retreating

But you can't seem to get enough

She remembered how the portal looked in the movie, big and round and almost like it was on fire. Her eyes were closed but Beca could see it was working. "You're doing it, babe!"

Let my love open the door

Let my love open the door

Let my love open the door

To your heart

The portal appeared, and there just on the other side was Kommissar, her back to the opening. Beca had been psyching herself up, and her own song came to her mind. She didn't sing them out loud, but let them play in her head.

Hmm, after all you put me through

You'd think I'd despise you

But in the end, I wanna thank you

'Cause you made me that much stronger

She felt the power building, and the residual pain of her beating went away. She had never experienced this type of power before. The portal was almost fully open, but she continued to keep the lyrics in.

Well I, I thought I knew you

Thinkin' that you were true

Guess I, I couldn't trust

Called your bluff, time is up, 'cause I've had enough

You were there by my side, always down for the ride

But your joy ride just came down in flames

'Cause your greed sold me out in shame, mm-hmm

The portal was fully open now, and Kommissar was still occupied with trying to break Aubrey's shield, and deflect Stacie's light beam. She could hear Aubrey singing

Hit me with your best shot...

Hit me with your best shot

Fire away!

Blending perfectly with Stacie's voice.

I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter

Dancing through the fire

'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar

And of course Chloe's voice, which Beca has always been able to find no matter how many are singing or other noise was in the background.

Let my love open the door

Let my love open the door

All mixing with her own song. She starts for the portal, using a bit of the power to boost her speed. She opens her mouth and lets the song go forth as she leaps through.

Made me learn a little bit faster

Made my skin a little bit thicker

Makes me that much smarter

So thanks for making me a fighter

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh-oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, oh

Her knee catches Kommissar dead center in her back. The force is enough to propel Kommissar forward into Aubrey's shield, which she bounces off; only to receive a roundhouse kick from Beca who continues to sing.

I never saw it coming

All of your backstabbing

Just so you could cash in on a good thing before I realized your game

I heard you're goin' 'round playin' the victim now

But don't even begin feeling I'm the one to blame

'Cause you dug your own grave

The blonde tried to get up, but Beca pressed her advantage, continuing to deliver kick after kick to the staggering witch. Yet it's not enough, as Kommissar managed to get a little distance thanks in part to a truly vicious spinning kick from Beca.

"ENOUGH!"

The witch raised her fist and brought it crashing down onto the ground. The shockwave sent all four Bellas flying the crowds all around were thrown backwards by the sheer force of the energy Kommissar had just unleashed.

Standing in the center of it, Kommissar straightened up. Signs of the battle can be seen, she has taken some hits, but her power is not diminished.

"This seems a little unfair, Bellas," Kommissar said to the four women who slowly regained their feet. "I think it's time I even the playing field." With that the blonde began to contort.

The four friends quickly ran together, even as Kommissar seemed to be growing.

"What does she mean 'even the playing field'?" Beca demanded. We were hitting her with everything we had and we only just seemed to feel it."

"Yeah, I'm not liking what I'm seeing," Stacie said as she watched the metamorphosis of Kommissar.

"She's going all Malificent on us," Chloe said.

"She's turning into a dragon?" Beca asked. When Aubrey gave her a look, Beca shrugged. "What? Angelina Jolie is HOT."

The dragon was black as a moonless night, and had wings so powerful and large it tripled the size of the beast.

Fully formed into a magnificent black dragon, Kommissar unleashed a torrent of flames across the sky. The temperature seemed to increase a good ten degrees as the sky burned. When the flames died down the sky was pitch black, as dark as midnight.

Against this the Kommissar dragon was nigh invisible. Only the red eyes glowed out of the darkness, brilliant twin moons that showed nothing but malice.

Rumbling poured through the dragon's chest, and the four friends detected a faint scent of sulfur and brimstone that grew in intensity.

"Together!" Aubrey shouted, and the four friends stepped closer.

Inspiration hit Beca, and she began to sing,

Thought I couldn't breathe without you

Chloe picked up the refrain

I'm inhaling

Aubrey and Stacie joined in, their voices blending perfectly as they had so many years before. The dragon extended its wings and extruded evil, like an aura. It swung its tail like a mace and slammed into the dome.

You thought I couldn't see without you

Perfect vision

You thought I couldn't last without you

But I'm lastin'

You thought that I would die without you

But I'm livin'

The dome was large, larger than any they had produced before. It was translucent, yet glowed providing light to the women that helped to reduce the intimidation of the dragon's darkness.

Thought that I would fail without you

But I'm on top

Thought it would be over by now

But it won't stop

Thought that I would self destruct

But I'm still here

Even in my years to come

I'm still gon' be here

The black dragon unleashed an inferno that physically slammed into their dome. The flames danced across their protective dome like fire across oil. The fire was so hot, that the air in the dome began to grow warmer

I'm a survivor

I'm not gon' give up

I'm not gon' stop, oh

I'm gon' work harder

The black dragon roared, the sound was so deep it was enough for the friends to feel the vibrations through the dirt beneath their feet.

