" No Logan actually this is a normal child with a very interesting mutant power I might add....... this boy's name is Billy Blue, and his powers manifested last night, I discovered him by using cerebro, he has the mutant ability to manipulate water, apparently he gave his apartment building and extra swimming pool on the second floor, I also plan to teach him other ways to use his powers.
" I Can hardly wait to meet this boy he sounds interesting" Storm speaks up, while flying the jet.

Billy is freaked out while sitting on his front lawn while looking at his hands "My hands!!!! My hands!!! what is wrong with my hands, there turning into water, O man why did my mom have to kick me out of the house this sux!!!"

"Well I guess I have nowhere else to go now do I hmm......... Alright Professor you got yourself a deal im coming with you." Gets up off the grass and runs onto the jet.

" Cool...... im sure we will get to be great friends in no time"
"See Billy you have made a new friend already and im sure u will make many more........ Bobby why don't you show our new student to his room......"
