Shane watches as his two kids and Daryl Dixon's daughter okay in the dirt up ahead. "Shane if you want I'll cut their hair for them." Amy smile looking over at the three kids with a pair of scissors in her hand.

Shane looks up at the two blondes and nods, "Yeah I think Daryl and I would appreciate that." Daryl and Shane had bonded over being single fathers. Both had lost their wife's by very different reasons, yes, but the understanding was still there. Daryle was gone hunting for the time being leaving Shane to look after Dolly since Merle was gone on a supply run.

Shane whistles and motions for the three kids to come to him. "Okay, Miss Amy has offered to give you three a hair cut and I think it's a mighty fine idea."

"Uh Uncle Shane/Papa/Daddy!" The three kids whine loudly.

"Now, y'all sit down and quiet your whining." Carl goes first with his hair cuts but he squirms every which way.

Amy sighs from where she cuts Carl's hair, "Carl, the more you fidget, the longer it takes. So don't, okay?"

Carl whines, "I'm trying."

Shane looks up from where he's entertaining Dolly and Judith, "If you think this is bad, wait till you start shaving. That stings. That day comes, you'll be wishing a simple haircut."

Carl sticks out his tongue in disgust, "I'll believe that when I see it."

Shane chuckles, "I'll tell you what... you just get through this with some manly dignity and tomorrow I'll teach you something special. I will teach you to catch frogs."

Carl looks unsure, "I've caught a frog before."

Shane shakes his head, "I said frogs... plural. And it is an art, my friend. It is not to be taken lightly. There are ways and means. Few people know about it. I'm willing to share my secrets."

"Frogs! Yum!" Judith cheers from next to Dolly.

Carl looks at Judith in surprise, unsure of what to say. Shane raises an eyebrow at the boy, "it's a one-time offer, bud... not to be repeated."

"Why do we need frogs, plural?"

Shane smirks, "You ever eat frog legs?"

Carl exclaims "Eww!"

"Yummy in my tummy!" The two little girls cheer.

"Y'all are crazy!" Carl exclaims with a huff just as Amy finishes both his haircut.

"Is that a no cause I know these two girls would love to join me?" Shane questions as both girls nod.

"I guess I could try it." Carl mumbles moving so Judith can get her haircut. An alarm blaring throughout the air freezes their movements. Shane looks over to Carl and points at the gun holstered around the boys waist.

"You know what to do if you get into trouble." Shane states pointing to the boys waist. Carl nods and Shane gets up, waking over to Dale.

Shane yells, "Talk to me, Dale!"

Dale shakes his head, "I can't tell yet."

Amy looks out towards the road hopefully, "Is it them? Are they back?"

Dale surprised, "I'll be damned."

Amy questions, "What is it?"

"A stolen car is my guess."

Glenn pulls in and says hello with the alarm still blaring full force.

Dale yells covering his ears, "Holy crap. Turn that damn thing off!"

Glenn unsure, "I don't know how"

Shane shakes his head and stands in front of the car while the three kids watch from a distance, "Pop the hood, please. Pop the damn hood, please." Amy chatters about her sister distracting Glenn from Shane's orders.

Shane demands that Glenn pop the hood and finally he does so Shane can disconnect the alarm.

Glenn sighs towards Amy, "Yeah yeah yeah. Yeah yeah!"

Amy gets up in Glenn's face with s million questions, "Is she okay? Is she all right?"

Glenn exclaims, "She's okay! She's okay! Everybody is."

"Are you stupid driving this wailing bastard up here? Trying to drawl every walker for miles." Shane questions as Merle Dixon and a woman he's never seen before approaches.

"I think we're okay..." Dale states.

"You call being stupid okay?" He asks with a raised eyebrow.

"The sound echoed all over the hill. It'd be hard to pin point the sound." The woman stated motioning to the many hills and mountains around them. A white van pulls up and members of the camp gather around to see their families. Shane watches as the woman stands on her tip toes clearly looking for someone.

"Dolly..." The woman whispers running towards her daughter. Shane then knows that the woman is Daisy Dixon, Daryl's wife. He watches Judith and Carl take a step back from the two and he sees tears well up in Carl's eyes. Shane starts to approach his two kids but stops when he hears, "Dad! Dad!"

Shane is in awe seeing his nephew run up to his dead-no-alive father. Shane clinches his chest pointing at the man with tears. Slowly he marches over to the man scooping up his daughter along the way.

"Rick..." Shane whispers developing the man in a hug along with Judith.

"Shane, it's so good to see you." Rick smiles hugging the two of them back while Carl clings to his leg.

"He's taken care of me dad. He's like my second dad since mom left." Carl states matter of factly.

"Lori, left? What is he talking about Shane?" Rick questions pulling away to look at his son.

"Carl take Judith and go play with the other kids, okay?" Shane states and Carl nods taking Judith's hand before walking away.

"You might want to sit down Rick."

"No, I need to know. What's going on?" Rick demands.

Shane sighs rubbing his stubble. "Carl came to me in the middle of the night said Lori had went to get milk a few hours earlier and never returned. It was dark, Rick, like ten o'clock at night. I thought maybe she had just got caught up doing something, ya know. But then he showed me the paper he had found on the kitchen table."

"Divorce papers..." Rick whispers taking a step back.

"And custody papers. She signed away her custody to you." Shane sighs as his best friend sheds a tear.

"I'm sorry, I'm here for you all the way."

Rick shakes his head wiping away a tear, "I wish I could say I'm surprised but I'm not. She left just like she said she would."

Shane hugs him before leading him to Carl, Judith, Dolly, and Daisy.

The sit down and Carl immediately jumps in between them while Judith crawls into Shane's lap.

"Dad, don't be sad. She doesn't deserve our tears. Isn't that right, Papa?" Carl questions looking up to Shane who blushes.

"Papa?" Rick breaths out in shock.

"Yeah, that's right. But I don't think your dad wants you to call me that." Shane explains.

"Why not? you're my dad too?" Carl asks with a tilt of his head.

"He's right, Shane. You've been taking care of him for who a while now, if wants to call you papa he can." Rick mange's a small smile.

Judith tilts her head, "Daddy, and Papa? Is he my daddy too?" She points to Rick.

"Well umm..." Shane stammers.

"If you want, sweetie." Rick smile and Judith leans over to hug him.

"My Papa!"
