Life
It can be given or taken away as thing will either live or die as the planet earth have thing that are extraordinary as extinction is fate that can't be changed but what if dinosaur never went extinct and live along side mammals and evolve even further, and what if fate can be changed.
As the sun shine on the planet earth as if a camera was there it zoom to earth as it zoom further and further onto land until it see a bizarre land of dinosaurs in their prime as creature big and small are shown here.
Carnivore, Herbivores, Insectivores, and Omnivores are all here, creature that fly like pterosaurs and creature that dive like the mosasaurs and many more as there was life here was peaceful but a many mile away in space a rock very big was heading to earth as it was about to bring the dinosaur to extinction, unless something were to save them.
The Dinosaur were unaware that a dangerous asteroid was going to bring them to extinction as they lived natural and normal as possible.
the asteroid on the other hand was approaching the planet atmospheres as it start to burn up in the sky as it closing in on the shallow ocean that would be the gulf of Mexico as it crashed into the shallow ocean as it made a huge explosion on the land.
as the asteroid crashed into the area, those who were close to the asteroid impact were burned but scorching heat causing skin to peel of the body of creature that were close and the smaller rock that were from the asteroid start pelting those who were unfortunate to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, while those far from the impact were going face the dangerous natural disaster that were to come, Tsunamis, fire and ashes, toxic gases, earthquakes, and plants slowly dying due to the sun being covered but black clouds that were smokes and plants need the sun to grow and when the dinosaurs from other part of the world were going to be done for, some found giant gave that might save them as if instinct told them to go inside.
Many dinosaurs from the wary Parasaurolophus, the fearsome Triceratop, and lumbering Anklyosaurus, to the might t rex and the other dinosaurs made it inside the cave and when the earthquake rumbled more, the rocks on top of the cave start falling on the cave entrance sealing them in as they were trapped and they were going to perish here but a light was coming from the other side of the cavern as many of the dinosaurs headed toward it until they saw was paradise as there was a underground world were they were a lot of vegetation for the herbivores to eat and tons of space to roam, watering holes to drink and they weren't the only ones are there were other dinosaur from Jurassic and Triassic period were here too as well as the creatures of the permian era, if fate save them from previous extinction events, from the tall and peaceful brachiosaurus herds eating leaves from trees, the moschop munching on ferns to satisficed it need to eat, and a Herrerasaurus male feeding his family coming back with a dead heterodontosaurus in it mouth as he drop it on the ground for three baby Herrerasaurus to munch on the dead dino as his mate rub her face to show she glad to pick a mate and as it sad that predator kill prey but it natural that one life had to be taken to save another to prevent starving, and while they were safe from the extinction, those who didn't make it to the caves perished from the natural disasters, starvation, and the other deadly event that happen above ground, while the underground world was different as the Tyrannosuaurus rex knew there safe as his roar signal that there safe as the other dinosaur explored this whole new world as they did acted like normal like they did above ground before the asteroid came.
(This inspiration was from the ice age collision course where buck said that the dinosaurs were extinct but the rest escape, and if they can change their fate anyone can change their fate as well and since this was my first time making this fanfiction, tell me what you think of it)
