This has actually been on my mind for I don't even know how long, years perhaps? Either way this is a little something that I've been cooking up in my head for quite a long time, so why not do this?

Thunder was heard, all was dark with only some lightning flashing occasionally.
My body felt numb, my brain fuzzy as I can't remember anything other then My name.
I felt cold... sore... And lost... And oddly enough scared, like if I did stop running then I would be dead.
I've been running for who knows how long and everything hurt, I didn't know where I was running from or running to for that matter, my heart was pounding, my thoughts colliding in my head causing me to have a bad headache as they pound against the other with no mercy, tears fell from my face with little success of stopping them.
I felt so small... helpless... alone...
Who was chasing me? Why me? Why am I here? Where am I? What's going on?
In my mind I was just screaming, even though at that point my throat was hurting, for somebody to help me, to make this fear stop, to make this pain go away, and that I really wanted to go home but I could not remember where home was.
With another bright flash of lightning, up ahead I could see a figure there, male maybe? his silhouette was too blurry to see any defining features.
He was standing there next to a giant glass capsule, he was looking directly at me, I felt a shiver go down my spine as I saw how his glowing red eyes glared at me with no remorse, kindness and no empathy.
My heart felt like it was breaking, more tears came, but why?
Did I know this man?
Who is he?
Why is he glaring at me?
Did I do something to make him act like this?
What is it? why -?
Just then he was suddenly in front of me, startling me as I stumbled backward in fright as he then grinned at me menacingly as he reached his hand towards me, attempting to grab my face, I could not move, no matter what I did, as his hand was about to grasp me at that moment.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
I screamed as I shot up in fright, tears running down from the eyes, sweat drenched my whole body as I panted fast and heavy.
Looking around, taking in my surroundings, I realized I was in my room, I was safe, it was morning as the sun rose and light shined in my room, and I wasn't in danger.
With a big sigh of relief I laid back down on my bed as I covered My eyes with my left arm as my pants grew softer and lighter.
'I'm so glad it was just a nightmare... But why did I have it...? And... why did it feel so real? Like it felt like it happened a lifetime ago? That's just crazy... Right?'
