Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt were at one of Pipers doctor appointments because Piper was pregnant.
Dr. Wilson: Mrs. Halliwell I can see that your baby is doing just fine.. Wait a second
Piper: Is something wrong?
Dr. Wilson: No nothing at all it's just your not having 1 baby
Piper: I'm not
Dr. Wilson: No you're having triplets
Piper and Leo's mouth both dropped open at the same time. They were both in shock.
Dr. Wilson: Well you can go home now if you want Mrs. Halliwell
Piper: Ok bye doctor
And with that they left the office were heading home to tell Paige and Phoebe the great news.
At the manor
Piper and Leo walk through the front door carrying bags from the shopping they did before the doctors' appointment.
Piper: We're home
Paige and Phoebe come running down the stairs
Phoebe: so what did they say about your baby?
Piper: Well the baby is just fine
Leo: and so is the other
Paige: What do you mean the other
Piper: Oh yes the other one too
Phoebe: Wait you're having triplets
Phoebe and Paige jump with excitement and start hugging her like crazy and scream with joy
