Summary=Author Weasley has met Vernon Dursley before and he was extremely polity to the Dursleys. So why at the end of OotP did Weasley, Lupin, Tonks and Moody threaten the Dursleys? Why did they tell Harry to write every one and they would check on him if they didn't hear from him for three days straight, when the previous summer they really didn't write to Harry at all? Perhaps it something Snape found out.
Majority of this story is in Snape's POV. The flashbacks / memories are in the third person POV. ***Flashback /memory***

Prologue
I watch as the other members of the Order finally arrive. Alistair 'Mad- Eye' Moody will be an asset with his ability of intimidation. The Weasley's are like a second family to Potter. I need not to remind Albus that Lupin is the boy's most trusted mentor whereas Black...well it is a most unfortunate fate for Black to be the boy's godfather. I don't know who to pity the most, the godfather or the boy? but I cannot deny that Potter IS close to Black. For Harry's sake I can only hope that Molly Weasley was wrong when she accused Black of looking for the father in the son.
After everyone is seated I stand to make my speech.
"When the common wizard thinks of Harry Potter, they think of The-Boy-Who- Lived. They think of the hero, they think that Potter has lived a sheltered life. They think his muggle relatives have showered Potter with love and undivided attention. The common wizard may think that Potter has been spoiled, that the boy has no sense of responsibility.
They are wrong, I was wrong... Humph, Minerva, don't give me that look. Yes I, Severus Snape, admit I was wrong. Sweet Merlin, I was wrong, so very wrong.
I had assumed that Dumbledore and McGonagall were treating Potter with favoritism. Now I know the truth, a dangerous truth. I began to realize the truth during the occlumency lessons with the boy. Those lessons, by the spell's nature, gave me a look into Potter's memories. I did not find the arrogant youth I expected ,whose ego has swollen with hero worship.
No, what I found was more disturbing. I found a troubled teenager with a very disturbing past."