I'm a survivor

I'm not gon' give up

I'm not gon' stop, oh

I'm gon' work harder

I'm the survivor

I'm gonna make it

I will survive

Keep on survivin'

"Aubrey, Stacie, keep going, Chlo, I need you to sing the chorus for Christina Aguilera's 'Fighter'." The redhead nodded, and began to sing.

Makes me that much stronger

Makes me work a little bit harder

It makes me that much wiser

So thanks for making me a fighter

The dome grew bigger and brighter, which forced the dragon to fly off into the shadows.

The four women let the shield drop so that they could maintain their strength.

"I've got an idea, gather around," Beca said, and the four friends huddled together. The music producer quickly told them what she thought.

"I think that should work," Stacie said.

"We know what we can do when we sing," Aubrey added.

"It's true to your nature, babe," Chloe said.

The sound of the beast's great wings caught their attention. They shifted so they could face it. Even in the dark their gaze fixed on the dragon as it flew towards them and roared so loudly it forced them to cover their ears.

Before the dragon could unleash another torrent of fire, the four Bellas began to sing.

Now that you're out of my life I'm so much better

You thought that I'd be weak without you, but I'm stronger

You thought that I'd be broke without you, but I'm richer

You thought that I'd be sad without you, I laugh harder

Thought I wouldn't grow without you, now I'm wiser

Thought that I'd be helpless without you, but I'm smarter

Their shield dome came up immediately, and it was stronger and brighter than before. The dragon came up short and again unleashed its fiery breath.

At Beca's signal, Stacie stopped singing the Destiny Child's song, and began to sing Christina Aguilera's song.

Makes me that much stronger

Makes me work a little bit harder

It makes me that much wiser

So thanks for making me a fighter

Beca then signaled Chloe who changed to the Britney Spears' song 'Stronger'

I'm not your property as from today, baby

You might think that I won't make it on my own

But now I'm

Stronger than yesterday

The dragon raged against the dome of light, its tail and claws smashed the dome, even as it roared more fire down upon it.

Beca now dropped from singing 'Survivor', leaving Aubrey singing that song alone, while Beca began to sing.

You shout it out

But I can't hear a word you say

I'm talking loud, not saying much

I'm criticized, but all your bullets ricochet

Shoot me down, but I get up

Now each of the four women was singing an individual song that blended together in an ultimate remix. It was like Beca had been preparing for this moment her whole life. It was exhilarating.

I'm a survivor

Makes me that much stronger

But now I'm Stronger

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose

I'm not gon' give up

You might think that I can't take it, but you're wrong

It makes me that much wiser

I'm not gon' stop

You shoot me down, but I won't fall

I'm gon' work harder

So thanks for making me a fighter

Cause now I'm Stronger

I am titanium

Their dome pulsed with every line the Bellas sang. With each word more energy poured forth. The dragon redoubled its efforts to reach the four women.

To counter this, Aubrey, Beca, Chloe and Stacie sang louder and with more passion.

It was now a battle of wills between the four Bellas and the black dragon. The dragon put everything into its attack, while the four friends took each other's hands, forming a circle, still creating a mashup of four songs.

The power shared by the friends built up and up, till the four women unleashed the building power. The dome blasted out and caught the dragon full on. The beam seemed to catch the dragon and hold it in the sky, not letting it move. The light seemed to shred bits and pieces from the dragon, till the dragon disintegrated completely.

The energy of the four friends continued to shoot up high into the air, and shattered the black sky above. Like broken glass the pieces of darkness rained down.

The friends looked at each other as the sky cleared and it became apparent that the dragon was gone. They smiled at each other, but before they could do anything else, they collapsed.

Pitch Perfect SpookFest

Beca woke up back in Aubrey's and Stacie's condo. She awakened to a metallic iron taste in her mouth and a painful kink in her neck, blinking the confusion from the corners of her eyes. She realized her face ached where it was pressed against the hand wood floor.

She lifted her head up from the floor, and her eyes quickly acclimated to the lights in the room, she found herself instinctively searching for Chloe. She scrambled up off the floor as she called out, "Chloe!"

The redhead woke up with a start. Confused at first, she called out , "Beca?!" And made her location known to Beca.

Beca was still, even after all these years a little awed by the patience and care and true love with which the redhead gave herself to Beca. It was something after her childhood she could not have expected. When she first met Chloe she had not been used to it, people caring, and even to this moment it seemed she would not ever fully get used to it, not really. But even if it was still hard for her body and soul to comprehend this type of affection, she knew she needed it, her body yearned for it.

They rushed towards each other and grabbed the other into a passionate hug, holding on for dear life. Beca could hear Chloe's heart, it was pounding as loudly as hers. So fast against her chest the brunette feared it would break through.

They heard Aubrey and Stacie first calling and then finding each other. It sounded like they were in the next room, so Beca and Chloe made their way into the hallway.

"Bree! Stace!" They both called, as they rushed, not letting go of the other. They heard their two friends call back, and both emerged from their master bedroom. Without pausing the two couples rushed over to the other., and they met in a group hug.

