As the recruits were growing stronger, the feelings of Denahi for Chayo too. He might have admit it with Brock, but with his brothers he was still in denial. But neither Sitka or Kenai were fools, even Koda knew the truth about it, and he was just a kid. Even Kenai decided to profite the situation of his brother to tease him after training and the resting days. Some times Sitka and Koda would join him on his mision of teasing Denahi. That is to say, that the two youngest invented a song to tease their big brother:
"Denahi is in love with Chayo, Denahi is in love with Chayo" they used to sing arround him every time they saw him.
With Chayo wasn't different, she also had feelings for Denahi growing stronger and stronger. She hated that feeling, she wanted to keep a profesional profile before Bravo team, but deep inside Chayo didn't want to fall in love because of her so called "curse". That all the ones she loved and cared about die and she couldn't do anything to save them. She wasn't Jesus Christ to prevent miraculously the future. She didn't want to add Denahi to her list of collateral damage, she wouldn't hold it. But she kept that feeling for herself, meanwhile she let herself distract by the teasing from Sonny's and Clay's part.

It was a Saturday, Denahi and Sitka were doing some workout with Kenai since he also wanted to become stronger, Chayo was also exercising with Brock and Sonny. The young hunter and the rookie were watching each other to workout, while one was doing exercise, the other was looking until was noticed and went back to work.
"Fourteen...Come on Kenai, one more" Sitka told his younger brother who was lifting a 45lb metal bar "Fifteen! Good job Kenai!"
"Thanks"he said when he was done and left the bar in the ground"Whoo, I'm tired. Is this for what you guys go through every day?"
"No Kenai, this is nothing compared to training. Okay Denahi, your turn. Denahi?"
But the second oldest was watching Special Warfare Operator Alvarez training with her K9.
"Denahi" Sitka called him "Denahi"
"Let me try. Hey Lover Boy!"
"Huh?"
"We're talking to you, are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine"
Chayo saw at the distance Denahi had started to workout. Her eyes were stuck on that guy for a while until she was noticed by her mentor.
"You're good kiddo?"
"Yes, I'm just checking he's doing right the exercise"
"Hey, what's that smell?" Sonny "It seems like there's romance in the air"
"Hijo de la chingada"
"Hey kiddo, he was just-"
"Not him, look"
Three girls had show up, they were leading where the boys were working out, the three brothers seemed motivated by their visit, specialy the middle one. The girls started to giggle and flirt with the brothers, they wanted the boys to show them how the were training. In one moment Denahi left his torso naked to impress the ladies. When Chayo saw that part, she felt like she was sting by the Jealousy bug, Brock knew that at the moment he saw her face. An impressed smile was created on his face, then he looked at his apprentice.
"Are you-"
"No, I am not"
"Sure kiddo, sure"
The situation got worse when one of the girls kissed Denahi on the cheeck. Chayo had to use all her self-control to not go there and leave the girl bald by the hair pulling she was planing to do. Instead of that, she walked to the group with a big fake smile to cover her jealousy with a better idea.
"Hey! Seems like you're having fun here!"
"Chayo, what a surprise" Sitka
"It is actually, having some public while you put those big guys to work, huh? Hehe" she said punching Sitka's arm.
"Wow, your fists are powerfull"
"Thank you, I won't take much time but I need Denahi for something"
"Sure, how can I help?"
"First, I need to know if you have a heart condition or something"
Everyone got confused looks.
"Why?"

"Alright kids, now Denahi has volunteered to a desmostration of how to use a stun gun in self defense"
Chayo had reunite all the kids of the village for a demostration. Denahi would be her guinea pig on the use of a taser and dog attack.
"So, this thing I have in my possesion, is a stun gun better known as taser. This little fella, as innocent it can look, can submit a subject by one shot, unleashing an electric discharge. Denahi can you move in front of me please? Like about 13 feet from me."
He did what he was told.
"Okay, now what?"
"Stay still, now all you have to do is aim at the target, put your finger on the trigger, and finish him!"
The moment she pulled the trigger, Denahi was shaking because of the electric current in his body. All the kids, including Koda, were laughing at the scene. When Chayo dropped the finger, Denahi fell to the ground. All the kids applauded at the desmostration, but the show wasn't over yet, Full Metal and Trent had bring Saya and the K9 suit for training. After recovering, the two men helped Denahi to put the jacket on. Denahi returned back at his position waiting for Chayo's instructions.
"Now, is time for our furry friend to show her power! Do you wanna see Saya in action?"
"Yes!" the kids yelled.
"Then what are we waiting for?!"
"Woah woah woah, wait, Chayo"
"Start to run when I tell you"
"You're recording?" Trent whispered to Full Metal.
"Yup"
On one moment Denahi started to run, Chayo gave order to Saya to attack. The dog launched her attack to Denahi, but instead of charging to the arm she charged to the butt.
"AAAHHH! GET IT OFF! GET IT OFF! GET IT OFF!" he kept screaming while the kids were laughing like mad.
After few moments of fun, Chayo thought it was enough and called Saya back. Later she was with Bravo team, she took Saya's bowl and filled it with dog food.
"Come on, let's get that taste of Denahi's butt out of your mouth" said Chayo petting Saya.
"Wow, did she bit him?"asked Brock a little surprised.
"Demonstration, he didn't wear the pants"
"We even recorded it"said Full Metal showing his phone.
"Yeah, little Juliette here saw Romeo flirting with other girls, she didn't like it, so..." Sonny
"She's more jealous than we thought" Clay
"Pff, why would I be jealous?"
But Jason didn't believe her, his leader instinct was telling him that something was up with the kid. This even reminded Jason of Emma each time she liked a boy from school. Despite that, he still saw Chayo as a leader, Jason had to make sure that at the moment of the battle she had her mind at work and not at some romantic fantasy. But Brock knew Chayo since the first day she showed up in his life, Brock knew and had seen that his kiddo always put aside her feelings and emotions in a war zone and made the mission her priority. Brock trusted Chayo, so Jason trusted Brock.
"You wanna talk to her?" Ray asked his friend.
"No, she putted the mission and our safety first the day of the valley and obeyed a direct order. That's proof enough for me"
"Yeah, I see a lot of potential in that kid too. The first female Navy Seal in history."
"Hmm, I don't know about you Ray but, I feel there's something else with that kid"
"What do you mean?"
"Like she's hiding something from the team and that's why she doesn't want to admit her feelings for that guy"
"Hey, she's young, but also a very mature girl."
