Innocence
Innocence we all know what this means, but, through my life I have learnt that there are two types of innocence. The first type in being when a thing or person is actually innocent or not knowing but the second type takes two people, at least, an actor and an observer. The job of the actor is to do whatever they want to but appear innocent and the observer if you haven't guessed is a person that must look at the actor and think they are innocent. By far one of the best examples of this is a child at the supermarket. A mother has taken her son/daughter with her when she does the weekly shop. The child runs away from her, gets board and tries to destruct as many things as humanly possible. When the shop assistant reaches the child who, by this time is throwing tins of creamed celery soup at every person passing by, its not "What are you doing you little brat and put that tin down now" it is more like "Are you alright darling, shall we go and find your mummy" and that is how people get away with it.
When I was at school I saw the most devious use of innocence I ever had or ever would again. Kay. D she was a right dumbars, according to my friends (I would never actually say that incase it got back to her the then there would be hell to pay so I just agreed with them) but when it came to being innocent she was a genius an absolute genius. There is a story behind me and Kay. D, I have known her since I was about 6. When she first met me she hated me, so much in fact that she got Joanne (her best friend) to hit me with a coat. After that I became friends with her and Joanne and have been good friends with Joanne ever since, but my friendship with Kay. D was not so successful we fell out all the time and even when she wasn't mad at me for some reason or another she always bitched about me behind my back and always bitched to me about everyone else. It was in the summer before I started year 9 that we all of a sudden became really close, well that is how Kay.D saw it in her head. Roughly translated into "human" it means she got really bossy, controlling and basically told me what to do and when to do it. And consequently I was to stupid or scared or whatever to say no. But at the end of the summer I broke the very thick iron chain that was wrapped round my neck and was attached to her hand at the other end. I did this without a great deal of thinking or thought, well I did ponder with the idea but I certainly didn't draw out any maps. The actual deed itself was simple and nothing normal friends would fall out about, I forgot to ring her. And yes I know it was on her birthday and I know she did get me a present for mine and she made me feel really guilty, for ages, but when you way up all the times she hurt me or had a go at me, she did the most damage. But the phone call thing wasn't the only thing that made her fall out with me. Me and mum and dad went on holiday and Joanne came with us too. So she was mad that I didn't invite her, but she said she was having someone from Wales over so how could I invite her. When I did go on holiday (camping) with Joanne it was rather interesting to put it mildly. When we were on the campsite we hired a boat out on the lake
