I am sorry this took so long, I thought this was posted a while ago, but it wasn't. Same happened to a chapter of "Sort if Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets." So that's posted. Another chapter of "Chosen Two" is out as well.

Time was the most powerful of Magic's creations, as such, he was able to affect even the other creations of Magic.

One day, Time came to Death and said, "I have decided to change you, just as I change the shards of Everything."

"What shall I become?" Death asked Time, knowing they were not as strong as Time.

"You shall become a collector," Time said. "No longer will those you take return to Magic, but be kept with you. I leave you to choose what you do with those you collect."

"Thank you," Death said to Time. So he became a collector of those he took from the living. Those who were good he would keep and take care of as prized jewels of his collection, existing in eternal bliss. Those who were evil were kept as toys, punished by Death for eternity. Those who were great were returned to Magic to be made new and given to Destiny and Fate. Those who were terrible were eaten by Death.

What Time did not tell Death, was that he would become a negotiator. Death would make deals with those he recently took, and allow them to return for a price. So Death released Ghosts into the shards of Everything.

One day Time came to Love and said, "I have decided to change you, just as I change the shards of Everything."

"What shall I become?" Love asked Time, having seen that Death enjoyed the change, and knowing they were not as strong as Time.

"You shall become a protector," Time said. "No longer will you simply guide shards of Everything to make new shards, but you will guide them to protect, and guide them to fight in your name. I leave you to choose what you do with your wards."

"Thank you," Love said to Time. So she became a protector of those she influenced. She guided mothers to protect their children, fathers to protect their families, friends to protect friends, people to protect their country, and even the vain to protect themselves.

What Time didn't tell Love was that she would become irrational. She would guide those who loved to protect who they loved even at risk to themself. And so Love brought valor to the shards of everything.

One day Time came to Destiny and Fate and said "I have decided to change you, just as I change the shards of Everything."

"What shall we become?" Destiny and Fate asked, fearful for having seen the joy Time brought Death, blaming Time for the pain Love gave to the shards of Everything, and knowing they were not as strong as Time.

"You shall mirror mortal siblings," Time said. "No longer will you be harmonious artists as you tell you stories, but you shall bicker and disagree on the path your stories should take."

"Thank you," the two said to Time. So Destiny mirrored the elder sister, taking on the burden of most of the work to protect her sister, and Fate mirrored the younger sister, always trying to help and make it easier for her sister.

What Time didn't tell Destiny and Fate is that they would become discordant. Destiny would work so hard to plan out her tails, she would overlook her sister's contributions and take credit for them by accident; Fate would often meddle with her sister's plan, throwing it off course, no matter that she was just trying to help in her own way.

One day Time came to Luck, to find Love already there. Love said to Luck "I have decided to change you, just as Time changes the shards of Everything."

"What shall I become?" Luck asked, seeing how all the other creations had varying results, but knowing they weren't as powerful as Love.

"You shall become a fickle tempter," Love said. "No longer will your gifts and trials be random, but your gifts will be for those who catch your eyes, and trials for those who hurt your chosen few, but your chosen few will change."

"Thank you," Luck said to Love. So she became a fickle mistress, gaining more titles, such as Karma, Cumupents, Fortune, and a few more less kind. She would find those who are downtrodden, and raise them up, whilst ruining those who put them there.

What Love didn't tell Luck, is that she would become devoted. She fell under Love's guidance towards Fate, and assisted in all her plans. Luck would also interfere with Destiny's designs, as revenge on Fate's behalf.

One day Time looked over all he changed and said, "I have changed even the other creations of Magic. What left is there to change?"

Magic said to Time, "Why me, of course."

"But Magic," Time said, "I am not as strong as you."

"Ask Love for help," Magic said. "Together you are more powerful than me, and I trust you will not harm me."

"Thank you," Time said to Magic.

"What shall I become?" Magic asked Love and Time.

"You shall become a protector, as am I" Love said. "You shall lash out when your wards are harmed and keep them safe when they're afraid."

"You shall be a teacher," said Time. "You will guide those who are young to knowledge, and punish them for misusing it."

"So I shall be a mother?" Magic asked, seeing how the ideas combined. "Thank you."

So Magic became a mother, blessing those who needed with the aid of her power, and guiding them in how to use it.

"Now there truly is nothing left to change," Time said. "I even changed Magic."

"Silly fool," Magic said. "You have yet to change yourself."

"Thank you, Mother Magic," Time said.

So Time became a fool, as Magic suggested. He carried on with no care for who was ready, and failed to notice when someone needed him to slow down. When one was having fun, he'd go too fast, and when one was bored, he'd go too slow.

What Time didn't realize was that he'd become impatient. He'd punish those who tried to slow him down, and drag people who succeeded. Time would carry on, leaving behind anyone who couldn't keep up.

Because Time changes all, and Time waits for no one.
