Inuyasha was walking down the dirt road thinking about Kagome but she had been kidnapped by Koga! Inuyasha felt responsible. He couldn't believe it! The shards had been stolen by Kikyo (the woman he loved). Inuyasha was mad and ready to kill anyone who laid a hand on Kagome. His feelings for her scared him and that made him even more enraged.
Deep in thought Miroku, Sango, and Shippo were watching him. They knew how he felt.
"Inuyasha," miroku said to break the silence. "Koga is going to die, I know, but you need to think about it before you do anything you might regret later."
"I don't care. Kagome was kidnapped and we ain't doin' nothin' about it!" Inuyasha cried out with a force behind his voice.
They all shut up then. Suddenly they heard a loud shriek.
"That's Kagome!" Miroku said, voicing everyones' thoughts.
"Let's go!" Inuyasha called out. "We have to find her. I think I've got her scent. I'm not sure."
