Annie: We are back with a new story in the 'hidden expedition' game series!

SB/Kierra: What is this one about?

Annie: This one is based on the game "Hidden Expedition: Everest" it's written from the player's point of view and I made it look like the player was keeping a journal of the adventure.

SB/Kierra: Oh okay, so the readers are the 'player' again?

Annie: Yep and Bane will be in this one as well.

SB/Kierra: Ah I see. We don't own anything except Bane.

Annie: Enjoy.

I have always wanted to climb Mt. Everest and when I saw there were three teams trying to beat each other to the top of Everest I knew I had to join them and I asked my good friend Sabastian 'Bane' Fitzgerald to come with me on this adventure and he agreed. He had been very helpful when he went with me as I dived down to the Titanic to search for a crown that I was asked to recover, I know he will be very helpful this time around as well.

When we arrived at the base of Everest we met a man.

"I'm Ed Viesturs, an expert mountaineer. I understand you're in a hurry to get started, but Everest is closed for the season: too many storms. There was a crazy fella talking about another way up, but three teams are already tracking him down. He's headed for South America." The man told us.

An odd explorer claims to know a way up Everest. We must find him before those other adventurers do! So off we flew to South America, I had been here not long ago to find Professor Mandible and help him with what had led him to the Amazon jungle in South America.

Our first spot to look was the 'Witches Market' in Bolivia, once we found everything (which included 5 gems) we headed off to the Amazon River in Brazil and while we searched along the river bank we found what we needed along with 5 gems.

Crazy or not, that Everest explorer was here! (At the witches' market in Bolivia) he was looking for something with an engraving on it. When Bane found the carving it showed us Chichen Itza...was this, what he was looking for?

"Are we going to split the gems as we did before?" Bane asked me a while later.

"Yea, we are. You earned them and then some." I told him as he nodded.

Annie: Sorry if it's short, I couldn't think of what else to write.

SB/Kierra: We hope you have enjoyed the first chapter.

Annie: Review please and be nice with it.

SB/Kierra: Cya!

Annie: Bye!