At first they were silent just holding each other, heads leaned in and foreheads resting against the others, but soon they began to talk, and cry, and the four of them felt all their energy slip away as if they were experiencing an adrenaline crash.

"Lilly!" Aubrey hissed when she spotted the silent woman standing in the hallway. "What the Hell?" She rushed at the Korean American woman, coming to stand directly in front of the petite woman. The other three women were just behind. "Seriously Lilly! What the Hell!"

"Hey, wait a minute!" Beca said as she remembered. "Fuck! Damn! Shit! Hell!" She ran through a litany of swear words, then punched the air. "Yes!"

"Happy, Babe?" Chloe giggled.

"Fuck Yeah," Beca beamed.

"Did you miss them?" Chloe asked.

"I just don't like being told I can't do something," Beca said nonchalantly.

"That's our little B," Stacie said as she patted Beca's head.

"Bite me, Legs!"

"Sorry to disappoint, B, but that's saved for Bree tonight," Stacie replied as she winked at her blonde partner. "But hey, there's always tomorrow night."

Beca rolled her eyes, and realized Aubrey was giving her the evil eye, "Hey! It's your fiancé who suggested it" She did step back, and then slightly behind her red haired wife.

Feeling a bit satisfied at staring down Beca, the former Bellas captain returned her attention to Lilly, who had stood silently through it all. "And YOU! What the HELL!?" She ignored Beca's sniggering.

"Did you enjoy your vacation?" The words were barely audible, and Lilly's lips barely moved.

"Vacation?" Aubrey said as if the word was alien to her. "VACATION!?" She repeated much louder.

"I love that vacation," Lilly mumbled, again barely a whisper.

"That's a vacation?" Chloe asked. To which Lilly nodded.

"Wait! You've gone into that before?" Beca asked, and again the eccentric woman nodded and may have whispered, "Many times."

"You have more than one of those 'vacations'?" Stacie asked.

Again Lilly nodded, and the four friends thought they heard, "Three hundred and forty two."

"There was a witch!" Aubrey exclaimed.

"Yes!" Lilly replied, a bit louder, more of a murmur now. "This is why it's my favorite!" This may have been the most animated the four friends had ever seen Lilly. Suddenly the Korean woman had produced a twelve inch stiletto dagger, the tip of which was just a couple centimeters from Aubrey's nose. All four women immediately took a step back, even as they heard Lilly say, "I love stabbing the witch in the heart."

"Why would you send us there?" Chloe asked.

"You all were talking about how you all needed a vacation, between medical school and residency, law school and clerking for the judge, being Moms to Bella, veterinarian school and starting your own clinic, fame as both a pop star and producer." Lilly pointed at each woman in turn. "You all really needed to get away and unwind. So I gave you one of my favorite getaways." The petite woman smiled, quite pleased with herself. The smile made all four women want to take another step back, but the stiletto held them in place.

"Wait," Chloe said. "You have over three hundred of these… I don't even know what to call them."

"Vacations. Three hundred and forty two vacations." Lilly whispered. "I collect them. I hope to have three more by Christmas!"

An alarm went off startling the four women, Lilly seemed unphased by the sudden sound. Stacie looked at her Apple Watch in confusion as she shut down the reminder. "Wait, this says it's only 9:00pm. That was my reminder for us to call my parents and wish Bella sweet dreams."

"That means that all happened in less than thirty minutes," Aubrey said.

Lilly nodded. "Time doesn't work the same there."

"Do all of your vacations have witches?" Chloe asked tentatively.

"Or monsters of any kind?" Beca quickly added.

Lilly shook her head. "Some are really boring, like being marooned on a tropical island…"

Pitch Perfect SpookFest

"Do you think we should feel bad about cutting the party a bit short?" Chloe asked as she shifted her sunglasses.

"We went to 1:00AM," Aubrey answered as she put more suntan lotion into the palm of her hand and started warming it up with the other. "I think Amy was the only one who really wanted to continue the party."

"Emily had left an hour before, along with Ashley and Jessica, CR and Denise had to get home too," Beca said as she rolled over on her towel. The bright sun felt so good.

"Oh yeah, that's the spot baby," Stacie said as her fiancée massaged suntan lotion into her back. She let out a very contented moan.

"Hey! If you two want to start getting freaky, take it to another lagoon," Beca said as she looked over her sunglasses at the other couple.

"Oh come on B," Stacie said quite happily. "We're four incredibly hot women who still have bikini ready bodies, in bikinis on a tropical deserted island, with practically limitless time, and Bree and I can still pick Bella up, on time, in the morning. Live a little."

"We do have a lot of possibilities, babe," Chloe said as she eyed Beca in her black bikini. "Though I wish we could've kept that pink lingerie." She dropped a quick kiss to the brunette's lips,

"Never speak of that again," Beca hissed as her skin turned pink with blush.. "So how long do we want to stay?"

"Two, three weeks?" Stacie offered.

"Let's just play it by ear and enjoy ourselves," Aubrey said.

"Oh I intend to," Stacie said as she ran her eyes over the sun-kissed bodies of the three closest women in her life.
